By far the easiest and quickest car sales. I knew what I wanted and there were no interruptions, got great deals, and the process was straight to the point!!!!! The sales manager was extremely accommodating and our requests were over exceeded!

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Worst experience buying a car Ive ever had. Service is TERRIBLE sales agent Rudy and the manager were rude and took advantage of my situation since I dont live in El Paso and practically told me I had to deal with it. When I was picking up my car the paint job was scratched and scuffed on both sides. Yet I had to pay 3k more for the exact same car because the one I purchased had a clean paint job and the other didnt but the paint job still ended up damaged. They say they have to give you the car with good tires yet my tire had an entire tear in it on the inside where I wasnt able to see when I inspected the car and it went flat within the first 4 days of having the car. The tire program they added to my monthly payment doesnt even cover me having had to replace the tire. I called to have it cancelled and Rudy said I could only cancel by signing a paper in person so I asked to have the paper faxed to me and he never returned my text or even tried helping me out they didnt even allow me to leave with any paper work regarding my financing or purchase of the car. Which now I know is illegal btw, Save your time and money go somewhere else these people will just try to take advantage.

I have never had like this bad service.My car has been in the shop almost 2 months for fixing and still not done. She told us they could finish until this Friday and she never called us after that. So that we called them and the answer was not done yet, one more week. When finish!? and why she had not called before that day? Is this worth more than $1000 labor?

Absolutely outrageous, maybe its casual rudeness in El paso (I am from Los Angeles and Europe), but not for me. My attorney will send demand letter shortly for refund as I am neither not going tolarate nor have any desire to deal with totally terrible people there. Danny Sanchez is my car guy for now and forever! He is great to work with. I was rerouted from an overseas flight due to weather and landed in El Paso. The people in that city are super friendly, btw. I decided to buy a car and drive it home to Missouri. They had just what I wanted. I just took it in for the 80,000 mile checkup with my local mechanic, and he said it is the cleanest, best maintained Mercedes hes ever seen! I was so happy! All work by previous owner was done at Hoy. They are The Best, and when Im ready to buy another car, I will go way out of my way to buy it from Danny at Hoy.

I did not have a good experience here. I came in around 11-11:30 on a Thursday. As soon as I got there I was greeted at the door and assisted immediately (the guy helping me was very polite) I told him immediately I just wanted number on how much it would be for me to get a vehicle. I had already looked online at the cars I possibly wanted so the process went pretty fast at first. It wasn’t until waiting on a response from the bank that took nearly an hour. I didn’t leave this place until 2 o’clock. The associate that helped me told me he could run the numbers on another vehicle I was interested in and give me a call back. He only called back once and it was to verify my information. I called six times over the course of two days. The first 3 times I didn’t get an answer, the 4th time a young lady answered the phone, but as soon as I said hello she hung up. I called back one more time and when they were connecting to the associate that was assisting me, the phone disconnected AGAIN! No one ever called me back, they took all my information and didn’t help me at all. I was very dissatisfied with this place.

My car has been in the shop for 4 months. They havent been able to figure out a timing issue and they are terrible about following up or returning telephone calls.

Purchased a used the front bumper was loose they said would fixed it, but was left a mess even though they kept it for a couple of days stating waiting on a customize bumper (lies) just glued on the broken one it had. We noticed a couple a months later the bad paint job they used to covered bad repairs to the damaged structure of the vehicle which seemed to be tape up. You are better off anywhere else.

This place is amazing!!!! My Step Dad’s family had been doing business for a long time with them and they were just as nice to me as they were to them. We talked to a very nice man named Mario and he was very helpful to us both times we visited there. I was looking for my first car and the first time we went there we were just checking out cars, and the ones we drove were in very good condition. The second time we had an idea for a budget and we had a Chevy Sonic in mind that would be very nice. We ended up working a deal and I managed to buy it that same day. They got it detailed for me and fixed(because they had just recently gotten and the person they got it from left it in horrible condition) and I started driving it and am very pleased. I definitely recommend this place and Mario as well, all very good and friendly and great cars.😁

Bad customer service. Service advisor didn’t really explain why parts needed to be replaced.They advised that air filter needed replacing when I have a K&N air filter. Stated my tires were set to 35psi... as soon as I drove off my tire pressure was at 29psi. Invoice stated my car was washed and vacuumed, which it wasn’t. Overall bad experience.

I don’t know how i feel about this place. when we test drove the car we noticed a light was on, on the dashboard.. we informed the salesman and he said he would get service to fix it.. a couple days later, we were notified that the light was fixed and we wanted to buy. low and behold the light was still coming on, so we took it to nissan and the censor was broke, luckily we bought the warranty for it and they fixed it with no issue. We bought a nissan maxima almost a month ago and we already need to put new brakes up there. why are they selling cars that are not up to par nor safe on the road? And they don’t want to fix it. they let us know they do a thorough inspection, but clearly that was the case or else we wouldn’t be needing to buy new brakes for it already... the staff was very friendly but I am extremely disappointed that we are already having to put new brakes on the car.

