Maybe it was a bad day, because there were several cranky people in the office waiting to be helped. But Im still slightly in shock at what I witnessed.I brought several customer shipments from my business for drop off, enough that it filled my own trolley to about 5 ft high. The agent began to transfer them one at a time, but I suggested she just roll my cart to the storage rack to simplify her task, which is what other FE locations have done.Great idea! So she takes my loaded cart back to the rack - - and then tips it over like a wheelbarrow, so that all the packages go flying! Especially a heavy one on top which went flying the 5+ feet and really hit the ground hard. It was kind of like one of those airport luggage bag handler videos on you tube. The only thing missing was a drop-kick.After I picked my jaw up off the ground, (also noticing that I was getting some serious side-eye from her and her colleague) I asked why in the world she would handle items so roughly. The response was - oh sorry (whisper whisper whisper w/ the other employee).Lesson learned. Too bad, because my recently changed routing made this a convenient drop off option. But I think Ill go elsewhere.

Customer service, simple as that!Every time I’ve been in this location everyone has always been beyond helpful, polite, professional, and just all around friendly.My most recent trip I needed to ship some (50lbs) worth of sentimental items to my daughter back east. Realizing that this might cost a small fortune, I’ve put it off for some time now. Upon entering Kaylee was beyond helpful and made my day!She helped me (did everything) figure out the most cost-effective manner to ship everything cross country. And since I brought everything in a plastic container, I opted to have the staff pack it for me. Kaylee packed everything so carefully, even wrapping certain items even more carefully. By maximizing space and her packing skills, she saved me a pretty penny on shipping. And I’m sure with her careful packaging my daughter will be grateful that I didn’t do this on my own.I can’t praise the staff enough. I’ve been in there when it’s just me, and I’ve been in there when the line is out the door. And each time the staff greets you as you enter and kindly lets you know they’ll be with you shortly in a very polite and positive manner.

I first came up to the store to print some documents earlier in the morning. I didn’t realize until I got home that some of the wording was cut off. I called the store, and spoke with Brian. He told me that he could assist me with the issue once I returned to the store for a re-print. Brain explained to me what occurred with my first print, and how we could fix it. He assisted me every step of the way, and even gave me a credit back for the inconvenience. Because of Brian, I had a pleasant experience and I highly recommend this location. I arrived with 3 minutes left until closing to print some documents. I was helped by Kaylee, who have me great suggestions, and was in and out quick. Great service.

Great place to print out covid results for Hawaii flights. They were very helpful and it was fast, easy, and painless. Out in less than 3 minutes.

The staff is top class. Super friendly and go above and beyond. Precious is always in a great mood and brightens my day. They handle multiple packages from me everyday and never make a mistake.

Professionals, no time to waste fedex store.I will go there for every paperwork photos document printing etc. My favorite reason of going there is, send your documents to fedex print&go and thats it.

I have lived by this store for 6 months and I come by 1-3 times a week for the sole purpose of printing documents. One of the three printers they have has been broken for the entire 6 months I’ve been coming here. Now a second printer is broken, leaving the store with only 1. Nobody at the store has any clue when they may be fixed...so this is really not a good place to go if you need to print stuff.

I use this location when shipping things for work and the service is always prompt and handled quickly. The associates are friendly and easy to work with.

Ive been here before. For computer use and printing. But this time I came in to send two fragile items. An associate name David helped me. I asked to pack it. He proceeded in doing so. In the middle of that I asked to wrap them individually. He began to start over upon request. I really appreciated that he did that because those items are fragile and discontinued. I then paid my fee said thank you and left. The transaction felt so easy. And David was very helpful. I did wait quite a bit. But what do you expect when you are in a heavy traffic area surrounded by businesses?

For over 3 years I’ve been able to count on this location for fast and accurate service. They’re responsive even when busy, and have always shown they’re trying to get things done. I’ve never seen slacking here. Thank you!!!!

This FedEx store was amazing!! The gentleman could see that I didn’t know what I was doing so he offered to help! He made it so incredibly easy and was extremely nice. He boxed my package for me. Addresses it and helped me with the tracking number. Thank you for your help and kind service!

Went to this place, asked the young lady there to pls. help me just get couple copies of a document from the web. not in nice (but not rude)way she told me to use the computers. Even though, i told her i wasnt to good with computers. So i spent $7.00 in the computer and got nothing. so i politely walked out saying THANKS FOR NOTHING!

I had just landed from LAX and this location had later hours. I walked in right before closing and JP was incredible and willing to help instead of pushing my project to the next day crew. Thats what I call service!

Do not expect a smile here.Angry unhappy employees .Unhelpful and act as if they could careless of your needs. They act as if you are a major burden all the while charging top dollar for the products.

All I wanted was some lamination done and after finally asking someone down in the lower area they led me up to the self serve area again. The machine didnt work all the way so the lamination failed all the way around. It ended up ruining my prints and I walked out. The worker did not seem interested in helping and walked away before running it through the machine. I will not be returning.
