DONT GIVE THEM CREDIT CARD INFO!!!This company is either incompetent or involved with FRAUD. Apria has charged my credit card for products I never ordered and never received. Random credit card charges have occurred in the hundreds of dollars. Some payments for a CPAP machine are like $40, then random $250 charges appear. Just got charged $24 from them---they could NOT EXPLAIN what the charge is for. Deleted all of my payment information from them on the phone and online. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!

This is a horrible, horrible company. Do not use this company. Within the past 2 weeks I have been getting the run around trying to get supplies. There workers don’t care at all.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE CROOKS! Took them 2 years to change my name in their system so my insurance could pay them properly. Oh, their rental agreements START OVER WHEN YOU MOVE. Regardless of if your insurance policy is the same, they will RESTART your rental agreement WITHOUT TELLING YOU! Ive given them info throughout the entire time I had them, and yet whenever I would have to verify my account they ALWAYS had OLD information even though they send me BILLS (which Im not suppose to be getting because my insurance covers it 100%) to my current address. The custom service is HORRIBLE! They will schedule pickups and deliveries without consulting with you first. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They are unable to communicate within the organization and after a year of problems with billing and threats we gave up. Faxes never got to those who needed it. The last straw is the ABN. Now we can not find how to return their equipmen!!!

Bad customer service, specially when you are going to return equipment. They were supposed to pick up my equipment and never showed up they let me waiting for 4 hours and never even called me to let me know they were not coming. Bad service !!!!! Once again after speaking with THE OWNER of Apria and she said my payments were going to be 6.50$ a mo now i was charged 37.54 $ and supposedly every mo they going to keep taking money away....THE HELL with this piece of sh%t company im done😡😡😡
