One of my favourite places in El Cerrito loved copies, scans, Laminate and more ❤. (Etc, ete, etc).

Expensive. For something we dont have control over. Covid 19 is not a reason for charging people more because your doing something they could normally walk in and do themselves. Not cool.

Ive been using this place for more than 10 years but lately they hired a new manager that is killing the bussiness is a young guy with tattoos on his arms since he came the service is horrible and expensive he raised prices almost triple comparison before he was there he also charged me for a defective copy it was completely black but he insisted i had to pay for that too so i paid and left and i will never be back as long as that guy is there

Pretty basic, run of the mill copy shop. I needed to print one page and was a little annoyed to have to pay to use the internet to pull it up. It would be nice if the printers could connect to cell phones.

Unfortunately 1 is the minimum stars I can give them. These people are thieves, who will charge you several hidden fees on top of your printing charges. I went there to print a single page I needed for my DMV appointment, and I was charged around 8$. How you ask? Well, they charged me 2-3$ for the internet I used to access a simple 200kb pdf file. Then they charged me for using their computer and of course the printing charges. They dont tell you that you will be charges for any of this. Not written anywhere in store. Total ripoff. For the amount of money they charge you, you can take a bus/express-pool to the Copy Central on solano, get stuff printed there for cheap with a friendly staff, and come back here.

Great service, especially from Ivy, who goes above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done to satisfaction. I try to go when I know shes there.

This copy central is a thief. dont even go there even by mistake. you have to sell all your properties if you print 5 copies. they will rob all your money. try to find office depot near you if you think about printing or making copies.

They charge a $1 internet fee if you print with their computers. Even if you use it just for a minute. They dont tell you that in advance. If you send them a mail with the documents they will charge $3. Very bad service.

Absolutely horrible service the worker there was obviously under some type of drugs and could not function she stood for over 15 minutes at one machine trying to help a lady and never printed what she needed

They asked me for one page to print out $2.37. I havent even used their computer they charged me $2 to use their computer. Worst company ever.
