I Went In Looking For Tall Wall Mirror, The Price was $20 Less Than The One I Was Going To Get, I Also Found The Perfect Large Wall Clock For Under $25, I Was Ready To Pay $100+, The Staff Was Very Helpful & Professional & Even Brought My Large Items Out To The Car. The Only Reason I Didnt Give It 5 Stars Is Because They always Put Those Stickers on the Front Of The Stainless & Glass Items Is Not Easy To Remove.Home Goods Is A One Stop ShopI Am One Happy Shopper,😍

For all home small appliances, Cooking wares, China wares, and holiday decorations as well as furnishings, HomeGoods is the place to get good deals.During the holiday season, this place is busy. Like myself, people come here to scout good deals for Christmas gifts and holiday decorations for the homes.There are many good selections of gift baskets for gift givings. I bought a few gourmet baskets as gifts for our friends. I also found some great china wares for servicing our holiday dinner.For the holiday decorations, they have tons of holiday theme pillows for the sofas and Christmas decoration stuffs for the home to add extra holiday cheers.I also found great deals on unique Italian pasta and European exotic chocolates. Those are good for either gift givings or keep for yourself indulge in gourmet foods.The key to shop here is patient and take your time to find the exact things.

This particular Home Goods has quite a vast variety of furniture appliances and lighting such as lamps And plenty of carpet, it’s one of the safest locations to shop in the evening, the staff is absolutely superb and will assist you to your car to carry out furniture. I also found that the management will always work with you regardless of any discrepancies with your receipt and exchanges and returns are also excepted. Within 30 day time limit.(2021)

My daughter & I love this place. Like going on vacation just 2 get OUT OF HOUSE! Always neat & clean. We always find something to spend our money on, even if we just came to check out their newest items. Staff always cheerful & pleasant with SMILING EYES over their facemasks!

I’m going to be honest, I was really hesitant to shop here today. I haven’t been to HomeGoods in more than a year. Thinking about the crowded spaces made me nervous. But the store, although it still feels sort of overcrowded, maybe it was more in my head than the reality. There was an employee at the entrance, and he seemed to be taking count of the customers entering/exiting the store. And that on itself, felt reassuring. The employees here are extremely friendly, from the moment you enter, they greet you, to the time you exit; this super sweet lady is sitting at the exit thanking you for the visit. There’s tons of nice things to buy here, at very reasonable prices. The store is clean, and employees are all wearing masks.

It has become my entertainment. I use to be able to find something Afro-centric but nothing like that is in the store. Whats up with that? Cant blame it on COVID. I always find something I need.

Poor customer service! On Sunday February 23rd, our sister-in-law but a childrens recliner chair for our four-year-old son. She gave us the gift receipt just in case there was any issues. We discovered that the reclining support arms scrape the floor when opening and closing. Upon further inspection, we realized that a piece of the frame under the chair was broken. We brought the chair back to this HomeGoods, so that we could exchange it for one that was not broken. We then discovered that a good chair has feet on it, which prevents the support arms from scraping the floor. We were told by the store manager, that they do not accept broken furniture. I explained that the chair was just bought on Sunday, here we are three days later and all we would like to do is exchange it for one that is not broken. She proceeded to inform us that it is their policy that they do not take back broken furniture. I said did I do not understand why you are okay with selling us broken Furniture but not okay with standing behind it and taking it back. I also said that we are not trying to return the chair for our money, we would like to exchange it for one that is not broken. She stuck to her ground and explain that it is their policy that they do not take back broken Furniture, even though they sold it to us broken. Because of HomeGoods poor customer service return policy, we ended up returning the chair at another location, and not getting anything at all. Until HomeGoods changes their customer service return policy, we will not be able to shop there out of a lack of confidence on their part. Good luck to HomeGoods, poor customer service will not gain you any new customers. We will also be informing all of our sons Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and grandparents that we do not want anything from HomeGoods, as they do not stand behind their products.

My customer experience was outstanding. The parking was ample in a clean and safe lot. This store was clean, well stocked and organized. Each department gleaming with current trend items and prices competitive. Holiday gifts were plentiful, priced well and items intact like new.Mylene provided exceptional customer service and was especially friendly, efficient and knowledgeable regarding merchandise. Everyone from the greeter to stock boy is to be commended.I shop many TJMaxx Home Goods from Thousand Oaks to Palos Verdes and this location is one of the best. Thank you and see you soon!

First time visiting this location Plaza El Segundo/750 a Sepulveda / 17:50 pm.I love this store but l found a few damage items .(mixed with the newones) they must be removed (specially glass things).Need to be lil more organized some areas, need more associates working on the floor.Very professional my cashier. She take care very well the thingswhat l was buying and for the first time , in all my visits including father locations she offer me to apply for a credit card....I will try to come back with her next time!!! She was very nice...To her; l give 5 stars....l dont have her name was in cashier #2...close to the exit door.( rec.# 818.... #1034).I cant wait until my next visit !!!

Too crowded!! Impossible to social distance. Just because you wear a mask doesnt give you permission to get up on people and reach over them to shop. Unfortunately, its ok not going to get worse with the holidays approaching. The sign said only 110 people at a time but I dont believe anyone was really keeping track.

This home goods is really big! There is tons of merchandise in here too. I actually like this one better then the one down the street that is a home goods/tjmaxx. The plaza that they are located in is more upscale and way nicer, they have a Nordstrom rack and a whole foods there as well.

Several great people work there. Morena, Alistair to name the 2 who help me the most.I go there a couple of times a year and I never leave empty handed and what I find I keep for a long time. Also great for stocking up the kitchen with cooking items and treats for the kids. Italian and French specialty chocolate are there at the holidays and people I have gifted them to ask where they came from. I love that many items are not made in China like some of the larger stores, this store seems plain, but their shelves have international items without the prices of specialty international stores.

I love, love, love, home goods! When we purchased our new home it was my go to store, for helping us complete our desired look. I am always finding great items for gifts, parties, decorating, etc. Plus, the prices are awesome! I have found items in other stores at double and triple the price, that I paid at home goods. You cant beat that.

I visited this place with my wife for bar stools. We could only find one stool of the style that we chose, but we needed 3. But of course, theres always other things that are good buys and one takes notes of them.

WOW!!! Well stocked store with hugh selections of nautical themed merchandise! This is now my favorite location to shop! Love it!

Im always happy to shop here! The store is clean, well lit and has great varieties. In recent years it is getting more gourmet, organic or imported packaged food items and it just makes the shopping more fun! Of course the prices are unbeatable!

I didnt really want to drive the 30 minutes if they didnt have them at the El Segundo store, so I called, and in order to best serve me, Victoria allowed me to text her personal phone the picture of the glasses! She was then able to go look for them. They didnt have the glasses at the time, but she told me she would keep her eye out for them! What exceptional service!I appreciate this so much.

Visited the El Segundo store yesterday and Crystal helped me in the furniture department. It was so crowded and even though she was helping multiple customers, she handled herself very professionally. As a small business owner I value exceptional employees and Crystal is one. She was able to get me information regarding delivery options as well. I really appreciated her help.

This particular store used to carry good brands and their prices were more reasonable. Lately they have a bunch of low qualify and kitchy goods for prices higher than online. Check the price of what ever you are going to buy first. This store is a part of TjMax company and they are not the reasonable company which once they used to be.

Actually, this place is a gold mine. They have lots of stuff that are good quality with good prices. Its way better than Ross. I had so much fun buying plates that I need for my dishes.
