I recently bought my first new car at the dealership and it was a great experience. My salesman Jose definitely made it memorable and he and his manager definitely made me feel like they were working hard to get me into a car I could afford and love very much so far. It felt like I was being helped by genuine people and not just someone who wanted to make money off me. Jose was also very helpful and answered all my questions about the car and operating the smart key.

I worked with Jose Lopez and he is responsive, personable, reasonable and ensures that you are satisfied. No dealership matched his willingness to both make a deal and make sure that you are happy. Our first choice vehicle had an issue that needed a repair prior to taking delivery and Jose offered to drive it 80 miles to save us the inconvenience of pick up after repair, and when we felt uneasy about the repair timeline, the dealership and Jose were quick to respond and get us an alternate vehicle...no hassle.

Terrible customer service, nearly impossible to actually talk to someone when I called. Took almost a week just to get a hold of someone, every time I called I would get hung up on only for the next person that answered to apologize and then do it again. Left multiple messages and no one ever contacted me, would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

This place has gone down hill. Used to be nice and easy to get your car serviced just a few months ago but now apparently they got a new owner and jacked up the prices. Rip off for oil change. Not only that wait times are double than before and you wait longer than they tell you. They also said they got a new system which created a huge mess, they claimed i only been there twice but it was definitely much more, and the system had my name spelled incorrectly even though it was spelled correctly before, what a mess. Whoever the new owner is going to have this service location lose a lot of business. I have come here many times in the past and never even got a discount for loyal customer. This will be my last visit.

I took my 2017 Altima in because the air conditioning was not working anymore. The technicians were able to diagnose it within the day and the service writer was very helpful/communicative. While I had my vehicle there I asked if I could have my transmission serviced as well and they were able to fix my AC, service the transmission and have my car back to me within a few days. Although I did not have a vehicle it was excepted was the part was not in stock and the representatives took the time to communicate everything with me.

I bought a new 21 Nissan Leaf 3 weeks ago and the last 3 weeks has been terrible experience. Theres Nissan dealership in Duarte which is not far, so consider going there.1. My apple car play doesnt work. It works sometimes but its very inconsistent. I went to the service dept, sacrificing my Saturday and they didnt even try looking at my car, BLAMING it on APPLE. What is the point buying a brand new car if I have these fundamental issues?It is still not fixed and they are telling me that I have to wait until Nissan to update there software. I currently have JEEP, Hyundai and both cars have no issues.2. Since my monthly payment due date is coming soon, I tried to make payments online, and it keeps saying my VIN is not valid. Called the customer service and also listed dealer and they are blaming on each other. I dont know what to do in the middle and my due date is coming in a few days.I buy new cars to avoid stress but their service is adding more stress.

I went shopping for my new used car here and was happy to find the one for my little family. It hasnt even been a month since that sale, before needing to take it in for a check engine light and some things that werent working when I bought the car. I scheduled an early Saturday morning appt where I waited in a long line patiently, and was then told that I would need to leave my car until Tuesday which as Im sure is an inconvenience if you had no idea. So I went ahead and rescheduled my appointment for Tuesday morning. Dropped my car off Monday evening so that it would be the first to be looked at on Tuesday like the guy had told me. I was also told Monday night that I would receive a call Early the next day before anyone started working on my car so that they could go over if it was going to be covered since I bought my car less than a month ago. 10:00 a.m. comes around maybe it was even 11:00 but I gave them a call I hadnt heard from anyone. They told me the person who was supposed to call me was off and that someone else would call me after my car was looked at. I tried explaining my concerns about not having to pay ANYTHING out of pocket. But they insisted someone would call me too let me know what was going on. 5:00 p.m. rolls around and I give them another call where Im greeted with the same response someone will give you a call someone will give you a call someone will give you a call. All I kept asking was whats wrong with my car?! No one had an answer for me. Then I spoke with a lady whose name was pink like the color, and she went on to tell me that parts were ordered and that it would take a couple of days.. well what the f*** is wrong with my car to need parts?! She went on to tell me that the person who was originally supposed to give me a call was going to give me a call the following day. I told her I didnt want him calling me I want a call from an actual supervisor. So basically my car had been sitting there a whole day for nothing! I guess they treat you better when youre a prospect before you even buy the car because after you buy the car they could care less about your concerns or your thoughts.. I called a couple of times yesterday and a couple of times I asked and requested to speak to a supervisor or manager and I just think its funny how there wasnt one available for me to talk to you about my concerns. I wish I just want to know whats going on with my car and Im hoping that today I get some f****** answers!

Came in with check engine light, airbag light, and tire pressure light. The service department rep told me if I do a tune up it will clear most of the issues. Spent $1100 and still have all the aforementioned lights on. Also it took 2 hours longer than the time estimated to pick up my vehicle.

The parts and service departments were awesome. I had initially gone in to pickup parts I ordered online. As I was leaving my vehicle would not start. Roland was gracious to assist without question. It happen to be towards the closing of the day but he still took the time to help. Irving from the service department without hesitation stepped in to get my vehicle serviced do to a bad battery. Great customer service from individuals is what I look for when it comes to selecting a dealership over others. It speaks volume as it builds confidence and a trusted Nissan dealer.

I brought my Nissan Murano to the dealer because my car was not starting. I has my trusted sales representative, Irving to take a look at it. In a matter of 45min he told me what the problem was. The battery was drained due to a faulty alternator. He explained that since the battery had been replaced in less then 10 months by the dealer, there would not be any charge to replace it. As for the alternator, my extended warranty would cover it. I left my car in the dealer and was put in a rental until my car was fixed. Three days later, I picked up my car and I did not have to pay anything. I was very pleased for the service Irving and the dealer provides, time and time and again.

