Had to do an emergency stop for engine misfire. Took us immediately and overnighted parts. All of staff told us of places to go in El Centro. Very friendly staff and helpful. Left dealer with new parts by 10am.

I was told that my car would be done by the e s of the day. It ended up taking 3 days and they still didn’t fix one issue. I was also told that I’d be called with an update within a few hours. No one called me. I had to call them several times to get someone on the phone. I was also told that I would get a call in a week about a part that was ordered. No one ever called me and I’m still waiting for the call 2 weeks later.

We have been bringing our cars here since the Brawley location opened. The staff is friendly, they greet me when I come in & they are knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the work they perform on our cars & we havent left there with any complaints. We dont trust our cars at any other repair shop, (maybe the El Centro location) but this ones our choice. Great people here.

I was scheduled for my cars airbags to be replace, I called to make an appointment and I was given a date for the replacement (1 week) and by the time it was my time to take the car, the service rep that I showed the NHTSA letter Ive received he went to check up and told me that the dealership didnt order the replacement airbags. I dont mind the wait but since Im handicap is sort of hard for me to be driving there for nothing.

First Time buyer, purchased a used charger with a down payment and trade in, interest rate of 25% and they claimed I had 3 years of a Premium Warranty. Only had this vehicle for a year and this is my experience with them:Car was not provided a Spare Tire, had damage to the back of the seat and shade flap.They did not report my Trade In to the DMV, vehicle was still in my name when it received a parking ticket in LA.I do not Live nor have I ever been to LA.Electronic Throttle Control went out and I had exposed wires compromising my passenger Air Bag, Ford wouldnt touch it. I had to take it to Dodge for the repair and still paid a $100 deductible.My Right Strut, Mount, and Roker Arms went bad. Only my Full Premium Warranty covers the Arms. I still need to pay $515 out of my pocket and Im not provided a Rental despite my Full Premium Warranty.They wouldnt perform a simple oil change or steering wheel adjustment, instead Im told their mechanic will do it at $140 per hour.Im a Correctional Officer and Army Veteran, the service with this company is a nightmare hidden behind fake smiles and personality.

Our experience with these guys was great! They also saved our trip when we broke down 25 miles outside of El centro. The tow was free with Ford roadside assistance (compared to $150 with AAA!) and the customer service at this location was amazing! It turned out to be quite a saga, and they went above and beyond to help us the whole way. Thank you Allen, Christian, and Jose! We would definitely drive over there from San Diego to buy a car. Beware Imperial Community...I purchased a Ford Raptor, a few years back.I went to EC Motor, traded in my Toyota Tundra (first biggest mistake).The story here has some gaps in it to save space, the Meat is there.My Tundra was in Excellent condition. Though, EC- motors (ECM) gave me bottom blue trade in on it, as this is their policy for trade in.I guess you can say... it all started with being caught up in the Raptor Lor.I seen it parked out front of ECM, a beautiful 2012 Raptor, it was a high mileage vehicle; its supposed to be a Ford Tough V-8 vehicle. That made me feel safe. The Raptor did have a few hiccups but EC Motors with their silver tongues made me feel comfy in this. I bought the extended warranty (good thing to do!).90% of the staff have excellent customer service skill.That made me feel great in the experience.Handshake.. the trade- in (bottom blue), and they gave me a little discount on the buy. I drove it home and loved that Raptor truck. But the hiccup wouldnt go away! Maybe it was that the Raptor was a 2012 Ford F-150; after reading on google that was a bad year for F-150s. My truck had many other problems everytime the light came on. Why did the light keep coming on?? service after service, every few weeks. I decided it was a shiny beautiful juicy Lemon.I contacted Ford head quarters and let them know...At ECM, I asked the parts guy to contact a sales rep and get me into a comparable vehicle. A sales guy contacted me and approached me as if I was a New buyer. Even though the owner ( maybe not the owner. the guy in the commercial.. see me first..etc) told them to get me in another truck.. Sales guy Took me through the whole sales game AGAIN. I found a truck and they were going to screw me again. I was upset. My X Girl was with me. (Being a helpful person) She decided to try and help me, speaking in spanish to the sales rep. I told them as they were dealing on paper. Hey, I am the one with the truck sitting in the broken car bay, and you are dealing with my GF..!!?? I am the one buying the car, you are pissing me off and wasting my time. Car guy throws his arms up and says I can no longer deal with you. I said maybe I should find a lemon lawyer.. End of Story... I got in writing from Ford Headquarters it wasnt a lemon and went to Rodger N Rodger who sold me a truck, not a Tundra, because I was screwed on the ford CRaptor loan. I got a Tacoma which is an equally great truck.I still want my F-150 Raptor, Im still Bitter over my dealings with ECM. I guess unless a gift-horse gives me an overly great deal on a fresh Raptor, Ill wait...

I bought a 2011 Volkswagon Jetta Sport wagon TDI. Mr Mike Morris and staff refuse to honor my warranty. The car I got is a nice car good on mileage but to not honor the warranty is not ok...i worked hard for this car. This man DOESNT care about his customers. This is the reason why people go out of the valley to do business. Mr Morris told me and I quote I HAVE GIVEN YOU ENOUGH FREE WORK...and now I have to go out of the valley for repairs!! What a waste

Dropped off the car Tuesday for work on a recall and was told Friday. Friday comes - no phone call, so I call at 5. I get a receptionist who transfers me to an unavailable mechanic, so I leave a message. No call back. Call again and, of course, everyone is gone. Fantastic - hope you all enjoy your weekend.

