The work was fine, but changing oil shouldnt take over 2 hours.

Bought a battery they installed it for free and also did an oil change on the car as well. They told me it would be 1 hour and 56 minutes later I got a text message to my phone that my vehicle is ready. Good work and thank you very much!

Tires were a good price. Service was mediocre! On top of the fact that I get there 30 minutes early for an appointment to change tires, they take more than 2 hours and lock me out of getting to my vehicle. They say, go around the Walmart,sorry. Hell no, I made them call the manager and open the damn door!

Quick care and I can shop while my tire is changed.

I had an appointment, and in spite of that I ended up waiting for an hour for 2 tires installation. This is ridiculous

I was never told that the used tire was going to be place on the trunk!Besides the service guys lost my tire air pressure cap and made a mess on my truck. I was so happy to find the tire brand from my new vehicle and I had to go through this terrible experience. It was only one tire to be replaced!I am very disappointed!*Too bad this ratings dont have picture posting access.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I tried to replace 2 tires. They striped one of my lugnuts because it was over torqued. The vehicle is only 2 years old and no one has really messed with the tires. They basically messed up my lugnut and told me that they couldnt take off the tire because if it and thats that. Complete amatuers. Now I need to go to the pros at Martin tire to fix Wal marts mess

I have had issues everytime I leave here from missing rim caps to them not checking fluids on oil changes. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else.
