The website stated that there was a suggested donation, but we were told we had to pay before we could enter. They are working with a skeleton crew, and some of the options touted in the brochure were not offered. For instance, my mom is an antique car enthusiast, and was looking forward to the docent-led tour (listed to take place at 11 and 1). It was not available. Also, the website states that you can go for a ride in one of the old-time cars on Sundays between 10 and 3:30, but that was also not available.Nonetheless, we had a good time. There is a massive showroom which has about 25-30 cars on display. There are several from the early 1900s, and even a couple more modern sports cars (CA 1960s). We marveled at how massive some of the first-run cars were (very few safety features, and large, roomy interiors). There is a Hot Wheels play area for kids, but there are only 6 cars for them to play with; the rest are on display. There is what looks to be a racetrack that the kids could assemble, but it is not functional, as many of the pieces are missing.There is an ice cream fountain on site, which also has very few menu items (no shakes, floats or sundaes as listed on the website). Nevertheless, we enjoyed a scoop each, and called it a day.

This Museum is a treasure! It offers us a look into time past and displays the evolution the automobile. If you look around long enough, youll see a vehicle that someone you know, once owned or wanted. Be it a Grandparent, Parent, Aunt, Uncle, Cousin, Brother, Sister, friend, neighbor or maybe even yourself...with a huge smile on your face, youll hear yourself say, ____ had one of those. They have a wonderful, knowledgeable staff, who can answer all of your questions and give great insight on the vehicles on display. So gather the family and a group of friends and take a ride down Memory Lane at the Automobile Driving Museum. Itll make your day. And even though the memories are free, the cost of maintaining this treasure is not. So please, dont forget to donate before you leave.

A cool museum with lots of cars from many different eras. Some have been completely restored, but most are fairly well restored. There are many examples where youre actually allowed to get into the car.

Went to an event there with Swing Music, dancing, food trucks and saw amazing cars! Absolutely loved it! Go, you won’t regret seeing the gorgeous cars!

This museum has a great assortment of classic cars. Youre allowed to sit in the cars, which is an extra perk. Entry us free but they do run off of donations, which are greatly deserved!

Fun intimate museum full of awesome cars. Very innocuous looking building from the road in a fairly quiet area. Great way to spend a couple hours in the El Segundo area.

Awesome little car museum in the middle of El Segundo! The volunteers are super friendly, and its just a really nice atmosphere. The collection of cars is really varied with some unique examples from the early twentieth and even late nineteenth century. Worth a free visit, especially with the family.

Wife & I parked our food truck here for service. They had live music & the atmosphere was very pleasant. The car collection is amazing. Staff was very helpful in getting things set up. Mixed crowd very nice.

A nice break from waiting in the airport. Only 10 minutes from the terminal. Good collection of American classics. Looks like a unique spot for car-themed events too.

The collection of old cars is incredibly! Went for a Swing Night event. Which was so much fun! They had singers & dancers and a dance floor for everyone to get out & dance! There were a couple of food vendors, whose food was sooo good! And vendors who sold various products. There were quite a few attendees dressed in period style clothing and it all was a great evening and great fun! There is another one coming up on September 25th 2021 & will definitely be attending again!

Finally back open! A fun little museum with something really special. All of the cars are drivable and on Sundays they picked select few and you can get rides in the cars! Check out the website for which cars will be giving rides the Sunday you go! There are a lot of cars to see, many unique and special! They also have an ice cream shop inside. A great place to take your kids who love cars!!! You must check it out!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Super friendly staff, they let you touch and sit in the museum vehicles, give rides on weekends, and hold awesome events. Fantastic museum with some very rare cars. Great friendly staff members who are all volunteers. They all had great knowledge of the vehicles and there passion showed.Entry is via a donation and $15 is the recommended amount. Worth ever dollar and then some.

Nice people run this place. Just the right amount of vehicles and you can sit in most of them. Very cool!

Although its small they had lots of interesting cars that you can see up close. I went on a weekend and there was a corvette club meeting there which was another nice bonus. There lots of nice restaurants thats a short drive away. It was a nice cheap way to kill a Saturday.

Absolutely fun place for people who appreciate the artistry and beauty of classic cars. You can even get behind the wheel of most of the cars on the showroom floor. Some real special vehicles lovingly maintained by their owners.

This was an unbelievable stop if you are a car enthusiast! We had a blast! Only car museum I’ve ever been to where you can get in and touch the cars. It is a complete nonprofit so your donation is well worth it!!

$10 entry with fun for the whole family. You can sit in almost any car and lots of fun extras (a labeled engine cutout that you can crank and see how it works). Recommended for any car guy - mostly American classics with a Porsche, a Delorean and some English classic roadsters. The staff were friendly and courteous and I had a great time with my girlfriend. Would recommend to any car or history person.

I went for the kit car show, so I didnt even go inside the museum. Easy to find and parking off-street was no problem on a Sunday. Free admission was nice too. Pretty good participation (30+ entrants) for such an eclectic show.

Fun place to visit you can get up close and personal with pieces of history. Besides the museum, they have events there quite frequently. From what I understood, they also have youth activities to get them interested in STEM.

First time coming to this musuem, awesome...great atmosphere at the annual trunk or treat event, my six year old really enjoyed it and looking at the old cars. The chance to ride in the older cars is also awesome although we didnt do it because my son is too small at the moment. Fantastic touch is the ice cream parlor...will come back again.

Nice old cars!!! Most had been used in the Rose Parade. Entrance fee is really cheap and you can take photographs while sitting inside these vintage cars. I had a great time! Highly recommended to everyone, not only auto enthusiasts.

One of the best collections of rare and iconic vehicles Ive ever seen. This is an absolute must see! Dont second think it just go and see for yourself. The pictures should speak for themselves.

This was Super Fun! If you love cars, you WILL LOVE this place! Not only are the cars fantastic and from all eras, but you can actually go up to them, touch, feel, and smell them. See if you can get one of the staff to give you a guided tour. There are some passionate and lovely staff here.

Very nice curated selection of vehicles from many eras. Has a showroom for pristine condition and I assume for sale vehicles that is separate from the pictures below. Museum curators were very well informed and were delighted to provide me with some history on these vehicles. All in all we all had fun and if you enjoy cars is worth a visit. Short drive from LAX.

This is a fantastic place to come on a Sunday. They take a few models out in front and the staff will take you for a drive in some awesome classics! The inside of this place is also amazing. We had a great guided tour of all the cars and the shop where they maintain them all. Come here and check out some great automobile history!

Neat car museum that actually lets you sit in some of the cars. Thats a neat touch really. Go sit in the back seat of a luxury 80 year old ride. Its an experience.

Super cool that you can touch and get in the cars! They really have some beautiful classic cars! And they even have a cute little ice cream parlor! They are based on donations for entry, which is great if you are on a budget... They have a little play area for kids with a cool Hot Wheels set up with tons of cars to play with, coloring papers/crayons, and even a little TV that plays cartoons. They also host parties in a banquet room!
