Honestly, I didnt really expect very much help with this place. Boy was I wrong! These guys not only helped me find what I needed, they were very polite and actually worked with me on the price when I told them I didnt have enough money to buy all the things I asked for.Another point in their favor is that they offered to call me when everything was ready for me to pick up.

Been calling for the second day in the row and can’t get a hold of anyone. Either they send you to voice mail or put you on hold for over 10-20 min and no one gets back. Staffing issue or simply don’t want to work and sell so we can place an order.

Customer service at this location isn’t good at all. Need help with finding a part for my vehicle and they ordered one a week ago. They kept pushing back the days and now it’s about to be two weeks. I let them know that I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back and they refused and said I would have to go to the location in person. I live 1:30 away. I called the customer service number and took me to the location and Phoenix and how weird that the lady was able to help me out and give me a refund from a totally different location.

Went there to get a driveshaft for my F250 they had it . Miguel was helpful very reasonable prices

Came yesterday to put buy an alternator. Man in front desk told me it would be ready by 10 am next morning. It is 12:38pm and I’m still here waiting on my part. If you can find your part anywhere else go for it. Let this place be your last resort!!

I was aknowledged by 2 guys behind a desk when I walked in. I was told that they would take care of in a minute. I waited 20 minutes sitting down infront of them and I was ignored. I just git up and left. I will nit go back again.

Find any used part you need for your vehicle. Theyll remove the part for you and no need to get yourself dirty. Save money versus buying new while getting quality OEM parts. Professional and clean environment and a top rated vehicle yard. Cant find a part they have a nationwide network and can find it for you. They also have new aftermarket parts.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! They are quick to take your money but have you wait a damn hour then come to tell you they only have half the parts in and will have to “order” them to be in tomorrow, All while waiting a hour just so the half order comes up and is completely the WRONG part then want to have me wait another hour so they can “make it right” and pull the correct part!??? That should of been done the first time in the first 10-15 min ridiculous and poor customer service!!!! Will not be return to this business again!

I dont understand how they can say that a 90 day warranty covers the fact that they are sale non-working parts. If you going to say its a used usable part, that part should at least work.NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

Worst customer service ever, I was there today and went completely ignored. Note, Jacob is always friendly and helpful, but the two guys that were there today were total jerks.

The mechanic had to get 3 engines before he got a decent used on dont trust them bad experience

I called asking for prices on a radio I need, and after receiving very poor customer service over the phone..Ive developed respect for Walmarts customer service. This place is absolutely disappointing. Its even worse when you speak to an employee named David; on top of that he refused to give me the managers name. I felt very disrespected.
