Called to get an appraisal of my car, they told me to bring it in at no charge and when I showed up they couldnt find the person I spoke to and that they were unable to do it!!, only if I was going to purchase a vehicle there, I explained the manager that who ever I spoked to had ask me how long I was going to take to get there and I said 20 min, he took my name and told me the location that he was on Montana but the manager said they dont do that and if they were I needed to pay 100 dollars and when I said ok if I pay the 100 can you do it? He told me the person in charge was not in 🙄 drove 20 min for nothing, very disappointed!

Very unclean, bath rooms, no hand sanitizer like Rudolph Chevrolet, sick people coughing in area, I waited outside, I went for a service to my brand new car. They lost the wheel lock to my Rims from the manufacturer, they replaced it. Was the only good part.

Told me to come see two cars they had when I got there they said they never had them
