I went in about a week ago looking for some hair. Long story short…The first girl I spoke to was very friendly(the younger staff was sweet). But when I had a question and the young associate didn’t know the answer, she asked one of the older women that was working there to assist us. No prob. Immediately, this woman had an attitude for some reason. As soon as I asked her a question she didn’t seem to know the answer to, I was treated with disrespect. Treated less than by someone who was confused about the information they were trying to give me. The employee went on to try and make me feel incompetent for asking questions she didn’t even know the answers to. She was also trying to have my buy a color that clearly didn’t even match what I showed her I was looking for and still insisted in a stern voice “ITS THE SAME”. I was not rude, but I thanked them and made my way out.I’m sorry, but I drove from out of town just to feel like I didn’t matter at a place where I went to spend my money. It doesn’t take a lot of effort to be kind, especially when you’re getting paid to do it.This woman just lost a customer which leads to loss of revenue for her employer. It’s disheartening to have an employee being unhelpful and disrespectful, especially when it comes to helping customers. Leave your drama at home and quit ruining peoples day. I’m sorry to leave this comment, but this experience was unnecessary and could have gone the opposite direction. Instead I left feeling like trash because people don’t know how to treat others. Kudos to the young ladies there. You two were very sweet.After that I went to this amazing place called Myong’s. They were professional, caring, and extremely helpful/knowledgeable. I found the most beautiful, and better quality hair there. I’m happy I went there after wasting my time, patients, and comfortability at EP beauty. Making my drive from out of town was not wasted.

I had been a faithful customer at EP Hair Salon for years, until last week when I asked my stylist to lighten my hair. Keep in mind that I asked her by text if she could accomplish this. She replied that yes she could lighten my hair. I specifically asked her if she could do this, and she said yes.Victoria failed miserably to lighten my hair as I had requested.It was the exact same color as before. Very dark. I asked her to correct the color and again, due to lack of communication, and lack of effort on her part, she failed to do what I asked.I paid $160.00 for her mistakes, and I really paid the price for what happened next.The management was volatile and aggressive.While I was trying to talk calmly about my concern to the daughter of the owner, she began to yell and caused a scene immediately.I was frightened!I feared for my safety, and immediately left the premises after I paid.I will never return, and will never recommend this place of business again.My entire family supported this business, and if they treat their repeat customers like this, then forewarned is forearmed. Buyer beware at EP Hair Salon.

I love going to this place. The people are very friendly and eager to help you. Im heading there now. They have such a vast array of wigs that suits me for a professional yet stylish look. They will cut the lace for you and take their time. They also give a military discount but the sale they always have always beat the military discount. I can say enough about this store. The only thing I wish is that they sold human hair for micro braids

I loved the store, im still a newbie and get overwhelmed by not knowing what everything is. They helped with any question i had and the selection is great along with reasonable prices. I got so much stuff now i need to actually do my nails 💅 go and check them out they have so much to see.

I went on Saturday 10/16/21 to buy gel nail polishes.When I got home I noticed I had bought a shade that I already had. Of course, they are closed on Sunday, therefore, I could not called to exchange it.I called Monday October 18, 2021. I was told by the owner that the sale was final and that I could not exchange the gel polish even though I had my receipt and the nail polish hadn’t been opened. I will not go back again. I would usually go to buy my gel polishes which I bought $83 dls worth of them on Saturday, just to not wait an get them the same day.I bought some more of them online and on top of that I got a discount for buying more than 4.Thanks to my experience I will not be going back again to this store!!!I can wait to get them through mail and on top of it get a discount!I guess things happen for a reason!!!!!!!!

I just started going here for nail supplies, a lot of their prices are better than amazon’s prices and they have a large inventory. My last purchase was “bleating” from glam and glitz. The price was around $13 for a 2 oz. container. Loveee!

I bought a set of extensions yesterday and they told me it’s all real human hair I ask the girl that In case of something if I could return them and she said yes as long as I don’t take it out of the package so I came back because the hair was a different color after I toned my hair and they told me they can only give me in store credit they didn’t told me that before if I would’ve known that I wouldn’t risk myself to pay 150 dollars for extensions so they told me I could tone them at home and I did they are all messed up now because they ended up getting purple and I can’t do anything about it because of course they won’t return my money now think 2 times before you buy in this store never going back ....if you’re looking for extensions you’re more safe buying from Bellami extensions or any other brand and they’ll be same price for better quality and REAL HUMAN HAIR !

