Last minute shopping experience was pretty good~! I took few hours of shopping around because I had to look around for what I had in my list. The store is pretty large and they had a lot of things that I saw what I want. Nonetheless, I got what I need and I say customer service was pretty good too especially I look around before they close.

I came all the way from Torrance to El Segundo to purchase a tablet. The customer service experience here is fantastic! Angels customer was five star. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest. Gracie had a very nice smile and made the process of checking out easy and quick. She also compliment my purchase. In closing I want to thankand compliment the store manager Marvin youre doing an awesome job with your team. Thank you.

The store is clean and well kept. But dont expect to find knowledgeable or proactive staff at this location. Ive visited multiple times during non-busy moments, and staff were reluctant to help. When purchasing a laptop, they could not even differentiate model names. Make sure to do your own research before you head in.

Great store! Quick service, plenty of staff who are helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Clean open store. Well stocked. Good experience every time. Will always buy appliances here, vs. Lowes or Home Depot (terrible service!) even if more expensive. Usually prices competitive, but service is such better! Much better experience. Worth it! Staff Id always friendly and helpful.

I am happy with my recent experience at this Best Buy. I ordered an item (cheap headphones for my son to use at school) online through the website. It was fairly easy and straightforward and you could ship item or pickup in store or curbside. The shipping would have added like 50% to the price since the item was not expensive enough to qualify for free shipping. So I chose in store pick up. It worked well, they have a pretty good system for pick up. I may have been lucky but there were 2 people assisting in the Customer Service area and a third came to assist because there was a line. So it made the wait a lot shorter. The gentleman that helped me was very courteous and helpful. I have had good experiences at this location. With having items I was looking for and knowledgeable staff.

Best Buy always lives up to its name. I went in for a highly recommended ergo wireless keyboard. They had the exact model for couple dollars less than Amazon. I purchased it and left.😍

The staff here is incredible. I had to wait a few minutes to get help, but it was well the wait. The person over the counter saw that cable that I needed and immediately helped me find a replacement. Awesome service. Thank you very much!

Was great until they changed their hours to close at 6. Now theyre only open 7 hours a day, which can be impossible for many schedules.

This store has friendly staff and it is easy to stay socially distanced within the stores.

My daughter and I came in to the El Segundo Best Buy to look at laptops. Shay and Blas (in the computer section) were dedicated to getting us a quality laptop at a very reasonable price! Thanks, Shay! Youre a star!

Bought my Lenovo chromebook Tablet there when it first came out in 2020 [ Hawaii ] and just bought a Scullcandy headphone while visiting California. Always good service.👍

Was very sad this best buy wasnt able to help me with a return. Told me there system wasn’t able to process the return. Spend multiple hours on the phone with bestbuy.com and in the store. After I wasn’t able to return I went to the Best Buy in Hawthorne and they allowed me to return the product I was in and out the store within minutes. Very sad. Will be bring my business to the Hawthorne Best Buy from now on.

Love Best Buy. Have never had a bad experience when coming here. Customer service always on point. Stock almost never an issue. When there is, they simply order your item for you for store pick up or even home delivery.

Smaller Best buy, with a more personal experience, attentive staff.

My merchandise return was quick and easy. I was the first customer in line. The cashier was competent and very friendly.

Didnt have what I went there for, but I enjoyed the trip nonetheless. Staff was helpful, but there was just a lot of empty shelves, so it felt like the aftermath of a Black Friday event.

I love Best Buy but this particular store is currently feeling the effects of COVID and not enough workers. I feel for them, but if you are in a hurry for service, might want to pass for now.

Sad to watch retail stores become a thing of the past. Maybe 10 people inside on a busy Saturday. A big selection inside but nobody shopping.

Went to buy a brand new laptop and turns out my leveno is still in great condition. I just needed to make some upgrades and diagnosed my computer. I was very thankful for the great customer service thats why I love coming to this location.

