Caliber El Segundo is amazing! The staffs are super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Sophie was so helpful in the process of repairing my vehicle and made everything so easy for me. And the repairing team did an excellent job too! I highly recommend this location!

Absolutely incredible job fixing my car. Luis was so helpful and always got back to me and updated me in a timely fashion and is generally a great guy! He explained the entire process to me so thoroughly and always answered my questions. Hopefully I’ll never need it but if I do I’m going to come back to these guys!

This is the place to go. Hands down the best caliber I have been to and the only one I will be going to moving forward. I have already recommended to all my family and friends. They do not have a clue how to get out on you onw after you droop out you car or truck. It s a long way to gel a bus . Prepare your self

They told me because my car was high end they would tow it to their Beverly Hills facility and I received text messages for every step my car made to the facility. And once it arrived I received text messages on my cars status and when it should be complete. Love them

Very nice people here. I had been rear-ended in my 1998 BMW Z3 Roadster and went to my first choice of collision centers Jim and Jacks up in El Segundo but was told they did not work on cars that were more than 15 years old. They sent me to Cooks I was not only very pleased with the service but they actually did the work for a couple hundred dollars less than was quoted. And the fact that this was an insurance job that I had no out-of-pocket anyway they saved the insurer $200 which Im sure not only endear dear them to the insurer but the job was also perfect.

Best experience Ive ever had with a collision center. My car was looked at quickly and fixed within a week. I received a daily phone call to update me on the progress.I also received email updates that included a link to see photos of my car showing the progress of the repairs.I recommend this place to everyone I meet who is in need of auto body repair.

If you are looking for professional, polite and nice people, this is your place, dont continue looking for a body shop service. I highly recommend it!!!.

I had an appointment for an estimate at 10 am. I waited 15 minutes in the waiting room while the estimator sat at his desk. I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be. She went in and spoke to the estimator. He said it would be another 10 minutes. I will wait 15 minutes for a doctor but not 25 minutes to meet with a collision estimator while he sits at his desk. I left. Total disregard for customers.
