I love me some Ralphs. I miss having this kind of grocery store nearby in Florida. Luckys was this kind of store but now its gone. Found my long missed Miltons bread and hazelnuts too!

Im sure this is a clean, modern store with all the basics and standards. However, I absolutely *could not* shop here. The offices of Square-Enix U.S.A., Inc. are just up the street. Id be afraid to do my shopping with an entity I hate with such a passion being so close. Walking into this store, with Square-Enix being just up the street would make my blood boil with rage. Being so close to an entity that I hate so much, Id be so hot with rage that Id be giving off fumes in the middle of the store. Being so close to Square-Enix would simply make it impossible for me to shop here. Id have to have shop at another Ralphs location so I wouldnt have a frustration-induced anxiety attack.

This is a fantastic Ralphs. Its clean, its huge, its got a full deli counter plus a self-serve bar for takeout food, and it also sports a full-size, staffed cheese counter. Definitely one of the best locations.

Clean, well-stocked and well organized. Produce section is excellent. Parking can be a bit tricky.

It’s very busy with Christmas Eve here. But I had such a good experience with Michelle working in the hot foods and deli area. Her customer service was way above and beyond. She was so kind and thoughtful in helping with my order. And she made my experience at Ralphs exceptional. Thank You!

Usually go here or to Vons, prefer this place more. there is a lot of staff, never had to really search for anyone. One of the workers, Starr, had a great personality and helped me find chili powder and actually went up to look for it instead of just telling me what aisle it was on.

I found their staff very friendly. I used the pharmacy & not only was their staff friendly but very helpful. They called my doctor for me & straight out a few prescriptions. The only drawback is the parking lot is a bit smaller. However, it just proves that it is a very popular store.

Literally had one item in my hand, and i purposely go to the self checkout register closest to the attendant on duty. All but 2 self checkout registers were in use. He wasnt paying any attention to anyone as his head was down towards the lady he was engaged in conversation with, but as soon as i walk up his head pops up like a red alert and he starts to watch me. My back was towards him but i could see him in the cash register reflection maneuvering his head around to see what i was doing. I could also see the lady he was talking to begin to look confused at what he was doing. Totally unprovoked. Im a 40s guy, dressed casually, buying some vegan muffins. Cause of suspicion? None other than my brown skin. As a retired Investigator of 8yrs I totally understand watching anyone who shows signs of suspicion but this guy judged me based solely on the color of my skin. No other reason. I didnt deserve to be treated like a suspect and i will continue to speak out on this ignorance for as long as i live! Cut the tv and fake news off! Every brown person doesnt steal! Majority of us, just like any other culture, are law abiding citizens! Im really disgusted! I wont return and i encourage other brown people who experience such treatment to speak out as well! Will we ever be treated with the same equal dignity and automatic trust Caucasians get? They steal they just dont get caught because theyre hardly ever watched! Just fed up with the discrimination!

Drove all the way from South LA to get cat litter at night because they’re the only store that opeN TILL 2AM and they don’t do Apple Pay. STUPID STORE THAT SO BACKWARDS

I love shopping here even if its a bit out of the way and you are staying in a hotel.

Market is keep clean and always just before closing youll see employees preparing to restock the selves

Love the store it’s close on my way home, great people at the registers. Always have anything you need to find for that BBQ or the trip to the beach for a day with the family. I also love the location as it’s away from town, had plenty of parking helps. Can get hectic at times in the parking lot by Starbucks but at least they have one inside now as well. Two Starbucks across the same lot. And also just all around good people.

Quite possibly one of the worst grocery stores I have ever been too. Disorganized and straight up rude staff. So many other options in the area. Avoid like the Corona. Also, if the deli went any slower, theyd move back in time.

It seems as if Google has eliminated this review for some reason. Possibly because Ralphs pressured them to take it down.Im a 40+ year El Segundo resident (born & raised in Santa Monica, moved to El Segundo 1972). It was disappointing when Ralphs closed the store on Grand & Richmond & paid the lease for years after they moved to prevent another grocery store from opening to compete with the Sepulveda store (low class management). Now the Sepulveda store parking lot is a haven for homeless and other unsavory people. They have organized the interior terrible.... becoming one of the poorest managed grocery stores in the Southbay. Dont give them your business, they dont care about El Segundo residents.

