The store has items on back order. The saleswoman talked extremely toooo much. She was repetitive with her sales pitch. Wasted alot of my time. But was nice. When I asked about surrounding sthill dealers she claimed if I dont have neither do they, because we order from same dealer. But I checked on my own and to my suprise the Camden dealer had several of the items I was looking for and took less than 5 minutes to purchase the product and leave.

If you did not buy your product from them, then dont go to them for any maintenance needs. They are the only dealer that can complete warrantee work on hondas in town and the rude lady is very upfront that they will push your equipment behind people that buy from there. She stated it would be minimum of 3 weeks. Unprofessional and complete waste of time. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I loathe working on small engines and carburetors. So much so that I have a battery powered weed eater, pole saw, leaf blower, hedge trimmer, and chainsaw. My pressure washer is electric. All of the gas powered stuff is gone now except for a welder/generator.That being said these folks get my dads business on his gas powered chainsaw, pole saw, and generators. They have always done good work for him. I plan to bring my welder/generator to them this spring to go through the carburetor. These folks are friendly and helpful and usually have a fast turnaround.

They are always busy because they are the best. I have used them for everything from lawn mowers to chainsaws. They are upfront that if you buy the device from them, they service your equipment first. Which I think is fair. They are all very knowledgeable about the products they sell and they do not go out of their way to force an up-sale on you. I have dropped items off where I have simply told them to treat it like it was theirs, and when I picked it up, the device (lawn mower, Blower, Pressure washer) are all running as if they were new. It is a good company, If I had any complaint it would be for them to expand parking.

This use to be the best repair shop for mowers but now they act like they just dont care!!!!! Have had our mower for three weeks and havent even got to it yet. When called them to check on was told that they have more coming in all the time. What I want to know does that mean they do them first? Sounded that way to me.

Whether its Chris or Rachel your dealing with at the parts counter their #1 goal is to be as rude as possible. Im aware of that is Rachaels go to phrase. They know they are repulsive and honestly dont care if you buy from them or not. Why? They are the only game in town. Full dealer and service that is. And no united industrial is not comparable. Let a contender open up and see how long Chris lasts on the few loyal pets that stay. 1st review raved about how up front they are about servicing equipment first that is bought there. I get it but, it goes farther than that. If you moved here and owned a stihl or exmark then took it in for service you would get flack that you didnt predict you would someday move to this dump. You shouldve driven from Colorado to buy from magneto so you wouldnt get shamed for owning something not purchased from Chris. Its easy, amazon or EBay unless I need the part same day. I service my own stuff(all service technical and routine) no way will I let them touch another piece of my equipment. I do thank them for pushing me towards echo. Stihl is good everyone knows that. Look up what professionals use in large cities. Its echo by a landslide(weedeaters mainly) where there are dealers to service them. Stihl has the superior chainsaw(not by much) but as far as weedeaters go its echo hands down. Thats fact not a redneck opinion.Its truly amazing they can tick you off bad enough to take the time to review how Ive felt for years just by calling to ask if they had a exmark belt in stock. Already had the part # ready just so I wouldnt have to spend any more time than necessary on the phone with Mrs Rachael (I think I know it all). Get help darling. Overcompensating because of your mechanical insecurity is no way to live:) whats that? Oh your trained! No no maam that little certificate you get for a days worth of craming means nothing.I could tell better horror stories of this passive aggressive snake pit all day long but you get the idea.Stay away! Or see for yourself... fail fail failThink Ill send my wife after the belt:).UPDATE:!:! Well, I did send my wife to pick up the belt. It was a Saturday (the same day the first part of this review was typed) so they closed at noon.My wife had trouble finding the place so she showed up at 11:50AM. Open sign prominately displayed, doors unlocked, Chris and Rachel behind the counter. Okay, I called at 9am to see if they had the belt. They did, and proceeded to inform me that they had lots of the belts. Okay I said, I only need the one. Could you please put my name on it? Sure they said while I spelled out my last name.Okay, back to 11:50am. My wife walks in and asks for the belt under the last name. Rachael gets the belt and says:here it is but I cant sell it to you ??? I closed the register so theres no way you can get this belt note: Chris was watching the entire scene! My wife leaves empty handed. I will never be back even for last second parts. I will drive 30-100 miles gladly to avoid this moronic place of business.Oh and for the gentleman that took up for them in his review: if your 3-4 weeks out on repairs guess what? Hire more mechanics you idiot! As for customers purchases getting fixed first? Thats universal. All dealerships do it that way because its the right way. Magneto however does pressure sales on you by constantly reminding you of the wait and I think purposely making people wait to drive up his sales.I told em to treat it like it was theres I picked it up and it ran great! Yea sport... thats how its supposed to happen... but I know the mechanics and wouldnt let any one of em change a lightbulb in my house let alone an engine I own.!Signed, done!Magnetos response: who cares :)
