They are helpful and of their word. I was told if item bought does not fit, bring it back for a full refund. They did!

Very very helpful...unlike big store chains..employees assist you and even show you how install/replace faucets.

Went to three national chain home improvement stores and they did not carry the faucet stem I needed. Economy did have the stem and John was the epidimy of excellent customer service.

Owner and helper were very polite. But you can tell is a struggling small business; the store was dusty and it lacked many things. Example: they only had 2 hard hats to sell and very few hammerdrill bits available. Basically good store for nails and cement. Owner was super happy when I told him to keep the change of a 1.48 sale out of 2 dls

Great place. Been there 73 years. John was very helpfull and found the screws that I needed for my project. I have always enjoyed finding the hard to find parts. Definitly recommended with fair prices as well.

While they may not be the biggest hardware store around, but they do have a well sorted selection. The customer service as also very awesome. Whether you know what you need or completely lost, theyre very helpful here in trying to get you what you need.

Knowledgeable, friendly and well priced. Beats home depot and Lowes all day long. Hightly recommended. They helped my with my water heater. Its far for me but I will go there from now on. John speaks English, pepe Spanish. Did not meet Vic but place is amazingly friendly.