Not consistently good quality. Ive been coming here for about 8 months, and Ive lasted longer than I should have.I primarily shop here for vegetables, and a decent amount of meat. The meat is usually good, though Ive had (slightly) more frequent issues than at other grocery stores. For example I cant say Ive found a bone in my chicken breasts before...But the vegetables are the biggest issue. A majority of the time they are fine. But many times vegetables are just not fresh. And I get things arent always in season, but last time I went to get cherry tomatoes, literally 90% of the pints had obvious mold all over them. At least they were on sale...And Ive come to know some vegetables are just not going to last long, like the packaged cauliflower, which is frequently already going brown at the ends the day I buy it.I want to be clear, most vegetables are fine, and the rest of the store is your run of the mill Ralphs, but I shopped at a different Ralphs for 5 years before moving here and never had any of these issues.

Many employees were not wearing masks or were wearing them improperly. One man gave me attitude when I asked him to please put his mask on. The store has discontinued their senior shopping hours. It takes longer to shop because they have rearranged the store. Aisles are blocked and employees are not adhering to the social distancing guidelines. If you are part of the vulnerable population, dont shop there. I will not go back.

Easy parking. The location was convenient and it was spacious. They have nice produce and was priced fairly.

Ralph manager is so rude at this location his always on a rage he was zero customer service, and it always happens to be the same one his there around 11 to 3 if he doesnt like him job then quit but dont be rude to the customer

This Ralphs has the best and freshest produce. The vegetables are better quality than some of the other stores in this Chain. They are competing with the Whole Foods and Bristol Farms of this world with quality. Can not say the same for some of the other Ralphs Stores. Worth the trip even if it is further away

Love, love, love this Ralphs. By far, the BEST in the area. I go out of my way to shop at this locat5. Their selection of products exceeds those closest to me. The cheese & antipasto bar are great. The only Ralphs I can find the Boars Head sausage I love. Daniel in the cheese department is such a delight. He is always offering a new cheese & cracker treat.

I go between this Ralphs and two other ones. My favorite grocery chain in the area.

This place always has the best customer service. The variety of prepared meals is very good. This place is always clean. And the lines at the registers are always short and fast. Theres another Ralphs closer to my house, but it doesnt compare to this one, so I always prefer to drive the extra couple of miles to come to this one. Its so worth it.

A 24-hour full service supermarket with a pharmacy, deli, and butcher. Self-service check-out is available, and assistance is offered. I recommend the store brands because they are of high quality and low price. Join the Ralphs Club (for free) for further discounts. The parking lot is oddly arranged, and traffic is not easy. There are a Wells Fargo bank and Starbucks also sharing the lot, so parking can get tight at lunchtime, but its unusual to be full before noon.

Great produce, awesome products, very scetchy customer service. Its like if you look different they think youre stealing. Otherwise its a great store. Oh and be careful with the white lady in the self checkout stand. She looks like shes mad all the time

I love this Ralphs in the city of El Segundo.Is open 24/7. There is no excuse whatever you need at any time. The store is very clean, the cashier working night shift is very nice, really awesome customer service. And you can find almost anything thare. Awesome!!

Very nice store. Excellent product placement and presentation. When you walk in you can tell its a Fresh Fare. The only reason I dont give this store a 5 star rating is because the attendant at the flower shop was short and flippant when I asked her where something was in the store. You could tell she was bothered by my question. Poor attitude for that level of store.

Its the closes stop to the beach. Have loyalty card ready. You can save quite a bit. Fruit is always fresh. Lines might be a bit long but your wait is short. Staff is nice. Full deli as well for picnicking at the beach.

An employee by the name of Arturo in the meat department at Ralphs had told me at least 26 people have died due to the virus at that Ralphs. I was horrified that the public is not aware of this. I dont understand why this establishment is still open and operating. The very least closed down and sanitized. He had informed me because he demanded that I must wear gloves because so many people have died in there. Yet, not all customers had gloves on and they were not informed.

I love this Ralphs everyone is nice and so concerned if you found everything. This store is so clean and great customer service. I dont like the Ralphs by my house they are the complete opposite.

Newest update Sept 2021 It sells overpriced poisonous food. For example Ive poisoned myself on their Italian chicken sausages for 7.70 something a piece Aug 2020 Motorcyclists! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Parking Enforcement is insane in there, Ive just got my 338 fine just for parking were Ive used to park for within a year!

Ralphs is an upscale grocery store in an upscale part of town. Nice store, well stocked, but out of 7% fat ground beef. Judging by the price of the 10%, one pound would likely be in the $7-$8 range. Yes, it is a bit more expensive.

This is the only 24 hour grocery store in the ENTIRE South Bay. With out it...??? Bella is the best. She works very hard and makes sure we all dont have to drive to downtown LA for late night foods. 👌

This Ralphs is pretty decent. They have a very nice selection of items. The courtesy clerks are really courteous.

