Absolute FAVORITE coffee place! Wonderful atmosphere, and the flavor of the coffees is miles ahead of its competitors. My favorite is the mazapán frappe, it’s so flavorful! (Disclaimer: it IS sweet, so if you don’t like sweets, maybe try a different kind)

El Pasos absolute gem and haven for the best coffee served. Not only does Global Coffee provide the finest roasts and blends that are inspired from international places worldwide; their customer service and attention to detail is nothing short of excellent. I recommend everyone to go try Global Coffee, you will not be disappointed and will be back for more. Hats off to Mrs. Knoch and staff for their hard work and hospitality on a consistent.

This place is so refreshing. You really can taste the difference between this handmade locally owned business over the corporate chains. The mazapan latte is so good, and their bagged coffee is great too. Unlike a corporate coffee chain I’ve been to, rhymes with “CarPucks”, Global’s coffee doesn’t have a consistently burnt flavor. Global Coffee Roaster is my favorite local coffee shop, leaps and bounds over the competition.

My husband and I make it a habit to go to small business coffee shops whenever we can and whenever we travel. Global Coffee Roasters was one of our best finds and any time we are in El Paso we always come here (every day of our trip). The owner and her staff are very friendly and professional. The coffee is high-quality, flavorful, and roasted in-house. We make sure to purchase bags of it to take back to California with us. This time we took home a bag of each flavor!Our favorite drinks are the Global Coffee (both hot & iced), Mazapan Latte, and in this hot weather, Cookies & Cream Frappe with a double shot of espresso... so refreshing!!!Stop shopping chain-coffee and start shopping local – you wont be disappointed.

Probably the best coffee shop specialty in EP. The global coffee, named after the Cafe is my favorite. They also have the marzipan Frappuccino which is my wifes favorite.

Where can I start? This place is awesome for a date, business talk, morning cup of joe, etc. I loved that the are very unique and owner came out to greet us. Loved it! I got the abuelita chocolate mocha latte. A dream in a cup. I also had a brownie, it was tasty. Loved my experience. The staff was so helpful! I will deft come back. They had other baked goods I needed to try. And their bagels!

Great coffee but I’ve never met another coffee place who charges for “easy on ice” And I say that because they don’t have large cups but I pay for a large. Then to top it off the girl is the background said they just use more of their products.. 🙄 well so do the other companies but I didn’t say that I wasn’t being rude she shouldn’t of came outside and rolled her eyes once she gave me my coffee. It sucks because I would always be promoting their coffee on Instagram and fb and now I don’t even want to go back after that girls attitude with me.

Wednesday March 10 and the state is open to capacity but no inside seating which wasnt a big deal. The cheese danish was cold & hard. Who serves a cold danish on a chilly, windy morning? 🤔 Wasnt even busy. Three people behind the counter & I was the only customer. Used to love this place. So disappointing.One sentence reply dedicated to the horrible pastry with three people on staff after I specifically stated not a big deal about not being open to inside seating...wow...great job (not) paying attention 😒

Really cute coffee place! Loved the design of the place. The girl who helped with our order was super nice and friendly, and she made you feel very welcomed! I went to get some homework done. They have wifi and it was quiet enough for you to work. The cookies and cream frappe is delicious!

Their espresso tastes like happy. Most places serve milk with a little extremely bitter espresso - the espresso here is much smoother and enjoyable on its own.

I critique a coffee shop by their cold brew and let me say it was delicious! I was on a road trip and I was tired of doing Starbucks at my stops so I decided to stop at Global Coffee and support local. I love the atmosphere, service, and the coffee. My only regret is not getting the bigger size. Maybe on my next road trip when I am near El Paso I will get the bigger size of their cold brew.

Man I miss this place. Can’t wait till I go back to El Paso.

Their Ethiopian pour over coffee is a bit too weak on the berry profile but still very drinkable. Glad theyre still open though. Wish they had more light roasts with citrus as they only have Ethiopian. They used to have a nutty Guatemalan coffee. Bags of 12 oz beans are $14 right now with 50% off a second bag.

A place where you can feel comfortable knowing the people in charge care about the quality of their services.The coffee is made with proper care. There were no additional flavors from improper equipment cleaning/maintenance and the staff is well trained.Product Sampled: Cappuccino w/ almond milk for the micro-foam, no additional flavoring.The espresso was not burned allowing for the flavor of the bean to shine through. The milk was properly steamed which is no easy feat when using non-dairy milks. The initial aroma and taste of the roast was very pleasurable on first sip. There was no sour or bitter taste whatsoever throughout. Hands down the best cappuccino Ive had in El Paso so far.

