These guys are awesome! Steve and his crew tuned up my wife’s car and it only took 30 minutes. It was late on Saturday but they took me in and finished it quick. And the pricing was excellent. Wow, did I score some points with my wife. I highly recommended this business. You won’t regret it!

Everyone seems to like to complain. This is the second time my and my wife used this shop and always got a good price. Recently took my suburban in for breaks and oil change. He was quick and 200 dollars cheaper than places like firestone, brake pros. More than satisfied

Be aware of the repairs done at this placeRequest an upfront estimate for repairs before any work is done. They charged over $1000 for spark plugs wires and a distributor. The prices are outrageous. Best to go to the manufacturer for repairs. . Vehicle still ran poorly after the work was done. Did not dare go back. Good luck.

Whatever you do, please do not go to this place. The owner appears to be very dishonest. Charged me 1300 dollars because my car was not starting when all the issue was because I had a key with no chip. The man has dishonesty all over him. Lied that he changed pumps and circuitry when he did not. Shame !!!! Disgraceful attitude. I will be taking this man to court. He is not a mechanic. He is a dirty scammer. And I will pray fervently that he and all his generations be cursed for scamming me of my hard earned money.

I was super skeptical about having my car serviced here. Im not mechanically inclined, so of course I did my research on how much repairs would cost for my specific issue. After talking with my brother in law who happens to be a mechanic the pricing checked out. Overall Im satisfied with the repairs.

HORRIBLE! Definitely don’t recommend this place a quick check up ended up costing my brother $175 & they didn’t even have his car for an hour. Guy mentioned Since they weren’t able to profit $1000 for everything they “ supposedly” found wrong they would charge him $175.

Quick and efficient, knowledgeable. They fixed my truck up in a couple of days.

Guy is a fraud. Charged me 500 to do a temporary fix to turbo. Told him coolant was also leaking. Two days after receiving car back battery died. Couple days later started leaking more coolant. Turns out it was the reservoir that was cracked. They did not check anything on my car. It was a simple fix and they overcharged me for the turbo which wasn’t the issue. Mechanic was also rude. Just don’t bring your vehicle here. Bad customer service and bad business.

I discovered this auto repair shop by searching online with Google. At the time, my vehicle was giving me problems with the alternator so I contacted this shop which my friend assisted me since I had no mechanical knowledge concerning automobiles. Steve was very prompt in responding in towing my car from my apartment complex He constantly kept my friend informed on the status of my vehicle. I was extreme pleased with the work, his professional manner as well as his super nice personality. He also gave me recommendations on future repairs in order to prolong the life of my vehicle. ImI must say that I would definitely recommend this auto repair shop to my friends and family without a doubt because the repairs to my vehicle was done correctly and not too costly.

Steve is an absolute professional! I have a 2002 F250 7.3L Powerstroke and my radiator cracked while driving from California to Virginia. In less than 24hrs, Steve and his team had us back on the road better than new. Excellent quality and customer service, even better pricing...best shop I’ve had the privilege to work with! Advanced Auto Service Center was awesome! We pulled in on a Saturday with our engine light on and 10 hours from home. They were courteous and kind. The repair was done in a couple hours and was reasonably priced. Not only did they get us back on the road they called us several times to check on us and make sure we made it to San Diego. Highly recommend!

First off got the truck towed from my house and the same day he told me the problem and gave me a good deal on why needed to be done and had my truck for 3 Days and it came out good and then I had another problem with me truck and he took the time to look at it and help me out (since he knew I was financially struggling a little) did me a huge favor and and gave me another deal. So all in all very good and very helpful. I am very satisfied with the work and the timing.

Dont trust this place or any of its workers. I brought my car here for it to be fixed. The owner had told me it was a transmission issue and charged me 3,000 to put in a refurbished transmission. Every time the owner calls me back to his shop, Im wasting money and time getting a ride there just for him to tell me something that he couldve told me over the phone. When I do get to the shop however, he informs me that there is another issue with the car, and that I needed to find a part for him. So youre telling me that I have to do the mechanics job when I paid him to fix my car? What a joke. Im stationed at Fort Bliss and Ive already reported this place to my chain of command so this place can be blacklisted for screwing people over.

I was recently passing through el paso heading to Virginia and started experiencing noise in the engine. Even though it was after hours and his business was closed he still took the time to diagnose the issue over the phone. I was able to get back on the road with a minor fix. He even called me the next day to make sure i was doing okay. He is honest, genuine and takes his job seriously. I am very thankful he took the time. Thank you.

PLEASE READ! Please do NOT take your car to this shop. I took my car on 2/2/21 with full confidence this man was true and honest seeing the reviews before me and I regret every second I had my car there was a complete disaster. One week after taking my car home in having thought he fixed my car the check engine light came back on and everything went downhill from there I took it back to “Steve the owner” he said I had warranty on parts and maintenance so I left my car after a couple days of returning he said he still had to run diagnostics and needed more time. I asked him to show me proof of what all he had done in the first place again and he showed me but also told me there was more issues out of nowhere all these codes popped up. When I asked him about all the work in detail he said I was accusing him of false repairs and he got defensive and told me to leave with my car even though it had warranty. So I am in a lawsuit with this copy have wrote a complaint on the BBB website and also the attorney general office please feel free to contact me via email if you’d like to know more.