Best part about this store is, its open 24 hours. You can almost get everything you wanted. Conveniently located. Well organised and neat and clean store. I do most of my grocery from this store and I really like it. Staff is very helpful.

The Ralphs is pretty well stocked for the most part, however, at times there are some items that they run out of. Today they happen to be out of parsley so I had to get the organic variety. Staff is available and helpful. At times seedy individuals are there including a drunk guy who was stopped before he ran out with some beer. Those are the exceptions, however. Shelves are mostly well stocked and parking lot can be a bit of a pain at times at peak hours. Good place to stop by for your weekly shopping or for a quick stop for an item or two.

Im a nocturnal kind of guy so got to give props to this El Segundo Ralphs on Mariposa.Always clean, always friendly and always open is just the combination for me.This Ralphs has a pharmacy that stays open until 8:30 P.M. Its my one-stop shopping that cant be beat!Last thought, I may be mistaken, but it seems like the meat is better here than at other Ralphs.

Pretty good shopping. A little small but they have a good variety of options and have great prices. They usually have some pretty good sales every week so be sure to check out their ads.

Quite possibly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Patty, a barista there, has the worst attitude and customer service I have ever seen. If you hate your job so much, go somewhere else. Other employees jusy stand around talking and one order can take forever. This is not a one off either. I have been to this location MANY times. Never again. Stsrbucks shiuld be ashamed of themselves for letting this store represent then

Fantastic staff who are super helpful and willing to lend a hand in finding any item youre looking for. Well laid out store making it easy to efficiently find your items. Bathroom is huge! Great discount food items too.

Went for Western Union. This store doesnt run it until 11:00am. The stores website doesnt bother to say this. Wasted my time. Otherwise a good market.

Its a typical Ralphs. Its well stocked, its clean, and the staff is friendly. The deli is the standout here as they feature Boars Heads products.

I would rate this store zero if I could. Im not a frequent shopper at Ralphs but my boyfriend and I decided to do a little grocery shopping and we came to this store since this one is open 24 hours. I grab two different kinds of ice cream one didnt have a price so I took both with me to the check out to ask the price. So at the check out the cashier which also happens to be a manager starts checking us out and scans all of the items including both the ice creams I ask him if he would tell me the price of both and he ignores my question and asks for the Ralphs reward card so I repeat the same question and thats when he explains to me that he would tell me after I gave him the number once all of the discounts were appplied. I brought it to his attention that I felt like he ignored my question and he said no I assume you shop here all of the time so I thought you knew how it works I ignore his comment and he continues to check us out. He comes to a large bottle of Fireball which when we picked up to purchase as a gift, there were two signs that said $10.99 we were surprised but figured the price was wrong, following retail policy though you would think a manager would honor the price, he didnt he argued that the bottles werent actually sitting over the price that read $10.99 that the space where the bottles were actually sitting there is no price. Even the security himself went to go check the shelf where the bottles are sitting and tried to help us but the manager still wouldnt listen. I wouldnt have sat there and argued with him and it wasnt so much an argument over the bottle anymore but he really bothered me because of his attitude. Point is this so called manager had a rude attitude and horrible customer service. Between being ignored and rude comments we really didnt appreciate his service. For anyone wondering his name is Dexter.

I come here to buy my groceries when i have no choice. Trader joes is my go to but it is far my from my home. I came here a few days ago and was really disappointed in the service. I just needed some help finding a certain item in the store and the employee that helped me made it seem like he was doing me a huge favor. Not only are they overpriced but the service was not accommodating what so ever.

Standard shipping fare but some good choices in deli area. Clean and well stocked. Abundant parking but poorly organised.

Once again Ralphs El Segundo is out of three items on our shopping list. We only shop once every week or week-and-a-half and they are ALWAYS out of something on the shopping list. Their buyer needs to pay closer attention to the demands of their customers! I have been a resident of El Segundo for almost 62 years and have shopped at Ralphs since they opened in town. The last several years they have a real problem keeping items in stock!

Excellent variety of products: the Kroger house brand is as good as the national brands, and better in some cases, and always less expensive, which is appreciated by those of us on a budget.

Came to the store and everything that was for Thanksgiving was marked down except for 3 items and the manager said the he couldnt do nothing I waited 30mins for nothing and still wasnt able to get it marked down manager said to come back tomorrow but sorry I dont live near the area

The location: El Segundo (on Sepulveda & Mariposa. A few cashiers are in need of friendliness and this evening 20 to 20 kids were running a muck!! Best location is Westchester! They still have some issues BUT it will do.
