This was my second trip to All About Eyes and once again I am Very Pleased with the service, eye care and the new glasses I am wearing as I type this. Jennifer was very helpful and informative. Dr Karr was nice and gave me confidence I was in good hands. They are my go-to for eye care now. OH-and my insurance worked quite well there also.

My entire family had a great experience at All About Eyes in Edwardsville, IL. The facility was inviting and clean. The optometrist and her staff were all friendly and knowledgeable! Also. It was nice to have a huge selection of glasses to choose from.

I was looking for a place to purchase new glasses. I had visited several different places and looked online and came across All About EYES! When I entered the store, I was immediately welcomed by Hunter! Hunter asked what kind of frames was I looking for and proceeded to assist me. Hunter was answering phone calls and Will H. came and asked if he could be of assistance in helping to pick out frames. I asked Will if he could help find CLASSY FRAMES and he did just that!! I asked him to be HONEST, and he had SO much patience and thoroughly looked at ALL sides of my face and I think came up with the perfect frames! Hunter and Will were HONEST, FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS ,AND VERY PROFESSIONAL! Cant wait until my glasses are READY! I would highly recommend ALL ABOUT EYES!

I noticed my Raybans I was gifted for Christmas by my girlfriend were not Alligned or must have bent during delivery when I wore them out today.I thought I would try my luck and see what All About Eyes could do for me. Thank goodness I trusted my intuition.Karen greeted me at the door and immediately offered to adjust the glasses, although I didn’t have receipt as they were a gift. She even polished them free of charge. Also, she was wonderful at customer service.I walked out having my day made. 6/5 stars!

The people here are so nice. I’m handicapped and have trouble standing too long. Sarah at the Edwardsville store helped me pick out glasses. She brought me lots to try on while I sat. She was so patient. What a nice and pleasant place to get your glasses.

Received a greeting from Hunter as soon as I stepped in the door and the friendly customer service continued through out the visit! Hunter was very helpful and professional. The exam with Dr. Karr was comprehensive and complete. Dr. Karr explained her findings in an easy to understand manor and made me feel at ease with all of my concerns. This visit is why I am, and will continue to be a repeat customer.

So much to pick from. Karen was wonderful, very knowledgeable about my insurance coverage and also explained the progressive lens differences.

Can’t say enough good things so far about All About Eyes. I’ve had two visits in the past 6 days; the first for an emergency eye exam for what I thought was a foreign body in my eye. I called and spoke to Chris on the phone, who was able to fit me in within an hour of my call to get me taken care of immediately.As soon as I arrived, Sidney got me to a seat and ran through the paperwork with me, and within 10 minutes I was in a room with the doctor. As it turned out, it wasn’t a foreign body in my eye, but one of my own eyelashes gone rogue, which had begun to curl under and grow into my literal eyeball. Ouch. Doctor numbed my eye and within a moment removed the offending velociraptor claw of an eyelash (which looks huge, but was less than a millimeter in size, I swear) from my eye, and was kind enough to let me take a photograph before we banished it. (I attached it to my review so you can all be as horrified as I was.)All in all, my first visit was incredibly quick, painless, kind, and professional and I could not have been more impressed.A short five days later, my friend accidentally stepped on and crushed my glasses, and again I called and spoke to Chris (who at this point, I’m pretty convinced is my guardian angel of the optical world) who for the second time managed to make me a short notice appointment for the same day. I went in and got expert care immediately from the lovely Sidney for the second time, who following a quick and simple exam from doctor, helped me pick out frames to try for the next half hour or so. (And, I was able to get some trial contacts to wear while I picked my frames—a new experience, being able to SEE the frames I’m picking!) She gave me expert opinions on fit and shape for each one I tried, and we eventually whittled down my options to four or five from their extensive selection of stylish/durable/affordable/attractive frames.A friend dropped by to help me make my final decision, and that was that! We ordered them with no fuss at all, and Sidney was not only able to give me a fantastic price to go along with my quick and painless process, but also put a rush on my glasses so that I can spend as little time wearing a 2-years out of date Rx until my new glasses arrive.I absolutely can’t recommend All About Eyes enough. Transparent pricing, professional and compassionate staff who are empowered to go the extra mile for their patients (and do so), and a quality product, in an easily accessible local storefront. All about eyes has the most helpful staff that know how make sure the glasses fit right. Everyone is friendly and their quick. Furthermore, it only took a few days to get my glasses :) I am only rating it a 4 star because I only reserve 5 stars for stores that dont make me wear a mask.