Although I didnt buy my Nissan Leaf here, I always come to get the services/maintenance done. I think the staff are very friendly, expedient, and the services are fairly priced. And the biggest plus is their charging stations are always available (especially the fast charger), unlike the other dealers nearby.

Brought truck in for service and after they wash it I notice that molding on window is missing. They find it and tell me theyre not responsible. They say looks like I tried to fix it prior. I dont think so. Thats original molding. Bad customer service. Dont get your car washed here. Last time I come here for service.

My experience was with Steven in the service department. I was able to drop it off to him last minute before they were closing with some issues that I thought were more serious. He was gracious,and approached me right away in the service drive. He had an answer for me early the next morning and thankfully it was a few maintenance items it needed. He got them done in a timely manner. He stayed in touch with me and answered my calls and texts as soon as he could and that is really important to me. Great job to Steven and his technicians.

I dropped off my 2018 Nissan Sentra at Ross Nissan for transmission problem. Giovanni told me we need to get a code from car computer for repair authorization from Nissan since my car is under warranty. He played with me for 1 week that we can not get a code and I spent a week without car. They didn’t give me any rental car. Finally I complained to Nissan Company and opened a case there. After that they gave me rental car and took another week to fix the transmission. But after 2 weeks and all those hassles my car still had the same problem . I was so frustrated and angry

05/14: I changed to four stars due to my last few service visits the team was very helpful. Last week Gene, was very helpful and respectful. He resolved my issues I previously had and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule.This is the first service visit where I felt that I was being sold a package instead of what was needed or recommended for my car. I came in with the expectation of paying no more than $300 for services based on what was shown online when scheduling my appointment. To my surprise the amount I was quoted came to almost $500. Due to the cost difference I was forced to select only half of the services for the visit and schedule the remaining services for another visit. I say forced because all of the services quoted were stated as being recommended. I am saying that I felt as though I was being sold something because I scheduled an appointment online and selected the services I wanted when I arrived for my appointment my adviser asked what I came in for. In my mind the team should know exactly why I scheduled the appointment since I selected it when making the appointment. I also felt like I was being sold something because of the cost difference. In my opinion the prices being quoted online should match what is quoted when you arrive for your appointment. My last disappointment is that my car was only half washed. It was like the team forgot to wash all of the drivers side from the trunk, roof, and hood. When I walked to the car it looked nice and clean but when I got closer I noticed that it was not cleaned completely.

If I could rate this service 0 I truly would. The manager and the staff were not competent and unprofessional. My husband had a very bad experience today. They agreed on a price together and wanted to check my husband’s credit score to conduct the deal. After checking the score which was higher than they expected, the manager and staff canceled the deal and wanted more money. It is obvious that they lie to costumers by agreeing on a deal and changing their offer after checking their credit score. And secondly, due to their clumsy behavior they gave my husband the credit score paper of the wrong person. Dear customers be aware of this dealership. They are unorganized and most probably will make a mistake relating to your personal information such as your credit score. Stay away from this horrible dealership and the lying manager and staff.

I was told my car had a torn bushing and that the whole control arm needed to be replaced due to it being dangerous to drive. I decided to decline services that day to get a second opinion. I took it in for a second opinion, and the mechanic showed me ALL FOUR of them and advised that absolutely nothing is wrong with my car regarding this.Recommending service that’s not needed on my car is illegal and also wrong.I will not be coming back to this dealership at all .I am also going to be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

With this covid19 pandemic, I would think that customers waiting area would be organized and controlled but this was not the case. Lobby was overcrowded and many ppl including myself ended up waiting outside on the parking lot.It would be nice if Nissan would provided some type of overhead tent/canopy and seating on the customers parking lot to help with social distancing.Overall, I did not feel safe and it didnt seem as Nissan cared about customer and employees safety.

Really great experience with service. Im used to the big Toyota dealership service area with Subway or Starbucks from my previous vehicle but Nissan makes it easier on me to bring my car in for service on a Saturday afternoon than getting up at 6am on a Saturday or not getting my oil change at all... Of course theres a wait but its worth it to deal with friendly people and get my car serviced in my scheduled time. Steven was personable and helpful right away getting my vehicle checked in, he wasnt pushy about recommended service but expressed a genuine concern for making sure I keep up on the vehicle maintenance in my owner manual. Its appreciated being a female not to be treated as someone clueless when it comes to my vehicle. A plus is the text messages that you can ask about your vehicle if you happen to leave the dealership during service. The ladies checking people out at the cashiers desk are nice and fast at getting you on your way. Ill definitely be returning for future services.

From the EXTREMELY short time I had at this location the experience was one star. We had an appointment early morning with Mark A. We drove over 80 miles to make a deal on a SPECIFIC used truck. When I started talking to him he’s asking me what brought us here as if we didn’t have an appointment for that specific truck with email confirmation. So I Answered and he responds with “about that” and stays silent. I had to ask twice prior to him saying yes to it being sold. Then he had the audacity to not tell my husband as he caught up with us and wants to proceed by asking for his information. We were in and out of there within 10 min. A courtesy call, text, or email would had done the trick as soon as it was sold. Definitely not a dealer I would even consider coming back to.

Nick is very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and he dresses well. Most salesman are rude but Nick certainly is not one of them. The entire sales staff was nice and so was the popcorn. I went to the service department, and was assisted by John. He was extremely helpful with getting the Federal sticker off my window that was like cement glue to get off. He spent over 20 minutes scrubbing away careful not to damage the tent on my window. He definitely went over and above. Great customer service!!

Never have we ever experienced such an aggressive & pushy service advisor in the past 4 years of history at Ross Nissans Service Dept.! I know hes just doing what hes instructed/trained to do, but jeez!! Its for that reason, that we will opt to not further continue to conduct any future business at this location.