Wow I got my product very quickly and the customer service, Mike Kim to be exact responded very quickly when I emailed them about status of shipment, it took about 1 week from Texas to California and this included from the time I placed my order.

If I could give 0 stars for a rating I would for this place. I went to store with my wife, we were looking for nail stamps. We did end up finding it at the check out area. I asked the store owner and he said we needed a license to buy it in a very rude way. I proceeded to tell him I will just purchase it online for my wife then. The next day I did just that and purchased the nail stamp on Amazon. Oh and by the way Wal-Mart sells the nail stamps also. The owner of the store is thrash and very rude. We will never conduct business with this store ever again.To the owner: You realize just because its a YN doesnt mean we cant buy it online. It took me no more than 1 minute to find YN nail stamp sets for sale online. Get off your high horse.

I am extremely blessed to have this little piece of heaven within minutes. The ladies are super friendly and eager to help. Visiting this store is super relaxing and fun. I tell the ladies to post a picture of my face and not let me get in....hahjaaaa. thats how much I go there. Prices are competitive and reasonable plus Im old school and enjoy traditional shopping, so I dont mind paying a few extra bucks for the convenience, unless the difference is big. The owner is nice as well. So far, I love this place.

I love the store but the hair is more expensive than Chois hair store in the Northeast.

The people were nice and the prices were fair they even offer military discount only thing I would say is their isles are really narrow so its hard to go in with a stroller (I had an umbrella stroller) so keep that in mind if youre going in with your kids.

The moment I walked in the store the cashier turned around didn’t even bother greeting. More people came in she did the same. When finally getting my products and going over to pay she dumped over on the counter my things and threw the basket to the floor right next to where i was standing.

Shipping took a few days but understandable! Overall very pleased with items! Will definitely be ordering again... i live in LC and hope to visit the store one day!

The selection of products is amazing! We visited for the first time today and had so much fun looking at all the nail supplies. Selection was great, prices were fair, and best of all the staff was very friendly and not overly suspicious as these types of shops tend to be. I went to get materials to begin practicing acrylic nails and found everything I needed, including practice fingers. I can’t wait to go again. I wish we had something like that on the west side!

This place is super expensive. My girlfriend asked to to stop by and pick up dome hair extensions. They cost 135 plus tax. I found THE EXACT SAME product on Amazon for 15 bucks.TOTAL RIP OFF

This is my first time ordering from this website and I absolutely love it. Fast shipping and my item was perfectly wrapped.

The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because my shipment is now on the way. I placed my order, ofcourse my funds were taken immediately. I waited 5 days for shipping info. EMAILED them, a shipping label was generated and USPS was waiting on my package. After NO movement I emailed them again and asked when it would be dropped to the facility. The next day I get a notification saying my order arrived at USPS. After now its all on the post office to deliver whenever they do... now mind you I EMAILED this company TWICE I have NOT received an email back apologizing for the delay or anything. I wont be ordering from this company again! I ordered something from another company 6 days after I ordered from this one and got my package yesterday. This one, Im STILL waiting on. Never again.

I have 51 IBD gel colors that I have collected over the years all purchased from this store. The first polishes I bought years ago are STILL in excellent condition! They last forever (I have taken good care of them). They sell the Kupa gel top coats, Gelish polygel, and several other gel polish brands that are fantastic. They have nail tips, files, buffers, bonders, nail prep, cuticle oils, builder gel, brushes, nail art, gems, swarovski, acrylic, dampen dish, they sell the kupa e-file, gel lamps for curing... They sell the gel cleanser: a blue liquid by Gelish I believe, it’s the one I always get in a big bottle and it smells so nice and so inexpensive. It’s so nice to use instead of straight isopropyl alcohol. They sell brands like Young Nails, CND Shellac, Kiara Sky, Gelish, IBD just gel polish, Gelaze, Gell II, DND, Mia Secret and more! Can’t wait to see the new store when it opens on Zaragoza. I have been coming to this store for years and always have a good experience. I am very grateful that we have a beauty supply store like this in little ol’ El Paso. They make beauty supplies that are harder to find accessible. They carry things that Sally’s does not, better quality and very fairly, inexpensively priced. I send this store and the owners many blessings and praise. I haven’t gone to a nail salon since I discovered this place! I’m all about the nail stuff but they sell other items too for those in cosmetology.

