I bought a home from Jerry several years ago. Great guy, great to work with. Calling him today to buy one for my lake house.

In my opinion Jerry will look you in the eyes and tell you lies. You dont want to work for him because he will rip you off and its just second nature to him. The communication you get before you hand over the hard earned money for a house is great.... But after you close and they have what they want dont expect much more from him without a fight. When you have an issue with a trailer expect to get lawyers involved before anything is solved. Buy at your own risk. I would suggest going somewhere that will value you as a customer.

Eddie and Jerry took the absolute best care of me and my family. My case wasn’t an easy one but these guys really blew me away with their professionalism and customer service. They fought for me when I got screwed over by another dealership and made sure everything was done and done right. They have gone above and beyond and helped with things they didn’t even have to help with. I will never buy from anyone else! I would give more stars if I could!

Jerry is a crook. If you buy a house from this place plan on dealing with issue after issue for months to come. Ask them about how many on going law suits they have. If you work for this place plan on not getting paid. They will tell you we tried calling you but that will be a bold face lie. Save yourself the headache and go to Palm Harbor Homes.