Im really glad I found this place. I needed an eye exam and new glasses, and they did a great job helping me out. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and kind. Scheduling is also super easy - you can even do it online if youd like.A big shout-out goes to Heather who helped me find my new glasses. I was not happy this time ,they were running 45 minutes behind ,then I marked I wanted my eyes dilated and that didnt happen ,I dont know why u fill out paperwork if they dont look at it ,ugh then got told I could come back another day .

I accidently broke my old frames over the weekend and went in Monday evening after work. I had Sarah help me out. This location has been very kind to me every time Ive visited, and this time was no exception. She was very patient with my indecisiveness in frames, and she also helped me pick out ones that fit what I was looking for. To say I had a fantastic time would be an understatement. Today was my first time at All About Eyes (Edwardsville) and every experience I had with the staff was beyond helpful and supportive. From the moment I stepped in the door, I was greeted by smiling staff and they were prompt in preparing me for my appointment. I had previously ordered glasses online and were very upset with the strength of the prescription (which had been done by a different optometrist). My tech discussed this with the optometrist and he was able to tell me why my glasses werent for me. I then went to try on several pairs of glasses (from their selection of hundreds). Heather L. helped me to find my perfect pair and when I told her that I wanted to come back in the future for another pair, she informed me of the deals that they had and I was able to purchase both! I walked into All About Eyes in Edwardsville and was immediately greeted by a member of their staff, Hanna. I told her that I was looking for round frames for my new prescription and she quickly began pulling frames from their large selection for me to try on. Hanna chose a variety of frames for me to try and gave me her honest and professional opinion on each pair. Her and another staff member, Katie, then helped me narrow down from a selection of five frames until I finally settled on an adorable new pair. I had a wonderful experience today at All About Eyes thanks to their staff members and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an optical store.

I have been coming here for awhile now, and will definitely be a lifelong customer. Chris, Sidney, and Jamie are all amazing. They are extremely helpful and give their honest opinions on how different styles may look on you, plus you can always count on some friendly conversation. I have bought two or three pairs of glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses through them now, and walk away happy every time. Their customer service and variety is definitely the best in Edwardsville.

Great Customer Service - and Timely!! I had to buy a new pair of glasses for the first time in years and I went in and met Sidney L. She was so helpful in finding frames that I liked and that fit well. I barely had to wait and she had my glasses ordered. She told me it would be about a week before they came in and the glasses arrived in days! I went in, Sidney fitted them and I was on my way. In this busy, fast-paced society, it was so nice to have such great and timely customer service!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They are that good. I broke my sunglasses before I went on vacation, I wanted new sunglasses before I left. On Sunday they got me in for an eye exam (no other place had an optometrist available on Sunday) and got my sunglasses ordered. They called and had the lab rush my glasses so I could get my glasses before I left for vacation that Saturday. No other place would be able to get my glasses by Friday at the earliest.Two days later (Tuesday) they got my glasses in. I was genuinely surprised that the glasses came in, but Tuesday was even more surprising. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone considering this location.

I will say that Heather is amazing and she gets 5 stars. On the hand there is a girl there named Christina that works there and I am not a fan of her. She is definitely rude, she has an attitude when you try to speak to her, she doesnt listen to what you are saying to her and I dont think she knows how to adjust glasses.

My 10-year old son needed glasses and I did not have him on my Vision Plan. My eye doctor was too expensive to use without insurance. I called All About Eyes and their eye exam was 70% less than my normal eye doctor would charge. We booked an appointment on the spot.The staff was so friendly. Samantha was very helpful and nice. Our doctor was top notch! He made my son feel very comfortable. The selection of glasses was amazing! We had a great time choosing his first pair of glasses.As we sat down to pay for everything, we found out that they were running a Buy One, Get One FREE special on glasses. Plus, we got a VERY affordable 2 year warranty on each pair of glasses. I never get a warranty for myself, but I thought it would be very wise to get one for a 10 year old boy who is prone to losing and breaking things.Our experience was so fantastic, that I am going to start going to All About Eyes in Edwardsville and discontinue seeing my original optometrist.

My Son bought Ray Ban glasses at All About Eyes and I was impressed with the low cost. It’s been several years now and I’ve been very pleased with the Staff and Doctors. I was at work and my left contact ripped and I called on to get a trial contact and a coworker met me on my route with the contact after picking up (2) spare contacts. My latest frames are pink/black ans I’m excited to wear them. Jami is the best cheerleader ever and encouraged me to dare to be different. Sydney assisted me with adjustments and I love how my glasses feel with the bifocal lenses. I am often asked where I purchase my glasses and I’m proud to say, All About Eyes!