Given our current circumstances, the lines were long and it took a while to get in, which I understand. Despite that, they have alot of variety and the staff was helpful and polite! I would go back for sure.

EP Beauty Supply has the most helpful and friendly staff who make all the difference for me.I am not a nail tech but I enjoy buying my own products to take to the salon.Because of this, whenever I go in I have lots of questions and they are always happy to help and recommend the right products.I really appreciate that.The most important thing is that they have never tried to oversell me products I do not need.

My package was lost by usps. It was shipped on June 18th and arrived heavily damaged on July 11th. I reached out to this company and never received a response. $90 worth of nail supplies ruined and no help from usps and no response from this company.

If I could give three lower than 1 star I would. I have been coming to their store for almost 4 years, the entire time I’ve lived here and I will not be returning every again. The guy who works there or runs it needs to work on his customer service. I purchased 3 packs of hair and one said 5.99 and the other 2 said 3.99 and he charged 5.99 for all three for a mistake and he said “I didn’t mark them”. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I WAS WARNED ABOUT HIM BEFORE BUT I WILL BE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE WHO GOES TO BEAUTY SUPPLY STORES NOT TO SHOP THERE! All over a 2 dollar difference. Next time make sure prices are marked correctly.

Be careful, they overcharge you for things. Bought stuff worth 41.92 before tax, they deducted 52.40 from my card after tax. Didnt check until 2 days after. Just be careful n make sure you calculate your total. I think the lady took advantage of me cause was very pregnant n looked exhausted.

Horrible service!The girls that work there were on their phones the entire time. I asked a couple questions on nail and hair products and they didn’t know anything and on top of that gave me attitude and were rude. I recommend Wigs Paradise on the northeast side of El Paso instead of this place. The owner, Mike, is rude and very unproffessional as well. Dont go to this place ! I love this place! This is the best beauty supply in El Paso in my opinion. Kiara dip powder selection is my favorite, and Sparks hair dyes as well. They also update on all the new hair dye trends even before Sallys, like the Kiss semi-permanent hair dye collection, which is impressive. I just wish they would add the Lime Light color from Kiss Express into their inventory. *crossing fingers* but besides that, they are offering a wide range of beautiful hair dye colors and beating local competitors prices, too. I once called to see if they had something I was looking for, and they did not have it in stock, but when I went into the store a couple days later, I asked if they could order the item, and to my surprise they had already done so. I walked out a happy customer and realized this beauty supply store really listens to customers wants/needs. GREAT JOB, EP BEAUTY!

Loved it; they have great prices and good customer service. You can fine lots of nail and wig products but they also have waxes, hair dyes, combs, sheers and such. It can get a little tight in there since its a small store.

I purchased a dip nail kit from this place for $100 ...... it was incomplete and the owner would not give me the piece that was missing or return the kit. Of course..... he would offer to sell me the piece that was missing from the kit!!!!Also told me to call the company that made the kit. Kept making every excuse to NOT honor the missing pieceBeware this is a crooked company that is all about making a buck rather than being an honest company.HORRIBLE STORE..... MAKE SURE YOUR KITS ARE COMPLETE BEFORE LEAVING STORE!!

Walked in for a pomeade, overheard the workers when others would ask questions and they seem knowledgeable.

I came here to see what type of products they have, which I really really liked and good prices too. But I just felt uncomfortable after I was accused of stealing a tester. I still bought something here and yet I was questioned if I had stuck something up my sleeve! I was embarrassed and even after showing them that I had nothing up my sleeves they still looked at me as if I was lying. I offered to go show them that I had put the tester back in its place but the man didnt bother to. Very embarrassing and an uncomfortable situation to be in.

I had originally left a one star rating because of treatment by one employee. Then, I later found out that employee does not represent the company as a whole.If you are in need of beauty supplies, this is the place to go. I was here form something- to use in a photo shoot, and the person who sold it to me gave me wrong instructions. I have found that that person is now gone.If you need something, SK Beauty is the way to go!

I went to the store and picked a wig off of a mannequin and when I got home they gave me the wrong wig. I went back to show them that it was not the correct wig. They still did not exchange it after showing them their mistake. I will not be purchasing from them again because it just might happen again. They lost what could have been a good customer.
