I used to work for retail you go to that for the customer.

Showed up at 8:45 pm on 6/7/21 and already closed. Meanwhile the sign out front says closes at 9 pm and the people inside won’t even bother to look at the people knocking on the door.

Near my home basically only use the pharmacy, its very knowledgeable they know where everything is No long wait for walk in drop of medication and I have TEN MEDICATIONS...

I have been to many pharmacies over my years living in mean county and this by far is the best pharmacy staff said I have seen hands down

Bad costumer service I was walking to the pill section to get something and a lady came up to me and handed me pills to lose weight she walked off with a smile.

Rafael and the girls at the pharmacy are the best! All very helpful and quick. I went to a near by cvs with my crying infant and they told me 3 hours for a prescription meanwhile I brought it to this location and they filled it in 10 mins.

Decent CVS, ok customer service, not bad if you need something

To rate this cvs, its unrateable! The worst, absolutely the worst of any cvs locations and I have been up and down the east coast. The worst management to the worst pharmacist!! Very unprofessional right down to racist!I called corporate on this location and wanted a professional above the regional manager to contact me! Well Its been well of the time period they gave me, and yet no call. Well that just goes to show that even corporate doesnt care about the lack of professionalism they fail to have!!!

Horrible service the pharmacy technician took forever and doesnt even acknowledge the next person in line. Having personal conversations doesnt help the line move. The line is very slow with only ONE PERSON working and only ONE customer the pharmacist should pay better attention. HORRIBLE.

I visited today I visit a CVS in Pompton Lakes where I was treated less than I came to a CVS in Elizabeth New Jersey and I was treated like a human being with dignity and respect at my service was great thank you CVS

I literally just got back from buying somethings here and I witnessed something atrocious. A kid around the age of maybe 12/13 was standing near the checkout line and he was just wandering around. It wasnt very long either I noticed him when I got on line to pay. All of a sudden the manager I assume came out of his office and walked right over to the kid and told him with a harsh tone, Who are you here with? the kid got really nervous and not in a guilty kind of nervous more like he was scared of the man. He tried to leave and the man physically touched the kid and turned him to face him and said with an even stronger tone, Who are you here with?! the kid mumbled that he was alone. The man then told him, Get out you have to leave. I can understand loitering but the way that man spoke to a child, the way that man put his hands on the child, even if it wasnt rough, it was inappropriate. I will not go back to that place. I wish I wouldve stood up for that kid. He was not doing anything wrong. (he wasnt stealing either because the kid was wearing school sweat pants which have no pockets). There are ways to handle things and this man obviously doesnt know how to communicate properly.

Staff is very attentive to customers

I have been buying there for more than a year in that Pharmacy because my insurance only takes CVC and that pharmacy made my way but later, as the saying goes, drop by drop the glass overflowed and mine overflowed when that Colombia that has no professional ethics whatsoever And he does not know how to treat patients, he even said that because I was not going to another pharmacy. Only because I was demanding my medicine with all my right. But I never put my feet there again.

The staff is very arrogant not you want to help

Everything is a bit easy to access reasonable prices.