This place is awesome! My 9 year old son needed glasses and their selection of Kids frames was excellent. The person helping us wasnt pushy and allowed us to browse and look at our own pace, but was extremely helpful when we did ask a question. I have been trying to find an affordable place to get my prescription filled. I had already been in a few places and was barely acknowledged. Happened to see All about eyes while driving and pulled in. I was greeted promptly, told them what I needed. I was asked about insurance and my needs. The staff quickly looked up my coverage and were helpful in finding frames that fit my needs and looked good on me. The price quoted was half what I was looking at elsewhere and that is with all of the special coatings. I should have my new glasses in a week.

I cannot recommend All About Eyes enough! The location is extremely well maintained. All of the staff members there are absolutely some of the best people you will ever meet! Jessica was super friendly and helpful. From the moment I first walked in, to the several times I have had to get my glasses repaired, I have always felt welcome with the exceptionally personable people working there.

I havent gotten a new pair of glasses in years and did not really know what I was looking for, so I came in with a bit of apprehension. But within seconds of walking in the door I was greeted by the very welcoming staff and set at ease with how easy they made my choices for me, even the eye exam where they puff the air into your eyes wasnt so bad. I was helped by two young ladies, Samantha and Bre, specifically whom made me feel as if I was with family. I ended up getting both contacts and glasses and All About Eyes has gotten a dedicated customer in me.

Amazing office, both the doctor and staff are friendly and take their time with you. Office manager is very easy to work with. This is now my Optometry home. All about eyes have their own line of glasses. I have horrible vision and my glasses are usually thick and heavy. I feel like a normal person now with very light frames and glasses, plus they are even more attractive than the designer section they have! The eye doctor was so patient in trying to find a pair of contacts that I can use as a bifocal patient.

The variety of glasses they have is tremendous. Alyssa was super helpful. She made sure I was completely comfortable and the pricing is fantastic. The doctor was very thorough and answered all my questions. I will definitely be referring everyone to them.

All About Eyes does an incredible job with customer service. Sidney was super helpful when helping my daughter select some new glasses. My daughter was so excited when they came even earlier then expected. I received a text when they arrived and we picked them up that day! My son also got two pairs of glasses from a different visit and they have broken more than once due to him being a middle school not due to quality. When we took the glasses in All About Eyes fixed them twice free of charge. Some places still know how business is done! I cant remember the name of the girl that fixed his glasses but she had tattoos and was super friendly. Give her a raise!

I am so glad I changed to All About Eyes! The office is open and modern, unlike other places I have been that are gloomy doctors offices. I did not have to do any waiting. I would highly recommend this place anyone. Karl and Dr. Brett were both extremely friendly and helpful. They took time to answer any questions I had. I have been bringing my kids here for their eye exams for a few years and I have been so pleased with the service here that I decided to switch for myself. I only wish I did it sooner :)

Had a great experience at all about eyes. Dr. Brett Sobieralski was quick and efficient answered all my questions. Alyssa was also great she helped me find the right glasses for me. Might be a franchise eye doctor but it didnt feel at all like that. Would recommend to everybody.

Dr. Brad was very through and the Leah was extremely helpful with our options including what she recommended for a 15 year old boy first time eyeglasses wearer.Due to the exceptional service and exam, I scheduled my husband an appointment.I look forward to All About Eyes providing all our eye care needs.

I had my first eye exam here today! I was in and out very quickly and the staff was very nice! Jami helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses! I will definitely be returning to this location! The hours and location work for me!

Weve purchased glasses at All About Eyes for my daughter ever since shes worn glasses...the last 4 years. We keep returning because my daughter likes the frames offered, and I like the good service and reasonable prices. This time when her new glasses came in, they didnt fit right because the frames were mis-shaped. No worries though...they had the glasses remade. We were completely satisfied.

I took my kids to All About Eyes for the first time yesterday. I highly recommend them! The staff was extremely helpful. Megan was so friendly and helped my son pick out his first pair of glasses. Dr. Brett Sobieralski was so awesome with both of the kids. We arrived a little early to fill out the paperwork, had two exams and glasses selected in about an hour and a half! No high pressure sales either! I will be going back for my eye exam.

I was impressed with the eye exam by Dr Brett . When discussing my family history he suggested to come back in a couple weeks to make sure I get a dilated exam.When picking out my eye glasses, initially the optician pulled the incorrect insurance information which had a significantly higher out of pocket cost for me, however Leah was able to correct the mistake. I ordered my glasses and I will be bringing in my current prescription sunglasses to update the lenses.

I went in less than a week ago knowing exactly which frames I wanted, and Jami helped me find them right away when I got there, and got my order taken care of very quickly, and my new glasses came in within three days. Overall a great experience.

I went in not knowing what to expect. It exceeded my expectations. The eye doctor, Jennifer Karr, was very thorough and explained everything. Shelby was great helping me choose my new glasses!! I highly recommend All About Eyes!!
