I was heading there and received a call because I was running late. Explained the issue and said I was literally less than 5 minutes away, they said that’s fine and to head on over. Yet once I get there I can’t even talk to someone properly and get any information. Just speaking to an associate through the crack of a door. Not even allowed inside to look at jewelry for if there is a next time. I know I was late- but if You call and say that’s okay then it should be okay. Shouldve just told me to reschedule and turn around when we spoke on the phone.

Went in to get four piercings (two on each ear), the receptionist was very nice and informative. She reviewed the ear rings and explained pro and cons. She also reviewed the aftercare for piercings.Vivi was great! She asked if I would be wanting more (space them accordingly), asked about a scar on my ear where one of the new piercings would go (that I didn’t even know I had!) to ensure it was safe to continue, and reviewed previous piercing reactions. I was surprised she was thorough. I will definitely be going back.

Went in last Saturday for a consult on an irritated nose piercing and I loved how y’all explained what was going on. Y’all walked me through the entire process of changing out the jewelry and even said to contact y’all if it looked worse. I was extremely happy with the customer service and will definitely be returning in the future.

I never leave ratings but Vivi is so sweet and welcoming! She’s very gentle and my piercings that I thought I could never have due to someone piercing me incorrectly I am able to now. Since she re-pierced I haven’t had any issues with them and they are completely healed and I 10 out of 10 would recommend!

They are sanitary, friendly, considerate, thoughtful, informative, and so much more. We chose this place because they pierce by hand instead of with a gun (Google damage by piercing guns if you need to understand that preference) and reviews said they were sanitary and would take the time to answer all your questions. They absolutely are. New needles, earring studs, and all other materials were opened in front of us. The piercing room looked like a doctor office, but friendlier. Sanitation is super important when adding holes. I also have a daughter who asks a ton of questions and they were very patient and carefully explained everything. Love this place!

In behalf of my mom I am APPALLED. I hope nobody else has experienced this kind of Mis treatment and so close to the holidays as if we don’t all work hard for our money.My mom went in today to change her lower cartilage piercing from stud to hope (she had been excited about this for quite a while). Boss lady left the 75 DOLLAR hoop WAY to tight on my mom and might I add had it been comfortable it did not look presentable at all so much money for a “pure gold” piece of metal with no stud at the end at the least. (I will be adding pictures) my mom tried to tell her and she just tells her to treat it well. My mom gets home with blood falling down her ear onto her blouse and her ear is ringing she just HAD to take it out. Of course she tried to reach out to fox labyrith for some sort of refund or a bigger hoop on top of everything she had gone through they wanted to CHARGE HER AGAIN. Please find another piercer ladies and gentlemen there are so many here in sun city. 😒

Fox labyrinth has great friendly service! I got my nipples pierced and they have been healing great. I will admit it was a little pricey but it is worth it. The workers know what they are doing and explain everything you need to know. I will recommend this place to my friends and family if they ever need a piercing place!

Went here to get our 9mo olds ears pierced. We went in first for a mini meet and greet where we talked with the employees, see the facility and talk about the process and aftercare. On the day of the piercing the employees showed up 30 minutes before the store opened so that we could have the place to ourselves. Everyone was very professional and help get both us and the child relaxed. The piercing was quick and efficient. The quality of work was exceptional and I would absolutely patronize this establishment again.

Vivi did my conch piercing and made me feel at home and very comfortable. It was my first time being pierced with a needle and she took the time to explain the benefits of needle piercings vs gun piercings. After the positive experience with my conch piercing I embarked on my ‘ear art’ journey. Vivi travels a lot for training so you know she’s passionate and educated about her craft.

The service was incredible with the polite workers who were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and safe. I was in and out since they were very clean and thorough. The piercer was incredibly informative with the after care and precautions. My other appointments with them all went the exact same and I will definitely be returning soon! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

My almost 6 year old Granddaughter had the best experience, it was all able her feeling comfortable. They put on her favorite music, she can bring her favorite stuffy and if at anytime the child gets scared and says no, its no.and they will give time to reschedule. Vivi made my Granddaughter feel fearless and she is a very happy kid.

