Ive had couch cushions and love seat cushions restuffed and bit did it breath new life in entertaining. My cushions were flat and had died due to years of use, but I went with a medium foam that was a little uncomfortable at first. They stuffed the cushion with it and within 2 weeks it was awesome! I spent around $50 to basically get a new couch and a second life for it.

I drove for over two hours round trip to specifically shop in this location, on a friends recommendation. I wandered through the entire store for around half an hour and received zero acknowledgement from the staff. I finally approached and requested assistance and was told “I’ll help you when I can”.I then waited, in plain sight, for an additional 15 minutes and ended up walking out when this salesman chose to ignore me further by leaning on the front counter, casually talking with another employee as if I didn’t exist. I am not happy to have wasted my day on this business and will obviously be taking my money elsewhere.

I think they sent the wrong color I mean brown to a tan/khaki colors not the same so I have 2 yards I cant return cause they wont answer so guess Ill chalk it up as a random weak business donation your welcome..

I have been in the retail business for 15 years and I have to say Texas Fabrics and Foam customer service is the best I have seen in years. Iwas in need of a fabric that was out of stock everywhere I went until I stumbled onto their web site . Anthony was great in getting me the fabric pulled and shipped out that day !!! Ive been there before and have always been well taken care of. The store is exceptionally clean and well organized. Their selection of fabrics, foam, and vinyls is mind boggling.You can walk with their salesman anywhere to feel and get an up close touch to any item one chooses. The prices are also very reasonable.

Your right We go way back and you guys been great to us, but really Nathan is very rude man it wasn’t for the 50 dollars. When I got there I was looking at a sample and he just toke it a way from me and told me those are not the ones you guys had in stock. With out asking me anything. Oh not to mention that he offended me by telling me bye Felicia. Wish I really thought it was funny but it was still offensive. Just talk to him there are things he does that are not right.

Ive been a customer for 20 + years, I always look forward to the next visit, and theyve never let me down.

I couldnt help but write a review. I called this place to ask about them doing some work on my friends couch. They told me to text the same number with pictures, a couple hours later I did just that, with my information. For two days I got no response. I then called and left a voicemail and also sent another text. Two days later still no response. I called again just now and went to voicemail. I cant say they did a bad job but to be that is bad customer service. If they cant do the job no worries but at least let me know so that I can look into someone else. Just frustrating when you want to give a business your business and cant even get a response.Update: after my review the owner contacted me and apologized. He explained they have been short staffed and should have explained. I did end up using this company and their prices were reasonable and work was great. They came to the house and picked up the couch, repaired it, and brought it back. They even went above and beyond and repaired a part on the door frame, it seemed to be coming unattached.

Quick friendly service

Its been a year and a half since Ive had my couches done. They are falling apart. I talked to Anthony who said he was the Owner and that he makes all the decisions for his father who is the owner but only on paper. There are rips in my couches tubing falling out and these are couches no one uses weve used a few times. As a disabled Vet they assured me they would take care of this and add a discount etc etc. All i asked was for a patch job to to redo them. The kid sounded very young and was very unprofessional saying he would do nothing. I told the young man I would stop by his automatic response was is that a threat. I said I want to talk to the father but i guess no ones higher than him in this business.

Bought for some sound blocking. Worked perfectly from the inside door panels of my car to keep road noise out and music from escaping to the outside. Also used inside of my drum cage so it’s not as load around the house and my wife didn’t kill me. It made a drastic change!
