I love this place so much, unfortunately the manager is the rudest person Ive ever met. She has zero customer service skills and is extremely rude. I know for a fact that I am not the only one who has had a negative experience with her. I hope the owner is aware that her manager is truly hurting their business. Its a shame that after years of loyal service we get treated so poorly by her.

Ive been going to this place for some time. I always just get the gelato which is always pretty good. They change up the flavors occasionally which is nice. The pistachio and tajin flavors are good along with the chocolate flavors. The place is nice inside, the booths are cute and you can also sit outside if its not too hot. I would have given 4 stars but I felt like I was being kicked out by like 9:45 and it felt awkward and rushed. Either than that, good customer service while ordering.

I needed somewhere to study, get a small bite to eat and reviews seemed good, so I decided to try it out. I ordered a cappuccino and tres leeches crepes with bananas. $6.50 for the crepes and about $4 for the cappuccino. The cappuccino tasted just fine, seems they use Lavazza, but the crepes were overpriced and quality was poor. She put 3 tiny crepes on a plate and covered them in what seemed like ice cream topping caramel &chocolate syrup, powdered sugar, tiny scoop of gelato and a half rotten banana. This is unacceptable since she peeled and cut the banana and knew it was rotten. I was there to study, so I ate around the rotten fruit and got to studying...I noticed it was kind of warm inside and with the temp being about 90 outside, I was getting uncomfortable. I noticed the hippy girl had opened one of the doors and was letting all of the cool air out and plus, my stomach started to churn from the food, so I packed up and left. They also dont serve pizzas/flatbreads like the website suggests. That was the first and last time for me at that place and I do not recommend it unless you are grabbing a coffee for take away, though that could still be a gamble. The restroom was fairly clean, so keep that in mind in case you require an emergency stop and are in the area.

Something for everyone! Delicious and often innovative gelato flavors, amazing coffee drinks, teas, pastries, and paninis are all on the menu here. Gelato flavors rotate, so of you have a favorite you may want to call ahead to make sure they have it. I tried the Avocado Gelato today and it was rich, creamy, not too sweet, and completely satisfying. They have the classics as well, and sorbeto for a nondairy treat. The staff is always kind and helpful.

Hands down the best place for authentic Gelato. The pistachio is the best I have ever tasted. All flavors are good. They will also give you half and half in one cup, so you can enjoy two flavors at the same time. Highly recommended experience.

All the gelato is homemade. I had the strawberry and vanilla charcoal. Great combination. Way better than ice cream. 15/10 highly recommended

Gufo Di Milano! The best place in town for gelato! Amazing flavors really well made and customer service was great! The girls really made us feel great , I went on a date lasted about 3 hrs chatting and no one whatsoever told us to leave or gave us bad looks at all. Definitely recommend this place of you want to try something totally different and the flavors are simply amazing! I give this place 5 starts overall friendly, nice place to spend a good evening chatting! Thank you so much!

There is nothing more frustrating than poor customer service. Its hard to keep our money in the community when local businesses feel so entitled to neglect customers. Especially when management ops to have no phone contact during business hours and it is a local business. I would strongly suggest educating your retail team on the urgency and standard behind customer service. I will definitely be sharing my poor experience with El Paso culinary.

I wish I lived closer so I could have gelato more often. Its worth the drive though. I love the cantaloupe flavor, lemon, coffee, and so many more. They change their flavors according to whats in season. Everything always tastes super fresh. This is my favorite dessert!

Gufo is hands down the best place for authentic Gelato. The pistachio is the best I have ever tasted. I tried the Turkey sandwich for the first time today. It was spot on! Thank you for the great food and service Gufo!

Went here few nights ago. Their gelatos are amazing but their coffee was not good at all.It was watered down coffee and not very good quality at all.Would go back here for gelatos though.

To be perfectly honest I havent had anything aside from their gelato, so I cant really comment on the rest of their menu. Having said that, their gelato is phenomenal. What I really like is that their fruit gelato has the advertised fruit. If you have their cantaloupe gelato, it truly tastes like cantaloupe. And it doesnt taste artificial either; it tastes like the real thing. I could imagine that the chocolate gelato is probably their most popular, but Id recommend trying some of their other flavors as well. They will even put multiple flavors in a serving if you ask for it. Im personally not much into sweets myself, and yet I like having a desert here on occasion. If youre into ice creams or any type of frozen desserts, then definitely try the gelato here.In case youve never tried gelato, it is denser than ice cream. And its delicious.

I am sad to say but a great deal has changed when the original owners had the place until now.... I sent a private message that is over a week old and has yet to be addressed so Im voicing my 2 concerns here. 1 week ago, my family and I walked in to Gufo Di Milano at 943pm and requested Gelato. ALL of the Gelato was put away at 930pm, per wprker, and we were told only dessert (pastries) and coffee are served.... Why???? Its summer!! Why does the Gelato have to be stored so early?My next concern came 1 year ago when I wanted to order and the worker didnt know which Gelato had eggs. I have had a food allergy my whole life and I am extremely careful. When the previous owners had the shop, they knew each recipe and color coded each Gelato based on food allergy concerns. The night I went, the worker didnt know. When I asked her to call the manager, she refused based on She was told not to!! Well, when a customer has a food allergy, you MUST have FULL DISCLOSURE!! Since the worker didnt know, I had to leave!!!When it comes to food allergy awareness for milk, egg, peanuts, and tree nuts, what are you doing to identify potential exposure and communicate with your customers?When Sergio and Guille owned the shop, it was without question, the best ice cream shop in town!!Now, I need convincing because Im not so sure!!

This is an excellent little coffee shop...They serve all kinds of espresso drinks, gelato, and snacks...A truly great place to do homework or sit and read while enjoying a treat...They brew Lavazza espresso...The servers are always very nice...Its a little small, but this creates a cozy atmosphere, especially with the music...A nice pick for dessert date...

Well the food was really good. We got the Nutella crepes with strawberry gelato. I however, came to try the coffee and it just didn’t turn out good. I got the Nutella cappuccino iced coffee and the whole cup was coated in Nutella which I didn’t realize that would happen. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have gotten it. It was not stirrable. The same thing happened with my husbands iced white mocha too where all the syrup just stayed at the bottom no matter what. The food was good but it’s just not worth th drive for the coffee

Bad service. Workers did not make me feel comfortable in the establishment. I felt like I was a burdern to her while I am ordering over priced gelato. Top it off, it wasnt even good. The Americano was warm and the gelato was not worth the price. I was so bummed out because it did not live up to my expectation.

This place I came across accidentally but its a treasure! Got a caffe gilato on a cone. So creamy, refreshing and delicious. Its hard to find a good gelato around the sun city. Everyone was friendly. Place was clean, quaint and had a humble elegance to it. Defiantley coming back.

Well made website, great presentation of food, terrible taste, and price is way to high for the quality they make their food.

Walk in 15 min before closing, the young ladies told me they weren’t going to service me. While there was still some customers seated. They felt so out of place, that they decided to leave as I was walking out. If the business closes at 9:45 please update your hours.
