This place is a gem. I went in looking for crystal chips and I found such a huge selection of crystal chip beads as well as tons of other crystals to browse. It was definitely hard to choose because they have so many types. Everything is labeled which I really appreciate. I also liked the crystal kits for anxiety, chakra, good sleep, etc. I loved the little museum in the back. I was not expecting to find that museum and it was so neat! Ill definitely be back.

Has anyone bought a Moldavite from there ? I bought mine about 4 months ago and I didn’t feel anything. I took it to another crystal store and they used a Jewel magnifying glass and he wanted to give it a benefit of the doubt and recommend an obsidian stone to see if it would work.. He didn’t want to tell me if it was fake or not, but I’m starting to think I paid $150 for a fake moldavite necklace

I called to ask which stones are best for anxiety and the owners or workers there were so sweet to me . They set up an invoice to have my items shipped to make it easier on me . I will be buying again ! Thank you so much for helping me !

The cristals, Gems and more are beautiful but the are so over priced .. $$$..

Very large selection! But had incorrect labels on things ( heated treated amethyst labeled as just citrine & satin spar as just selenite), had lots of dyed stones like colored agate and quartz, and the employee didn’t seem to know what certain crystals were/what price they were. Everything was also overpriced compared to other crystal stores. Still a fun time to look around, especially with the mini “museum”, but not necessarily good to buy from.

I love this place. I’m visiting from out of town and decided I needed a new gem so I stopped by the Crystal Galleria. I ended up leaving with so much stuff. They have a great selection of stones and I love the video they show of them digging out stones from a cave and they have a cute little mine museum. This place is a gem.

This place has an awesome selection, and its well organized and clean. Unfortunately, no one knows if the sages, Palo Santo, and other herbs are ethically cultivated. This is a big deal when is comes to purchasing these items.

This place has such a wide variety of crystals, books, incense, etc... They are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend and I cant wait to go back!

Came here a couple days ago and spent about 50 dollars. Today I spent 220. Today my items werent labeled.. Obviously I got many and its quite frustrating that one day its labeled and today nope. Didnt even notice as my stuff was being bagged while I was still shopping. Nice place but this matters as well.

Great selection and I love that everything is priced! My only problem with this place is that some people that work there make me feel uncomfortable because they are constantly watching over you making you feel like you cant pick anything up because they think you are going to steal it. If not for that i would have given 5 stars.

My favourite place to go to on the weekends. Huge selection, wonderful people, excellent customer service and their knowledge is mind blowing! Did I mention their reasonable prices??

The products are nice but I’d recommend just going in the store & looking then ordering the stuff you want on Amazon due to better liability & return/exchange policy. Customer service is rude & not helpful at all. I had bought $63 dollars worth of product but unfortunately 2 items broke & I tried exchanging it a week later, but the manger refused. She told me “it’s your fault and there’s nothing I can do, these products are fragile” I explained to her that the products were giving to me in a plastic sandwich bag & were not wrapped properly. As I’m explaining the worker had another customer’s crystal wrapped in paper tightly & I asked her why mine weren’t wrapped like this & her response was “this is quartz which is more fragile” which is contradicting her statement earlier. After this horrible experience I would never buy again from this business, as per customer service is important. The products that were broker were only $4 each, so I didn’t understand why they didn’t exchange the broken products after I had spent so much there, and definitely would have spent more in the future. HIGHY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This place is Amazing! I’ve yet to find a location as fulfilling as this one. They have a LARGE VARIATION of crystals/stones/jewelry and other neat things. Staff is awesome. Staff is welcoming. And the location is very convenient.. you all are open on saturdays? That’s awesome.. Thank you for being an amazing place of business.

Huge selection! Customer service was amazing! I was shopping for gems to help my sons study habits. Mrs. Carrillo did not have sodalite in that location, but quickly went to her other location and brought me back a nice assortment to choose from! The prices were average compared to online stores that I researched firs.

Great place! They have anything and everything you could be looking for. The staff is knowledge, helpful, and easy to work with. And their prices are better than what you find online. I absolutely love this store!

My nephew told me about this place and I am so glad he did. They have a very large variety of stones and crystals. Their prices are so affordable.

Nice store! Its full of different gems and amethyst geodes. Theres a wide selection of crystals and minerals. Some beaded necklaces and pendants/earrings. They also sell geodes that they will break open right in front of you.

Sorry to say this, I had not dared because when someone is racist gives you shame to tell. But I saw a comment from someone who commented on a white lady ... and let me tell you that I speak English and Spanish, but I usually take my grandmother to buy this kind of stores, she loves gems because she gives them a pre-order. ..they have good prices and beautiful gems..mas the white sra to me I speak very well because I speak in English .. But then it was my grandmother to ask and she does not know English. Your mother is very very racist .. And I know you said that it is not that its just tired, and that nobody is perfect. But this goes beyond. First of all if you put a business is not worth the excuse that behaves racist for fatigue .. If you own a business so take the scrub you have to put a mask of kindness! Well, if its your business, its really the customers that make you the most profitable and successful. For my part, I no longer return to your store, I do not need anyone to humiliate my grandmother for being a racist. Maybe my grandmother moves a lot in the esoteric world, and its great. Only here in the passage an average of 150 people do esotericism, because my grandmother knows many potential clients, in fact before the racist mistress mistreated my grandmother was delighted with the store, and thought of passing the data to her colleagues ..