With a pre approved loan through our bank, the shopping experience was great at El Centro Motors, compared to the experience we received from Rodgers & Rodgers who sold the car we were going to buy to some one else as were getting ready to do the paper work, a waste of my time! The staff at El Centro Motors however were awesome! Really helpful in what we were looking for at the right price. I would recommend for anyone looking for a car to start there first.

Please do yourself a favor and only come here for your every automotive need! VIP SERVICE with the small town feel. Smiles and handshakes at the start of every conversation. I was very impressed by the service writer, Jose Mercado. Super customer service savvy and Mr. Personality all-around. He knew I was from out of town on business and he felt my urgency to get back on the road. And I felt very very appreciative of his hospitality while on was the premises giving me updates even tho I was there only a short time. While I was making phone calls to give my job and colleagues updates they also expressed how well they were taken care of by EL CENTRO MOTORS in the past when they had this route. After having mentioned to the young man working the counter the morning of July 25th, to give me the works, then I highlighted I wanted the full synthetic oil change, transmission oil change, wheel alignment, tire rotation and then I reiterated I want the whole deal, well since I didnt mention tire balance they didnt do the tire Balance, I guess next time Im taking my business somewhere else. With the Covid19 pandemic I dont like to be driving all around town and having to go back to the same places, thats why I specified I wanted the whole deal. El Centro Quick Lane did not meet my expectations. Im not going back and Ill be sure to share with everyone that I know the poor service I received from someone who was not properly trained to handle the customers needs.

We just got this Toyota Tacoma truck from EC Motors, Before paperwork was done service was great, very friendly they were agreeing with everything and anything, once the contract was signed and they delivered the truck they only gave us ONE key to the car and we told them that was not acceptable and up to today we only have one key. We are going to have to call the insurance that we purchased from them to report the key lost and hopefully our insurance will replace it.

This was by far my best purchase ever, Mike and his staff are in a league of their own. I am a single mom of a 3.5 year old, and a career that is fast as it is exciting, to say I have little time to waste is an understatement. When I shop for a car, before going in I already know what I want, this is the first dealership that didnt try to sell me on something different. I think I was in and out of there in less then an hour and a half. Went in for a brighter headlight replacement and they installed the same headlights already installed. They informed me about this after I had made payment of over $200. 50% of the cost was not from the headlights, but for removing my grill. As the headlight provided zero improvements I went to a different Ford dealership who not only installed actual brighter headlights for an installation cost of $15 each, but informed me my grill did not need to be removed for the installation. Hence, El Centro lied about the necessity for grill removal. They said there was a headlight warranty, but refused to provide me any details--Shady. I attempted to return the headlights and they refused. Terrible service, take your business elsewhere! Scammers that misrepresented service when we were in need.Update: El Centro posted a reply, as you may see below; however, they are non-responsive when I try to get in touch and have not answered my emails or calls.

2004 Sport Trac 4-Door 2 WD (108,000 miles) purchased new and still running like a champ due to excellent maintenance at Ford. I had it serviced for several mileage based items and to troubleshoot A/C not cooling.A/C diagnosis of low coolant, the Works synthetic oil change, transmission and rear locking differential service, front end alignment with tire rotation.David the service manager was polite, helpful and provided great customer service at the front desk. Technicians in work area did a great job with mechanical service.Saved over 60% of cost by using Ford Pass Rewards available on my account. People before you buy a car make sure you are not buying Extended warranty, low jack GPS system Gap insurance because they wont tell you about this extra chargers and they will put these extra in your final contract and for 3 extra insurances you could end up paying upto $6000.00 Dollars extra and these items are optional not required to buy a vehicle, but they will ask you while negotiating for a payment this questions , (How much are you feeling comfortable of a monthly payment)and thats how they add up these extra items to your contract, and many buyers wont even know they have them and you probably wont ever need them either.

The customer service in the Service Department was below satisfactory. They had my car for 6 days before they started working on it. During that time, they never once called to provide my an update. I had to be calling daily to get information. They would say they couldnt get in contact with the warranty company and would call me back and they never did. It took them that long to contact my warranty company. I was able to contact the warranty company in a matter of minutes. When I was about to pick up my car, they finally were able to contact the company and begin working on the car. I finally got my car on the ninth day. I did receive a call the day after to let me know that they had charged my incorrectly and that I had to go in and pay the difference. I have never received such below standard service in any other dealership in the Imperial Valley.

Took over a month to repair my sons vehicle. Not at all pleased with their customer service. Nice staff. Very clean. Ended up costing $900+ for rental car. Poor communication. Kept blaming the adjuster for delays. Told me adjuster had to go look at vehicle 3 separate times. SMH. In the end, They overbilled insurance. Insurance stopped pmt on a check (i think). The service manager called me almost 2 weeks after my son got his car back actually asking me to pay them back. Hard no. 2016 Ford Focus. Cost $6,900 to repair because they kept adding to it. Should have been totalled.I will never willingly return to this dealership.

Went in for an oil change at 8am and left at 11:30 am , I was told it wouldnt take long g since I was the second person and it wasnt busy. I had a lot to do and was going out of town and and ran late waiting for my truck. The were friendly but need to be on top of the time they promise the customer.

Everyone at El Centro Motors was absolutely great, they are not pushy, and welcome you in and stay with you through the whole process, had a wonderful experience with them would highly recommend shopping with them. Jesse Cruz was my sales Manager, Alex was our Salesman and Mike Morris was so helpful and helped me get a new to me car that I absolutely love it was a wonderful, fast, experience that was amazing, they are all so great and helpful in every aspect. Great service. Only 4 of five because battery was marking yellow and still under warranty and was advised they double check again and innuendo that might be ok. I requested to be changed, it had happened last time and it died in me. If under warranty, please go ahead change things that does not look right, think that is you who will take trips with your family and knowing that battery might die on you.
