Great atmosphere when walk u in. Genuine gentleman with a wealth of knowledge and seems like a personable guy with being my first time visiting this establishment. Was pleasantly surprised with his first offer, when assessing the item i was selling. Really by chance i came here after googling shops near me, and went based off of high ratings and it being the nearest location to me, when i was tempted to go back to my old spot, but felt i needed a change. Great decision!! Just fantastic!! Five star place. I highly recommend checking it out.

I came here twice this week with my mom to sell some decades old jewelry. Firstly, I was very impressed with Roman’s (owner) character. He is knowledgeable and extremely courteous. My mom noticed he was very personable and friendly too. His associate, Steve appears pleasant as well. We were greeted in a friendly manner and were there for almost an hour each visit. We never felt rushed or dissuaded in any way. In my dealing primarily with Roman, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with him and I only wish I had a ton more of jewelry just so that I can keep going back! Lol. His pricing was on point and whilst I did not seek to go elsewhere for comparison, he assured us that we were getting the highest price around and even without him stating this, I knew he was right and being honest when we were immediately informed by his partner Steve of the gold pricing status on that particular day. I felt confident that we were in fact in great hands. Ladys

Real and honest review I went here today two guys work here and he did not even give me the time of the day when I bought my wedding ring and engagement ring here I was ignored pretty much I agree with everyone that gave him a 1 start also I notice he always comments under everyone review and call it false this is not false and people need to know the truth!To add my comment I’m a nice person never came to him rude at all I see that he posted a false response I’m a nurse and have respect for everyone however my ring was sold for more my wedding set is 18k each and was sold for 4000 at another location so please stop with all the lies thanks god bless

First place that popped up for me on search, and I got to say I was very impressed with the wide variety of merchandise. Me being a coin collector they have a great silver dollar collection. A must see for Currency collectors. Service, Top Shelf Satisfactory. Will definitely be revisiting soon.

Came into this place about a year ago, so Im a little late with the review. Both guys working the shop are very friendly. Roman talked to me about cars and some of the collectibles he had behind the counter. I didnt buy anything the last time I was there, but will be buying something once I see something that catches my eye. I seen a few people come in to sell some stuff and took notice to how professional they were with dealing with them. Great place all around if you are looking to sell anything or if you are looking for something to buy.

All of these 5 star reviews are fake or bought. I’m an actual consumer who chose to try and do business with these people. I literally cannot think of a worse place to do business with. HORRENDOUS customer service. This place is an absolute rip off with entirely NO regard for how they treat their customer. Rude as can be as soon as they answer their phone, tell you what you want to hear to get you there and when you go into the store they lie about any offer they might’ve made and talk in circles to get you to sell it at a disrespectfully lowballed price. These types of businesses prey on people who are selling items because they’re in need. They ought to be ashamed at their business practice. If I could give 0 stars I would. Youd be a fool going to ANYBODY else.. Roman is by far and away the most honest and trustworthy person in this world. I personally drive 45 mins out of my way just to see him if i have something. I went online to look for a pawn shop and this specific pawn shop said they open at 1030am online also started that they we’re open. I left my house and when I got here they were closed. I stood in front of the shop till 11am and still nothing. If you guys aren’t going to open or if you know your going to be late leave a note the night before on the door stating when and what times you guys are going to be open. Just to double check I did check the door and the time said 1030 am. I wasted my time coming here. I’ll change my review once I actually deal with them.

The gentleman who owned the shop was very fair in my experience. He gave me way more than I thought I could get and he helped me decipher between real and the costume stuff I had. I would recommend him for a fair price and sales.

After doing some research I decided to give this place a shot with some jewelry I owned after reading these rave reviews. The first man I was greeted by was nice but the second one who actually handled my pieces was first off, quite rude in the fact that he comes off very condescending as if he is some kind of expert. I MIGHT have believed that he was being that he works there, but since he didnt even take the time to really look and notice ALL of my jewelry was authentic and stamped, he assured me that it wasnt very valuable offering me less than $20 for what I have now sold online for over $200. To top it off, he spoke as if $18 was a generous amount for what I brought. I had many other things to sell, but his attitude was disgusting to the point that I decided against doing business with him. The other drunk, useless guy behind the counter was more appealing than this jerk.
