They have put charges on our bill that wasn’t supposed to be charged to our account we had to call Verizon to get them off they took them off now they put more charges on our other lines that didn’t have anything to do with this line wish we still had the corporate store here.

I wasnt really impressed the day I visited to buy a phone & service. No choice of phones in stock basically, only 3 androids. I was told to go to Wal-Mart, buy a phone there then bring it back for them connect it to their service. I dont think so. So after a short visit with my local ATT store, the lady had no problem getting me service with my bring you own phone. Im done here.

Its funny they have ppl working there but they cant help u due to a guess the guidelines of the world now but what is the point of having ppl working if there isnt anything they can do but tell u to call a number or go online. So confused.

I build an Empire rates are outrageous but great employees in store ALWAYS wish the company would realize customers for 16 plus years and acknowledge them with certain plans but new comers get better offers. Nothing the in store reps can do they have no control. Miss Alltel so much.

I went in shopping for a cell phone for my mom,who really wanted a home phone. I didnt like the cell phone prices, and started to leave. Glad I didnt because now my mom has a Verizon home phone at the lowest price monthly, and to start up that Ive found in El Dorado AR. The store clerks were great with me.

I am very picky about my cellular stores however this one keeps my business because they are very professional. they tell you about their experience with the product and if they have it they will let you test out the product first. I absolutely love this store and the people that work there.

If I was the owner Iwould fire most of the workers there and hire more friendly people who is willing to help people😑

The Manager at this Verizon was horrible and very disrespectful. My glass back iPhone 8 Plus broke and she just straight up told me there was nothing she could do about it. She was very rude. I was trying to talk to her about it and she just kept cutting me off. I do NOT recommend going to this Verizon anytime soon.

The only thing that disappointed me, was I went from prepaid unlimited everything at 75 a month to auto to 80 a month and thats on someone elses plan.
