This company used to be good. They used to come by and check what we needed and deliver our bolts that we ordered. And we could pick them up ourselves in the morning or afternoon. Now, they dont have pickups until 10 and shut down at like 4 or something. Some girl, who calls get forwarded to seems to never be in the store, and hasnt called one of my employees back multiple times. We tried to order 2 long bolts and were told they were there, when we go to pick them up there was only one. One had come out of the hole in the corner of the box. If you want something done right and good service I would advise you take your business elsewhere, as we will do from now on.
