The kindest store clerk, great, affordable selection on things, wonderful environment. Very pleased overall, they’ve been with me through several dye jobs and me learning how to do my own hair and choose my own style :) love this place so much

Staff are nice and helpful, not too pushy which is nice, they give you your space to shop but still are interactive with you. Checkout is always super fast. 💕

Wow... I was there a couple of hours trying to decide. The selection is GREAT and customer service AWESOME.

Today, The owner (usually the cashier) of the shop accused me of stealing, LOCKED ME INSIDE THE STORE, and called the police on me.After 2 years of shopping here I will NO LONGER patronize this shop, NOR HIS OTHER SHOPS IN NEWARK AND HILLSIDE.THANK YOU FOR THE MISTREATMENT. Now I know where Im not wanted. Im a hardworking woman and I dont deserve this.

I went into this establishment today for the first time and I was shock to hear music playing was offensive to women and people of color. It was a song that had not been censored I believe it was by Nicki Minaj and it was full of the N word and the B word.I spoke to a gentleman at the counter I believe to be the owner he seems to be a kind spirited man and told me he did not understand what the words were which I explain to him how offensive that it was. For that very reason I told him I wasn’t going to purchase anything in his store and I wouldn’t be back. I also told him I thought that it was very Irresponsible of him not to know what was being played in that store. I’m even more amazed by the fact that you can operate a business and not fluently understand English and if it is his choice not to learn the language fluently there should’ve been someone on site back that has the awareness to recognize that this was a problem and I hope he takes the opportunity to do better.

Their products are STUNNING and customer service is WONDERFUL like the more stuff then they need to which I adore bc Im an 11 yr old and abt to 12 and I do my own hair and their hair care products HELP meee a lot I luv them so much

This place is GRRRRREAAAAAT. The cashier is super nice and pleasant. They have such a huge selection on wigs. They also have a stylist in the store who does the installations and makes wigs by hand. Like it’s almost unbelievable definitely recommend it.
