Ive gotten some good service and good answers but theres been times that depending on whos there they lack in both services and knowledge. Bad customer service. Visited this Autozone to purchase a specific Tire Shine product that the website states is in stock, was not on the shelf, asked an employee and he automatically informed me that they dont have it, didnt even try to look in their stock. 2 extra minutes would have ended with a good outcome.

Today I visited this location and one of the employees named Luis helped me with their scanner , explaining the meaning of the scanner code and recommending what part to buy to fix up the issue, I want to give kudos to Luis for his EXCELLENT custumer service, skills and attitude , Luis is the kind of employee all managers would like to have as a part of their teams .

Best Auto Zone I have ever been too!Every staff member was very nice and friendly.I went in for a gas cap and waited for a bit for them to find the one I asked for.The guy couldnt find it, but he gave me the the more expensive one for the same price as the cheaper one I was looking for!Would come back to this place any time, even tho its not the one closest to me.

Mr. Gabriel S the assistant manager for this store gave A+++ service, Ive never written a review for a store but because he gave excellent customer service I had too. I definitely will drive the extra mile or so for my service there. Unlike the Rosemead Autozone. The parts manager there gave the worst customer service, eventhough I had a receipt and needed to exchange the brakes he wanted my license plate number and a pic of the manufacturer date, he said he wanted to investigate the matter thinking he was sherlocks holmes, well Im glad he messed up so I can see what excellent customer service looks like. A big thank you to the two men that worked last night on 1/16/19. I had to make a commute from El Monte to Rialto and needed new wipers. When I got there one of them was helping a lady already with hers. Eduardo was kind enough to help me with mine (in the rain!) Thank you!! Because of you my girls and I made it home safe!!

This is my go to autozone since it’s right next to my work. I can always count on these gentlemen and their genuine help. I say gentlemen because I haven’t seen a lady working here yet. Always a pleasure getting my business done here. I like AutoZone’s in-store pick up here as well.

The store manager looses his temper and acted ridiculous when I told him that why do you need to see my ID if Im using debit. If one is using credit I think its necessary thats why I used debit still he insisted my ID and debit card. He raised his voice like drill sergeant. He cant wait to go to lunch perhaps. And to think Autozone made him store manager. Bad choice corporate office. He should be relieved by a new comes most likely hed be more helpful and courteous .

Great service! Earlier at another Auto Zone bought the wrong engine air filter, but at this Auto Zone the guys checked my VIN# exchange the incorrect filter for the correct one. On my door jam it says C in the corner of my Prius label, but that wasnt the model, a matter of fact it doesnt mean it was C model. The model was nowhere on the label we needed the vin# to figure out it was a Prius 2. Thanks for educating me on using the vin# anytime i need parts. 😊

This is the best AutoZone Ive ever visited. Kathy and Dalia were a huge help. After receiving the worst customer service at 2 other AutoZones (on Atlantic & Olympic, and Whittier Blvd & Indiana) both Kathy and Dalia went above and beyond to help me. Hopefully someone of importance (i.e. regional or district manager) reads this because those two ladies deserve solid recognition for their great customer service. Thank you, ladies! ;)

Im in here right now waiting to buy some wiper blades...Ive been in line for about twenty minutes and it hasnt moved. Theres three employees working and only one is on a register, the other two are preoccupied by some girl. The manager Eriberto doesnt seem to care, hes taking his sweet time,talking on the phone. I wont be returning to this location.

One of the managers tested a distributor ignition for me even though it was a pain on his part. His effort really made the repair a lot easier.

Needed help with battery testing. To concern if I need new battery or my alternator is bad. To his acknowledgement after testing he said battery was good and alternator was bad. He was wrong.

Good store but didnt have what I was in search for.

Ive been coming to this location for quite a while now to get some car parts among other car supplies. Sometimes the line to pay gets really long while having only two cashiers working the front. Sometimes these people are rude but im guessing that its due to asking dumb questions. I personally dont like going to this place but its close too my house lol.

They robed my recipt so when she went to return a part they took $10 for themselves. They were supposed to return 184.00 and gave me $ 153.33 . The one who did this is ediberto or something berto or Robert. BE VERY CAREFUL THIS GUY COULD SCAM YOU!!!!
