Bought a set of ladder bookshelves with the filing/storage drawer about three years ago. They were easy to assemble and look beautiful while being extremely functional! Recently though, while moving furniture about, one got damaged. Reached out to Convenience Concepts for replacement parts to repair and TJ was phenomenal! Had the parts within 4 days of correspondence. TJ was also able to recommend other pieces of furniture for another room that I am re-furnishing. I am so amazed at their level of customer service! They definitely have a new life-long customer!

What I love about this company is they offer affordable, stylish, and easy to put together furniture! I ordered a coffee table for my living room a couple of months back and was impressed by how easy it was to assemble! Also just look at how great it looks!! Worst company ever!! They do not stand by their foreign trash products and will insult you and not address your concerns. Still waiting to hear back from a Manager. I hope Home Depot stops using them. They are idiots and rude on top of it. NEVER BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!
