Even though I do not drive a VW, I would not take my Nissan anywhere else. They are very fair, reasonably priced, and don’t take advantage of the fact that I am a woman.

I brought my 58 Karmann Ghia here to have the clutch tube welded and repaired, they did a great job. Also had my 36 hp motor machined here, great to have that service in El Paso.

I own a 2002 Vw blue bug , All i needed was a simple headlight replacement .. Just the capsule, 500 dollars !!!! Tan locos!! They price gouge , steal from the public, Avoid this business

Took my Volkswagen in to repair oil leaks and on first attempt they left my vehicle in worse condition than when I took it in. Still leaking after 2nd attempt and did not return my call. On third attempt they had my vehicle for two weeks and in that time got one leak to stop by putting silicon to one screw, according to the mechanic who worked on it. The same mechanic told me that they could not stop the leak from the oil pump without taking the engine apart again. He told me that he was instructed by the business owner to only repair external leaks. Took my vehicle to a different shop where they took care of my problem. Waste of time and money.. They dont even deserve one star!

The worse customer service! To bad there are not a lot of other specialized VW shops!