Rigo took care of us in buying a used sedan. He worked with us very patiently in communication back and forth ironing out the best price. We then came in to see the vehicle and were not disappointed with the vehicle nor with his service. It took a while to wrap up the sale--I wish this could be faster, but such is the nature of buying a car in a dealership. All in all, a positive vehicle buying experience at Hoy Fox.

Horrible experience. We drove 900 miles and spent over $300 in gas and lodging to purchase a 2017 Buick Regal with a clean Carfax report. We were assured by this dealer that the car was accident free and in excellent condition. By inspecting the car in person and further investigation using the VIN number, we discovered for ourselves that the car was in major accident with repairs of over $10,000. Not all accidents are reported to Carfax, so don’t rely on it for complete accuracy.

Kevin did an excellent job explaining the CLS450 to me. Also he was very knowledgeable of the different vehicles I was looking at a Cadillac CT6. For example, not did he know everything about the CLS 450, He also knew about the Cadillac CT6 that I was looking as well. I would definitely by another car from him and great customer service!!!

Stay clear of this dealership these are some of the most dishonest people Ive ever dealt with took a deposit over the phone delayed for days getting me the paperwork to complete the deal only to come up with excuses and to find out they had sold the car to another buyer was actually sent a FedEx tracking number that never was posted through FedEx for delivery went through the expense of providing them with insurance for the vehicle contacted you ship for shipping with a posted date for pickup only the find out one lie after another followed up by the sales team and management and the finance team which I didnt need as I was paying cash for the car I would be forewarned to stay away from this dealership obviously a conglomeration of liars I have read some of the reviews posted online obviously if they would do something like this during the sales of the vehicle I can only imagine how it would be to have to deal with them for any kind of a service if you were living in that area NEvER DRIVE A HOY!???!!!!!!!

THIS PLACE DESERVES 10 STARS. I brought in my expensive baby to them after being rear ended. I knew already that HFBS was a higher caliber repair center in the area. I still had some doubts knowing how disappointing the service in this area normally is from most dealers. When I came back to pick her up, we walked down the hill, turned the corner, and I was overcome with immaculate perfection. I screamed and cried as if I was on the show, Pimp My Ride. Keep in mind, I am 220LBS, did 5 years in Iraq/Afghan, and dont cry often. SHE LOOKED LIKE BRAND NEW; better than before the accident. They corrected the scratches superbly, buffed her body TWICE, washed several times, and an entire detail, which I did not even pay for. Her paint radiated beautifully and during the drive home, I had people turning their heads in driving by checking out her shiny appearance. The price was VERY good for what I received. I had to give those guys tips. They blew me away with over-delivering. I am still ecstatic. I drove by the dealership yesterday and saw the AMG G-Class sitting outside. I was excited because my fiancee has been looking into the G-Class for a while now and the dealership finally had one even though it was used.I went to pick her up and drove back to the dealership so we could take a look at it. Both of us look young so the first negative feeling I have towards the sales team is that no one approached us to help with our questions. I had to walk through the dealership and ask the secretary if we could get some help. Secondly, the sales man Lesley introduced himself and after he got the keys proceeded to take us to look at the vehicle.He asked my fiancee what vehicles she was considering and she told him her Mustang was a no go any more and she was considering a Wrangler Unlimited, a Land Rover, or a G-Class Mercedes. I own a Land Rover myself and I dont know if he took it as a joke but he didnt really talk to us any more. He didnt give us a card or proceed to give us any more information on the vehicle and before I closed the door on the back seat he was already turning around and walking inside.Not happy and I think Ill stick to looking online or possibly around the Albuquerque area at other G-Class options. Ive heard bad stories already at how the Hoy Fox Mercedes team treats other people thinking theyre the only Mercedes dealership possible to buy from. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Sold me a used truck, was advised that everything was intact and all parts were present in the vehicle. Within a month Had a blow out on the side of the road, while in the process of attempting to apply my jack to raise the vehicle to change my tire I realized that all tools were not present. Contacted the dealership for help, they refused to help. Customer service was horrible.

Took my Mercedes E550 2011 here and every time I came, all kinds of problems had to be fixed even though before the car drove just fine. I dont think these people know what theyre doing and people are overall cocky and seem like they couldnt care less about you. I even suspect that they manufacture problems into your car. I do absolutely not recommend this place.Update after Response: Thank you. I will be getting in contact with your service manager and then we will see what your company is all about. So far, I do not have a good impression and I am not planning on coming back. That will also include everyone that I personally know, as you know bad news spreads far and fast.

Last October I purchased my first newer model car here, an Ininiti Q60 from the Sales Associate Martin. He was very patient and helpful throughout the process, and has since followed up multiple times, ensuring I was happy with the vehicle.Normally, I would never finance using a dealership; however, they use a financial agent who actually shops financing options for you, from both local and national lendors, in order to find your best rate. They do not even offer in-house financing, if I recall correctly.This was a very honest and professional dealership, and I would definitely buy from them again.
