I drove 10 miles out of my way and it was worth it. VERY well stocked. I found every item on my shopping list. Bonus! I found my favorite creamer white chocolate raspberry and peach tea bags. Plus they had Krispy Kreme donuts! Never seen that before.

I really dislike this particular store. The employees are hardly friendly and practically ignore me when I ask for help. Its sad. This store is also so disorganized and messy. I know customers are messy but I notice a lot of employees standing around and laughing, joking with each other and talking instead of working. They are also out of a lot of things, all the time. One day its bottled water, one day its hot Cheetos. One day its creamer for coffee... Its always something. I go here because I live very close and its convenient but I will say their pick up staff is AMAZING!! ALWAYS friendly, helpful and quick. I almost always will do a pickup order now because of the Experience I have.

This Walmart definitely has more stock but a little bit different selection of than most. I like this Walmart more.

Well-stocked store with extremely friendly staff & greeters. We visited on a Sunday afternoon after Church just for a few items and got in and out way quicker than any other nearby store. Some items we looked for at several other stores prior only to see that this particular Walmart had plenty. Excellent store

So, normally I go into this store and do my own shopping but this pregnant momma having pains so I ordered PICK-UP today (8/6/21). Andrew is the associate who helped me by loading my car with so much of my groceries that Ive ordered. He was so patient and very generous about my fragile items. My daughter even said Goodbye to him & shes normally quiet with new people! A BIG THANK-YOU!!

I’ve been searching for this Aztec Secret clay hair mask and the website always says they have it in stock no matter which Walmart I go to but when I check the shelves it’s NEVER there.. it’s just a little disappointing

I cant say enough good about this specific walmart. As a whole I have very little good to say about Walmart as a corporation. However, this particular store is staffed by some really, very understanding, sweet people. Esp. at the McDonalds. There was a specific young lady (20s?) who checked me out in the express lane who was so understanding, kind, professional, and courteous while I dealt with payment issues. Thank-you, whoever you where. I wish I remembered her name.

This is my Walmart. I have 3 Walmarts in the town of surprise and I choose to drive to this location. It might be a little smaller but its usually never over crowded. The people and staffthat shop this Walmart are quicker and shall we say... youthful🤫

This particular Walmart seems to be the red headed step child of⁹p pl)l)lq all Walmart stores. They either quit carrying certain items and/or dont stock the shelves. Ive asked the employees why this is and I get so many different reasons why. Its frustrating and ridiculous. I cant drive so taking a Lyft sometimes is too expensive. Also the prices have increased in this Walmart and I cant believe they added a Claires Boutique and its stupid expensive and I will never purchase anything in there, especially when I can find the same things at different stores and pay even less....

Has been my go to Walmart since they opened. The personnel seem to change a lot, but in all they are very polite and helpful. Really miss Charles, he was a great guy. Even though they are not the only ones, prices are going up!

More often than not I I deal with employees who are extremely rude. I get that it may be the best job, but it is your choice to work here. It’s what you choose to go to every day you’re scheduled. Just because you might have had a difficult customer before me, but I didn’t do anything to you so there is no reason to be rude!!!

Always have a good experience at this store. Its clean, specials are always at the front door, prices are good. Right now there is a big discount on hand sanitizers!

Customer service in money center is great. Customer service on floor is ok. Self-Checkout needs a sign or something to let customers know Card payment only before they get to front of line.

This Walmart location is clean and well stocked with various products. The employees are friendly and willing to assist if needed.

Always a hit or miss with any Walmart but this one is pretty good. As long as you dont require to much help since no one knows their own department they work in.

Me and my family were at this Walmart about 2 weeks ago and my wife and lil girl were in the fitting room trying on clothes and a Walmart Employee Open the fitting room door were my wife and lil girl was changing, the door had no lock they did not place the white tag outside the door to advise someone was in there so We immediately asked to talk to The manager on duty His name was Harry he said he would find out what was going on and still to this day no one from Walmart has called us or nothing we have also contacted the Walmart claim department and still have need ignored

This place is small but a good place to buy a lot of different items under one roof..

No issues was pleasant Wal Mart trip. I even was told good morning a lot by staff. Not to mention they actually had the weights I wanted!

The store was clean and the isles were clear. There were crowds in the midday with parking being an issue. The activists are not helpful on their own. The checkout person doesnt greet you. The prices are very competitive with a decent variety of choices. However, they do not accept Samsung Pay, Apple Pay nor Google Pay. They only accept Walmart Pay as an electronic option.

Yellow vests are walking around together in a group talking while theres only one cashier. They need to get on a register and help get all the customers out! All hands on deck.

They never have their computers up 2 date always something dosent work this time it was my OTC card from Medicare so could not use my. Card with $25 bucks and my. Electronic gift card either do then declined my fstamps which had 399 dollars on it I checked my app in store and calledWalmartGet it together!!!

Pharmacy was great as usual. The other sections we ok but the lines were too looking. Plus items arent always priced right. Put some back because I didnt want to hassle with waiting for someone to check on the price.

I know its Walmart. But they put stuff on clearance, and then refuse to sell it. This store always has pricing issues. Some staff is great, others are not. Store Manager was even rude. I try to go to other stores when I can. Sometimes, you just have to us it. They should run a variance report and fix the place.

I destroyed my back in the Persian Gulf War and need to use a power cart. But I could not find one and this is not the first time. The man at the store said that some of their power carts are broken. Then he said other carts are being used by people that dont need them. I wondered how he could possibly know who needs a power cart and who doesnt? I am one person that you would not guess that I would need a cart because I look strong, but my back is destroyed.I saw a multiple handicapped people go in the store needing a cart worse than me, and could not find one. One guy was carrying oxygen. I waited 60 minutes and finally a guy came out and I got his power cart. I had to follow him to his truck to get it. Then I took it inside but I spotted an older woman who had turned her push cart on its side with only two items inside. She had done this so she could sit down. She was crying. When I spoke to her, she said her back hurt so badly. I turned the cart right side up, put her things in my power cart, and gave it to her. I said, God bless you. She was so thankful. I felt so bad for her. She was worse off than me. Walmart needs to do something about the power cart shortage. Its getting worse and worse every time I go to the store. This store is not a disabled-friendly place.
