Got I needed to get a power of attorney notarized. Very grateful they offered that service. $4 at almost 6pm for a notary, not a bad deal. Thanks for helping me out in a jam!

I only ship packages from this store! The staff are friendly, competent and FAST. Even if the line is long, the owner is expedient, and the line disappears. I found out that UPS shipping from this Eldersburg store uses a different shipping hub (processed thru Frederick) whereas the Westminster UPS processes thru the Sparks shipping hub. My packages to Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina arrive a day earlier!

The owner and all his staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The store offers every service to meet your needs. Professional, personable, and a great place to do business!

I received a pre-paid label from Target, but I needed to drop the item off at the UPS Store. I went in to ask if they could scan and print the label for me. They refused and told me I could print it on their computer for $3. Sure it’s only $3, but it’s the principal. There was no reason to charge me to print a label for a package being shipped by their company. I will never use them for a package I need to ship in the future. I will give my money to someone else. Horrible customer service.Additional information added 10/23/19: I am adding to my review because it does not allow me to reply to the laughable response from “management”. Charging people to print stuff is completely acceptable. Charging a customer to print a UPS label at the UPS Store is flat out bad customer service. Simple as that. Not recognizing that this is poor customer service should be another red flag to anyone thinking of going there.

I have shipped many packages from this store, however, every time I go there the staff is getting more unfriendly. They seem to hate being there. So sad.

I highly recommend this store, since the new owners took over. The service is more friendly and personable than ever before. Ive had a PO Box here for years due to the convenient location. There has been a BIG difference under the new ownership. The store has never looked more professional and organized, and the service is outstanding. Kudos to the new owners!

Did what I needed quickly. I came in with two beat up packages of clothing I bought online that werent the right size and needed to return. They filled out the labels, stuffed the packages, and shipped it off for me. I just walked out with a tracking number.

Really great service in this store. I go often for notary services. Once I had a time sensitive situation, and they stayed open for me until I got there. Nice UPS store!

I shipped a phone from there. One month later the company still has not received it so I go in and ask what happened. The guy that works there basically called me a lier and told me I only purchased a box. And I have no proof.Very poor service and I know I am not the first this has happened to.I do not recommend.Very unreliable

Arrived 10 minutes before closing and despite that, the owner made sure my boxes were put together correctly and on the UPS truck (that was waiting in the parking lot!)

Went there on a Monday morning to send a fax. They advertise being open at 8:30 am but I waited until 8:45 and they still werent open. There were 3 other customers waiting plus one pulled up in their car. We told them they werent open so they left. While I was waiting I called another shipping store nearby who was open (on time) so I left to go there. Not a good way to run a business.

Rude. Who ever answered the phone at 1:15pm today 01/16. God for bid ask any questions no reason to be rude if u hate ur job find another!! Take my business elsewhere.
