I only wish there was a zero to give them!Such a horrible service by Vipin, their car wash is giving problems to all the clients ahead of me still Vipin forces clients to go was car .. despite he saw a customer went in the car was twice and came out with soap all over his car still not willing to do refund… bunch of lies .. pathetic customer service. The female manager disappeared from the counter after seeing how Vipin was treating the customers. Guess she doesn’t want help the clients and coach her staff accordingly.Super rude client care and waste of time.

I would probably given them at least a 2 $ 1/2 stars if able too so only 2 it is, I just stopped here this morning mainly to try out the car wash and let me tell you I highly DO NOT recommend using there car wash first off I got shorted the last 15 seconds which is when your car is being dried needless to say I had to dry off the entire car myself second then blowers are not very strong and neither are the brushes or soap they use my car had spots on it still afterwards which I was able to easily remove while drying it myself by hand and yes I paid for the most expensive option so I should have gotten everything done to my car which I feel I was cheated out of all of it I have been to way better car washes at other locations all this one is for is to look fancy inside the store was very clean and spacious lots of things to choose from although the girl at the cash Register was sum what of a rude attitude the gentleman who was probably training her was a little more polite but not by far this is just my experience oh and gas is way to over priced you can get the same type of gas down the street much cheaper

Wife used new car wash and it broke rear wiper blade-got run around and finally received call from manager whom denied all responsibility. Really?...at least hear her out and propose solution rather than implausible deniability.Do you really think I would waste my time writing this review if it didn’t occur? It was a brand new 2021 Ford Explorer.

Say close during lunch time for cleaning

Primus has a song about this place. De Anza Jig. Pretty cool huh?

Chapter Shell station close to me if you use debit card. Not too happy tonight as an employee was smoking weed while on break. I understand its legal here in California now but I dont think its legal to smoke weed while working. Pulled up to the station and employee just started his break. I went back inside my car while pumping gas. As soon as I got back out, the place smelled like weed. Employee was smoking in front of the car dealer next door to the station.

Apparently although listed as open 24hrs & having stopped here before bw 12-2am the station is closed.the black woman with sassy attitude wearing a shell shirt standing outside her car smoking informs me they’ll open at 3am & “she on her lunch” for another hr +.good look.

Friendly cashiers! Nice and clean inside. I love getting my coffee and icee drinks there.

I go here regularly Easy in and out. Car wash works pretty good , staff are always friendly. Free water and air.

Very friendly staff, they honestly do a wonderful job here. Always clean and organized, a great neighborhood gas station!

The people that work there are nice, the place is clean and conveniently located on the corner but every time Ive had coffee from there it tasted like dirt. Bleah.

Its a pretty standard gas station. Gas prices are always higher at shell but service are cleaner as well.

Coming from SF, its such a treat to find a gas station with friendly service, a windshield cleaner soap tub that is actually clean, and cheap (quality?) gas.

Convenient ..open 24hrs ..and the Sheriffs hangout

Prices are average. Good car wash

Great customer service always clean and coffees always hot

Card info was stolen at the pump and being used in LA and I have now found that this is not the first time this has happened at this location.

Good location and service.

A great location!

Now they have a cash and cc split option for gas pricing. Only to be used for snacks.

The previous manager wasnt too people friendly.

Shell gas i used for my car.

Its alright.

Always busy gas station

Its ok

Great
