I have driven, towed but thankfully never pushed the car here. Either way I have always driven away knowing that I got my money’s worth and great service on my vehicle. I have Been a loyal customer for many years now, and fair to say the excellent work and attention to detail is not just given to me but to every person that brings in their car. And even though in past couple of years the shop has moved twice, myself and all the other loyal customers follow them to were ever they setup shop next. Keep up the great work and I’ll be there soon with a new addition to the family.
This service center is for reals, I was given a copy of the diagnostics and the mechanic explained all the codes and told me what was needed unlike the other shops that give you a bill you didnt ask for, if you are a female you can trust this shop, no surprises, good service, clean place and free drinks

Go here at your own risk!! I can guarantee the 5 star reviews are from the owners friends and family. This place overcharged me for parts and place parts on my BMW that didn’t beed to be replace. $900 for a fuel pump! I looked up the exact pump and it was less than $500. Three days after I left shop my bmw had the same drive train malfunction error code, the fuel rail sensor plug which they replace had the attachment clip broken which cause me to be stranded in the freeway. It’s hard to trust mechanics, I paid over $1700 when I could of paid about $900 somewhere else. After all this I’m glad I found some else I can trust. If you go here they will charge you for parts you don’t need. Sad I trusted them and they don’t realize how much damage they could do to someone.

They gave me their word.Their paint started peeling off my car, due to a known issue according to their very own painter.Their Service Manager told me well fix it, no problem.Paint Shop Manager, Eugene says, yes, well fix itThen some unknown Manager at the dealership tells the Paint Shop, no.The fun begins...General Manager, Jordan Jackson would not even talk to me or give me a call back and wasted 2 of my lunch hours.The Owner, Greg Jackson told me they would take care of me and then reneged and told the paint shop, No.Theyll sell you a car and take your $$, but God help you if you need to use their Service Dept or Paint shop! DONT TRUST PRESTIGE Mercedes Benz and BMW!!
