I have always used a discount online printer for my business cards and other print needs. The color was always off and the paper quality was flimsy. I tried Minuteman Press and I will never go back to an online discount place again. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Their graphic arts specialist, Michelle, took her time to help get my cards just right. The color was spot on with a crisp, slightly raised ink that gave them a more professional look. Jason had great suggestions for the best promotional products for my business. JaMe’s is always a pleasure to work with. Great service, great quality and I’m a happy customer who won’t go anywhere else.
I have to say, I had a bad experience with a similar company so I wasnt really wanting to work with a local printer again. However, I slowly gave some projects here and there to Minuteman Press in Edwardsville. They have been so patient with me and they ALWAYS deliver great service at an exceptional price. Something to really note is that theyre always VERY competitive even with the online businesses. BUT - theyre faster, local, more personable, and there is no shipping. I have recently started to expand my business and am partnering with MMP to help us streamline orders from our various locations. I am confident with them and even excited to expand the work Im doing with them!

I have used Minuteman Press in Edwardsville for both advertising printing needs, business cards, banner printing and Im also having some shirts embroidered soon. The level of customer service you get from MM is astounding and unmatched.
Their costumer services sucks!!! The lady who works the counter is rude as is the man who answered the phone. Told me they would call when my prints were done and 2 days later I finally called and the old lady said they had been done. This is after I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before she came back to tell me her computer was slow... Completely disregarded the fact they were going to call me when they were done. I will go to AIM from now on. The man who works there is polite and pleasant. I hope the owners read these comments because I plan on spreading the word that their services is so bad. We do have other options, Minuteman!
