Went in to get a house warming gift, and found one, plus a couple of nice items for ourselves.Place is clean, EXCELLENTLY WELL STOCKED !!Owner is nice, knows the whiskey market.We plan on this being our go-to liquor store.Definitely recommend !!!!

Employees are helpful. I forgot the female employees name but she was very knowledgeable and helped me pick a few additional beers based on my tastes. Would definitely recommend.

Used to be better about fresh beer. I find their wine prices to be a bit more expensive than Binnys and Costco. Some wines you find at those stores are up to $6 cheaper. Staff is friendly and nice. They do stock a lot of varieties. But the price difference and some old IPAs on the shelf made me stop going there.

Ive gone here a couple times to pick up gifts and the staff has been very friendly and knowledgeable! I would recommend this place for your normal shopping as well. I do believe that you can order things that arent normally kept on the shelves. Definitely recommend this place!

Went in looking for a specialty bottled drink. They didnt have it, but a staff member was so kind to me and showed me several other options that I wouldnt have found on my own.

The people here where not very nice. And the place was full of ignorant customers. I have never been here before this day. I just stopped in to get a gift for someone.i asked one person where I can find Polish vodka. He showed me 2 brands and took off. I then went to walk down the aisle to look for the vodka. When three ignorant people just stood there blocking the aisle and wouldnt move even though I asked them twice.

I was just at a whiskey/whisky tasting event today with my dad, father in law & brother in law. The tasting was great & I would never state it wasnt but the end of the it made me never want to do business with otter creek again.The advertisement email stated exactly, Ticket price is $25. It will be refunded in the form of Otter Creek Wine & Spirits Gift card which is valid for in store purchase only. When going to leave we tried to obtain our gift card, which seemed like a crazy deal but it is what they stated. The checkout people knew we were correct so they went to get the owner/manager/supervisor Neel/Neil/Neal Patel, who cares how it is spelled, and apparently he doesnt honor the word of his own company as there was no gift card provided or refunded. They tried to state that a purchase at Bowes Creek Country club/Porters Pub front lobby was needed to achieve the $25 card (it never stated that as you can read above) also Bowes Creek/Porters Pub is NOT their store. No gift card refunded, in VENUE purchase required but not stated & purchase in venue instead of the store (unless when I Google otter creek wine & spirits it leads me to porters pub, I just checked again & it didnt lead me there). So you were zero for three there.The owner/manager came out to say this event cost a lot of money to put on & you should be happy with the whiskey you got to try. Ill agree the event was great but hold up to your end of a written statement, reprimand your marketing people or learn to master simple statements if it was a cognitive complication you ran into. Regardless honor your companies commitment.Garbage business that cant honor their written word & I will tell anyone I can about this.

Awesome liquor selection! They often have beers & spirits you cant find anywhere else and offer great prices.

Not happy. I used to like shopping at this store, theyre close by, and knowledgeable. However, I stopped in to buy some Bourbon County Stout on Black Friday, and I was told that I needed to purchase another Goose Island product, in order to buy the BCS. I say BS, you just lost a customer.No other place the I have purchased BCS, has made me buy anything else. Youre ripping people off with that tactic. Good bye!