The best coffee and matcha frappes!!! Try the global coffee if you want a yummy coffee with a touch of sweet. Also, the matcha frappe with coconut syrup and whip is super yummy!! Karly and Brianna are super awesome and give the best customer service! It is so hard to find great service nowadays and they always go above and beyond!! There’s a new Starbucks within two minutes of my house but I drive 20 minutes out almost everyday for my coffee fix from here! Also, their bag coffee is so fresh, the Colombian and Mexico are my faves. The coffee is pricier than most in town but definitely worth it 😊

Rating is based on a macchiato. And friendly service. And the fastest barista in the west. Barista with large glasses was making 3 drinks simultaneously. I can make 3 drinks simultaneously but not well and I would have taken 4 times as long.

Amazing place! Im traveling from Indiana and always on the hunt for local coffee shops. I was greeted warmly. I asked for their best coffee blends to take home with me and the Barista knowledgeably recommended and explained their coffee blends. I left with 2 bags of coffee and a white chocolate caramel iced coffee. Love love love it!

The coffee used to taste amazing, enough to make me go every day. Recently the coffee has not been good at all. I’ve tried it with different employees and every time it’s not what it used to be. I miss the old coffee taste :(.

Hands down best coffee. The Global is a perfect combination of sweet and creamy, it is so beautifully served. And the experience is only made better by the awesome employees. Great coffee! Never disappointed and love the variety and that there are to-go options as well. I studied there for a few days and witnessed how the servers really dedicate themselves to their work and their customers, especially when they recognize them and call them by name. The owners are also great people who are very dedicated to their craft and finding new ways to improve the business.

I absolutely love Global Coffee! It’s such a great and convenient spot in the east side. The coffee is super high quality and not sweetened down like most places. I enjoy the global coffee, which is one of their in-house speciality drinks and it’s usually served hot, but I love it iced! Overall, this place is awesome to hang out and get some work done while sipping on some good coffee.

When I go to Global Coffee I feel like how the characters probably felt in the TV show Cheers. All the employees and owners are extremely nice and go out of their way to make your day better. You can tell that the employees enjoy working at this coffee shop which say so much about the leadership and management they are under. If you go often enough you end up making friends with the other regulars as well as the staff. Now lets talk coffee. Although I have not tried all their drinks my favorite lattes in El Paso are definitely from Global Coffee.

This place is amazing! The atmosphere is very peaceful and soothing for studying or catching up with friends. On top of that the coffee taste delicious!

The coffee is really good and the atmosphere was pretty cool and chill. I got the mocha and my boyfriend got the vanilla latte and we were both really satisfied with our order. Also, they dont serve their coffee scalding hot like at other places so you wont burn your tongue. Definitely going there again!

I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with what happened today.I had been telling my dad he must try their global latte and he finally did. I was on the phone telling him what to order and the cashier Carly was being rude to my dad as my dad attempted to make his order in English (which is not his native language) I asked him to wait since she was asking him if he wanted sugar and I knew this latte was sweet. As I confirmed on their online menu that it did not need sugar and I could immediately hear the different and polite tone with the man behind my dad that Carly who she began to take his order while my dad was ordering his coffee, meaning she went to the next costumer as I was briefly confirming the drink choice. She was polite and courteous to the other costumer, I could hear her. Once she finished with that order she returned to my dad and she was rude all over again, I asked my dad to put me on speaker and I ordered for him instead. As my dad waited for his drinks he expressed how he felt discriminated and how he wished to not return to this place. I had to agree with him as I heard the whole conversation. I called and spoke to Briana, the manager and she was respectful and courteous, she did apologize for what happened and did offer to refund the money, which my dad refused. I am saddened that this happened and how people like Carly can’t treat everyone equally even if English is not their first language, no one forced her to speak Spanish and my dad was attempting to speak English to order so she can understand. I wanted to retract my previous review because discrimination and prejudice is never ok. It bothers me that my dad would feel this way and I am upset I sent him there. I hope this has not and will not happened to anyone else and they do provide the adequate training for their staff to be kind to anyone no matter what language they speak. Everyone deserves respect. This place received the best coffee spot in El Paso 2021 and I agreed until today. I will not be returning along with my dad.This was my previous review as of 4yrs ago.“Love this coffee shop!
