Last minute shopping experience was pretty good~! I took few hours of shopping around because I had to look around for what I had in my list. The store is pretty large and they had a lot of things that I saw what I want. Nonetheless, I got what I need and I say customer service was pretty good too especially I look around before they close.

I came all the way from Torrance to El Segundo to purchase a tablet. The customer service experience here is fantastic! Angels customer was five star. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest. Gracie had a very nice smile and made the process of checking out easy and quick. She also compliment my purchase. The store is clean and well kept. But dont expect to find knowledgeable or proactive staff at this location. Ive visited multiple times during non-busy moments, and staff were reluctant to help. When purchasing a laptop, they could not even differentiate model names. Make sure to do your own research before you head in.

Great store! Quick service, plenty of staff who are helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Clean open store. Well stocked. Good experience every time. Will always buy appliances here, vs. Lowes or Home Depot (terrible service!) even if more expensive. Usually prices competitive, but service is such better! Much better experience. Worth it! Staff Id always friendly and helpful.

I am happy with my recent experience at this Best Buy. I ordered an item (cheap headphones for my son to use at school) online through the website. It was fairly easy and straightforward and you could ship item or pickup in store or curbside. The shipping would have added like 50% to the price since the item was not expensive enough to qualify for free shipping. So I chose in store pick up. It worked well, they have a pretty good system for pick up. I may have been lucky but there were 2 people assisting in the Customer Service area and a third came to assist because there was a line. So it made the wait a lot shorter. The gentleman that helped me was very courteous and helpful. I have had good experiences at this location. With having items I was looking for and knowledgeable staff.

Was very sad this best buy wasnt able to help me with a return. Told me there system wasn’t able to process the return. Spend multiple hours on the phone with bestbuy.com and in the store. After I wasn’t able to return I went to the Best Buy in Hawthorne and they allowed me to return the product I was in and out the store within minutes. Very sad. Will be bring my business to the Hawthorne Best Buy from now on.

Know your merchandise before entering Best Buy, currently the salesperson didnt know the pricing of whats available and on sale! Example their is as is item on the floor display for sell out of the box. When I asked if another brand was available out side of the box his reply a straight face No we dont sell out theree box displayed items here, walked that salesman to an out of the box RED TAG showing OUT OF THE BOX! That salesman said Oh!Do your due diligence before shopping or buying at Best Buy..according to that salesperson they dont work on commissions.

I just met the biggest embarrassment of an employee who was being rude and had zero database knowledge of best buy products, didn’t know how to count 15 days, and was significantly balding. How embarrassing, at least he did as he was told after he learned how to count. What training do you offer? You guys don’t even pick up the phone.

The customer service here is absolutely exceptional. The staff was clearly trying to help people out as much as humanly possible despite an overwhelming demand for services. They’re knowledgeable and clearly enjoy doing what they do. Shawn, the manager, helped me because his staff was so busy and I was beyond impressed by how great he was explaining the computer issue to me and how promptly he fixed it. Additionally, the way he helped his staff and talked to them with respect and support was such a wonderful thing to see. I HIGHLY recommend the Geek Squad here!

The appliance team have all been there for a long time, you could walk in and walk out in 5 min with the item you wanted. Cellphone area takes a while to activate new and transfer data from old phone to new phones. Instant help in Tv and audio, however you could wait awhile for some one who knows what they are talking about in car audio.

The Geek Squad is practically useless and dont believe their warranty policies because they come up with excuses on the fly for whu they cant uphold it and then just try to promote their 200 dollar year round tech support. Awful, I purchased a Puckuo at El Segundo a laptop, my cell went dead and I asked the Pickup Cashier (young white/Hispanic guy to help me with a Taxi call because I could not get s left, he became nervous and stated all of their wall plugs were dead and there was no way to help, I left upset and I had to go over to Homegoods to ask and got the same treatment everyone became suspicious . It was great for me to spend 1,300 on a laptop but the CustomerService stopped after that purchase.

I went three days before Christmas to pick up an order I bought online. The store wasnt very crowded and there were plenty of employees, but most of them seemed to be grumpy and attending to their individual tasks instead of helping customers. But the wait wasnt long and I got the right order without any problems. Overall it was a good, efficient experience... Just not very friendly!!