Went in today with my husband for a nose piercing, everyone was so nice with welcoming smiles on their face. The place was extremely clean, they definitely took a lot of precautions to keep everything clean and sanitized. Vivi did my very first piercing which was my belly ring when I was 17 and she was so amazing back then that now at 21, I went back for my septum and I’m truly grateful that I did. She explained the piercing process as well as aftercare, used new sanitized tools and, Lally made me feel so comfortable by guiding me through a breathing meditation that it felt simply like a light pinch. I was so afraid of getting my septum done for what people would think but they made me feel so good about it that I actually look in the mirror and feel so much more beautiful WITH it. Came here after getting recommended by my regular piercer in California and I’m sad that I took so long to come. They upgraded an older piercing for and the selection was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and you can tell that their customers love coming in and seeing them. They had a deal for a free conch piercing for first 5 in the store and even though I couldn’t get it I was in the first 5( so sad). I didn’t even know they were having the event so I suggest that you sign up for the newsletter bt they send some great deals through email. Can’t wait to go back

Went in for a free consultation for earrings. My daughter is 4 and was a bit apprehensive. They were very kind and accommodating. Place is super clean almost looks like a doctors office. I got my nose pierced, called tip ask about walk ins, they accept walk ins. Everything was explained, and I was in and out in a flash. Will most certainly go back for any future piercing!

Quick and easy. My daughter and I were both nervous since neither of us remembered our first piercings. It wasn’t a wam bam thank you ma’am experience. We were put at ease and given the facts. The studio was clean, smelled good, had nice unique jewelry, the people were nice, and the piercings were done quickly and without incident.

I went in to get jewelry however, I got three piercings at once at a tattoo shop and when I went in the owner told me they were badly done that they were getting bumps and wrong placement. Going in saved my ear. She helped me heal my piercing and recommended to take them out. I absolutely love how they take care of your health more than anything. Best piercing place in EP!!! I went in to get my 5 month old ears pierced. I went in to the consultation about 6 weeks before my daughters appointment and I picked out some custom earrings. The day of my appointment, exactly one hour before the appointment, they called to tell me that the earrings I ordered were not in yet. I was really upset that they told me an hour before hand and felt it was very unprofessional. They gave me the option to get some normal earrings (at no additional cost) or reschedule in a few weeks. I decided to get the piercing anyway and went from there. I was greeted and my concerns were listened to, they apologized and made accommodations. The piercing procedure was quick and was at my daughters pace. They pierced her ears while she was being breast fed and waited for her to relax before doing the other side. Now, fast forward to two days and she hasn’t experienced any pain, discomfort, or irritation. She is acting normal without trying to tug or scratch her ear. Needless to say, the entire experience was great. They treated my baby with so much love and care. Yes, I was very upset about the earrings but I feel that the experience definitely compensated for it and a shipment error doesn’t change the fact that the entire staff was great and they did a wonderful job piercing my daughters ears. The place is very clean and everything used comes from a brand new sterilized pack.Since getting my piercing, I had a couple questions. Place was clean and people are professional. However, the price for the piercing I got was outrageous. I went back to get my jewelry changed and the ring that was put in was too small and started to cut through my cartilage causing a lot of problems. Wouldnt recommend this place.

I went in to get my first peircing ever. And I was asking the front desk lady a couple questions and she was giving me short answers and had such a rude attitude with me. Plus the wait was way too long just to have a peircing done. I had to leave without getting it done sadly.

The first thing that stood out to me was Vivis knowledge. I had gotten my industrial pierced at another studio and went to Fox Labyrinth for them to check it as I was getting keloids and it was very painful. Vivi explained to me that that the piercer should probably not have pierced me as I do not have the right anatomy for that piercing which is why along with the keloids the bar was indenting my ear. I have since gone back for other piercings due to the amazing staff and selection of jewelry! I highly recommend them if you are looking to get pierced, want to upgrade your jewelry, or have any questions about existing piercings.

I went here to get my daith pierced, and I unfortunately wasnt a candidate, but I really appreciate them being honest with me and telling me that they couldnt do it rather than saying they could do it, and potentially deforming my ear just to make money. Very clean place and very sweet and honest people. Even though I couldnt get my piercing I recommend them 100%.