Know your merchandise before entering Best Buy, currently the salesperson didnt know the pricing of whats available and on sale! Example their is as is item on the floor display for sell out of the box. When I asked if another brand was available out side of the box his reply a straight face No we dont sell out theree box displayed items here, walked that salesman to an out of the box RED TAG showing OUT OF THE BOX! That salesman said Oh!Do your due diligence before shopping or buying at Best Buy..according to that salesperson they dont work on commissions.

The people that helped me were very cool and helpful. They were able to order my items and have it shipped to my house by the next day. I liked how much help I got and how quick everything was taken care of.

Clean store with friendly associates. They had a wide selection of phones and phone accessories at competitive prices.

They have a lot of choices of variety of merchandise... Whats you need thay have... And they will price match any merchandise and customer service is always top notch.

Angel was very helpful and professional, we purchased the new iPad Air, my brother and I were pleased with his great customer service and approach to the shopping experience. Would definitely recommend going with Angel.

I just met the biggest embarrassment of an employee who was being rude and had zero database knowledge of best buy products, didn’t know how to count 15 days, and was significantly balding. How embarrassing, at least he did as he was told after he learned how to count. What training do you offer? You guys don’t even pick up the phone.

The selection was good, the salesman was good Except he failed to give full information and insight of purchasing a regular LED TV verses a Smart TV.My Mothers needs were ultimately unmet even though she clearly stated what she wanted and what she intended to do.

Alittle different shopping in best buy these days. When you walk in if you are going to need assistance check in so you are in the queue for a service assistant, otherwise you may have a wait. Everyone was helpful.

Came in today to look for a soundbar for my tv,I was greeted and she ask me do I need help I said yes, after waiting 5 minutes no one came over to assist me. Look in the back everyone talking like the store was closed.I said to myself is the pandemic over.

The customer service here is absolutely exceptional. The staff was clearly trying to help people out as much as humanly possible despite an overwhelming demand for services. They’re knowledgeable and clearly enjoy doing what they do. Shawn, the manager, helped me because his staff was so busy and I was beyond impressed by how great he was explaining the computer issue to me and how promptly he fixed it. Additionally, the way he helped his staff and talked to them with respect and support was such a wonderful thing to see. I HIGHLY recommend the Geek Squad here!

Best Buy was great.. But the Geek Squad there is super trash. UNPLEASANT, NOT HELPFUL, AND SORT OF RUDE. BUT I did find what I needed from the Best Buy .

The appliance team have all been there for a long time, you could walk in and walk out in 5 min with the item you wanted. Cellphone area takes a while to activate new and transfer data from old phone to new phones. Instant help in Tv and audio, however you could wait awhile for some one who knows what they are talking about in car audio.

Service has always been at a high level. I have been shopping here at this location since 2007 when I bought a my LG TV. Still works too.

They have great sales. Their service is usually pretty good.

Fast and easy drive-up order pick up.Its safe and you dont need to leave your car!

They price-match on the spot, so if you like something, search online for a cheaper price and Best Buy will adjust their price for that item.

Clean and good customer service.

Overall, great place. I dont give five stars because not eveything is stocked, but I have a feeling it is due to Covid (companies not making as much of their product) and the holidays.

The Geek Squad is practically useless and dont believe their warranty policies because they come up with excuses on the fly for whu they cant uphold it and then just try to promote their 200 dollar year round tech support. Awful, I purchased a Puckuo at El Segundo a laptop, my cell went dead and I asked the Pickup Cashier (young white/Hispanic guy to help me with a Taxi call because I could not get s left, he became nervous and stated all of their wall plugs were dead and there was no way to help, I left upset and I had to go over to Homegoods to ask and got the same treatment everyone became suspicious . It was great for me to spend 1,300 on a laptop but the CustomerService stopped after that purchase.

It is predictable and mostly honest. Not flexible.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I asked 2 best buy representatives for assistance and they told me to help myself as there is only a self help service at the moment. Shocked at how poor this service was.

I went three days before Christmas to pick up an order I bought online. The store wasnt very crowded and there were plenty of employees, but most of them seemed to be grumpy and attending to their individual tasks instead of helping customers. But the wait wasnt long and I got the right order without any problems. Overall it was a good, efficient experience... Just not very friendly!!