Quick service and stuck with us until the problems were fixed.Our car broke down at 10pm on a Tuesday. They answered our call that night and had a diagnosis by the morning.Once the main issue was fixed, they helped patch up a few other small problems on the spot, and we were on the road by the time promised.The speed of the service and the willingness to work with us to get the car to a place we were comfortable with were much appreciated. Took a car in this past month to this shop and the service was terrible. The car was not fixed but the guy still charged us. This guy is no mechanic, he is a business man. He would do anything just to take your money. Very disappointed with this place, I had to even file a complaint with the city. This place does not deserve to even have a business permit. So good luck renewing. I hope that you don’t do the crooked thing you did to me to someone else. If you don’t have a clue about cars please don’t open a shop. Customers go to you when their car breaks down, have some compassion. Explained everything thoroughly don’t just take advantage of them. I hope that with this review you figure out that cars and customer service is not your thing. I do not recommend this shop.

I had them put a clutch in my truck and I want to say they are very timely yes me and tge owner had sone choice words due to an issue but theybwhere more than willing to fix it skip ahead some time my clutch is starting to feel weak and may need replaced I called them and right away he told me to bring it in and they will do What needs to he fixed they stand behind their work and validate their warrenties I will continue to use them

Excellent work, everything done as promised. Steve saved the day, we were out in the middle of nowhere in South Texas when our truck began to overheat and the engine light came on. About two hundred miles out of El Paso, and we called Advanced Auto Service. Steve came in on a Sunday to diagnose the truck. The work was significant, so we had to fly back home. So Steve gave us a ride to the airport! The truck is running great now. First class service, and Steve was a super guy to deal with. He even tipped the carrier service that picked up the truck and delivered it back home. Couldnt ask for better!

. I thought he could fix all the damages in my car .he did a half as job never taking my car too him again. I Paid him almost $2550 and my car wasnt fully fixed now I have to pay $800 for things he didnt fixed . The same happened to my moms car .paid for a half as job .

Took my jeep in for a clutch replacement. Got it back, gears were still grinding. Took it back, said it needed a transmission replacement. Charged me 1875 for a transmission replacement AND THE GEARS STILL GRIND, PLUS, it doesnt want to start. Take a look, THEY FORGOT TO PUT THE BOLT ON THE FLYWHEEL AND THE STARTER.! Im glad nothing too terrible happened, just a major inconvenience and a lot of wasted money. Will NEVER go back or recommend.

So I went to have my car checked because i had received 2 jump starts due to the battery dying. I get there and I’m asked to pre fill a paper and sign. So I do. They do a diagnostic test and the owner, I believe, tells me it’s the alternator, the battery, the electrical outlet and a Circuit that’s bad. And that he’ll charge $960 for the fix minus the battery. If it’s the battery then he’ll have to add that to the total cost. So I’m a girl and I don’t know about this. So I call my sister to let her know and she’s like well how much is the alternator and I was like well he said it would be 300 or 475 and that the one for 475 was better she found it at o’Riley for $260. So I tell her you know what no thanks I only have $500 so I can’t even afford it. And he says tell you what give me $500 and pay me the rest when you get paid again. And I was like well I think I’ll take my chances and then he was like pay me $500’we buy the battery an give your alternator and overhaul and I only charge $500 I’ll take care of the electrical and circuit. So I was like no thanks and then he was like ok well I’m gonna charge you $75 for the diagnostic test. And I was like ok well I was not notified there would be a charge and of how much and he was like you dined this tight? And I said yes, and it was in blank how am I supposed to know how much tho. And he said well you should’ve asked. To which I replied you are right. I should’ve. Go ahead and charge my card. And he was like you know what forget it I won’t charge you. It’s on me. And I was like no, you don’t have to do that. I’m not gonna write a review . And he was like no it’s ok. So I left. My review is not about the charge. I have my word. My review is about me going to Juarez and the mechanic there telling me there’s nothing wrong with my alternator it could be the battery but he cleaned the cables and said if the battery goes out again you just need a battery cause everything else is fine. I pod him $15. And I was about to pay almost $1000. So nope never going here again.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. READ CAREFULLY. Took my car in to get it checked he was gonna charge me $75 just for that. After he mentioned what was “wrong” I offered to buy the part take it and pay for labor. My car was not ready until 6 days later. Then after I left my car still had the same issue I took it in for. He only replaced the part I took it for when that part was completely fine something else was wrong with my car but he only went with his “gut”. Now I had to go elsewhere to fix what the real issue was and still payed this place close to $600.
