Very helpful customer service, theyre very honest! They wont just tell you that everything is good, theyll tell you whats popular along with what they like. Decent pricing too, with good deals now and then.

Very nice place carries liquor that a lot of other liquor stores cant keep in stock. Are the liquor stores will tell you some of the products youre looking for are seasonal but this liquor store has them in stock.

So I walked in today at 6pm with Dia de los Muertos makeup AND my required face mask. The dummy at the register told me I couldnt come in because of my mask. I said: sir I have it on, he said - no the other mask...sir this is make up....mmmm you cant come in with it.....pointless to argue. Walked out. Horrible customer service! Went to the competition near Martin Luther King and they even complimented my makeup.

The guy whos always there is just always so friendly and puts a smile on your face when you walk in.

OVER PRICED LIQUOR!!! DO NOT GO HERE INSTEAD GO DOWN THE BLOCK TO WESTERN BEVERAGES ALOT BETTER SERVICE AND WAAAAYYY BETTER PRICES!!

Not a great selection of stouts or porters, I will not go back to this store again, better off going to the bottle shop store on Viscout and Total Wine and More.

Horrible service, I just called to see if they have a certain beer. When the gentleman answered I said “Gm how are you” to start conversation and he said “busy what do you want? “. I will take my business somewhere else there is another liquor store right up the street.

I am a 23 year old man with a full goatee and I just got denied beer because of a company policy against vertical ids. What kind of backward policy is this company running that the orientation of my id that expires on my 24th birthday prevents you from taking my money? Great way to spend National Beer Day. Wont be coming back even after my ID is up to their elite standards.

The customer service is garbage. The door was closed and locked 5 minutes prior to closing with several people trying to make purchases. The person closing inside tried to ignore the would be patrons and when he finally responded, rudely informed everyone it wasnt his problem.

Have been looking all over town for Enter Night Pilsner ever since the 5FDP concert and hadnt found it until today when out of the blue I stopped in and they had it. If you are looking for a hard to find craft beer I suggest you check them out.

They close BEFORE the time says. So DONT expect to go there within half an hour of closing. Poor customer service. And they dont take military discounts.

Really nice that they have a variety of beer but if you have a VALID vertical ID they cant sell to you. The store is in Texas and my ID is valid.

Really great selection on beer and the guy behind the counter helped us pick out a gift for a friend. If you are illiterate, I could see why you would be upset about vertical IDs. There is a sign on the front door clearly stating they dont accept them.

This place has the absolute best selection of beers on the northeast, and its definitely in the top 3 in all El Paso.
