Manager, Mr. Ivan and staff were extremely helpful and timely when we visited the store while in Arkansas! We were in town from Texas. We used their fax services and received over 40 pages of a faxed document. Their customer service was out of this world! We will definitely use this store next time we are in El Dorado!

Currently going through a closing sale. I stopped by to pick up an item that I might need later today at an event. Only after the transaction was complete did they say that all sales are final. No signage anywhere and according to the manager they are not allowed to tell anybody with signs that all sales are final. They just expect you to know this. I tried to return the item before walking out of the store but their system will not allow it.

Went to the store tonight because I had reward money expiring. The associate and manager were most helpful and unbelievably kind. They were closing and a customer called asking for black ink, the manager kept the store open to wait on her AND we went and got ink for her and had it on counter when she walked in! There are still thoughtful & caring people around.

Bought printer cartridges here with no problems. It is actually a really nice size for what it sells. I would totally come here again.

Wonderful selection knowledgeable people very friendly and polite I appreciate that type of attitude when I go to look for something when Im frustrated because frustration is enough when you cant figure it out yourself but by going to Office Depot they took that anxiety and stress off of my shoulders and Im thankful for that and they help me solve the problem in hand good job Office Depot keep up the good work. The staff are nice, but they seem to be understaffed. Its not very busy so you dont have to wait a long time.
