KJ was awesome. I was grateful for his help. He was very kind and helpful. He made an attempt to make the transition as smooth as possible. He was very friendly. The merger with the sprint and T-Mobile networks is stressful but he did everything he could to make it go over smoothly and I really appreciated it!

Avoid this provider and this location in particular.Bought a tablet for use internationally on a different network, I was pitched a $10 prepaid plan that was apparently required for the purchase but, unbeknownst to me, was given a recurring payment. The employees either do not know their business or are willing to lie to get a sale. From the lackluster attitude Id suggest probably the former. They had a galaxy S7 entered into the system incorrectly that they said they could not sell even though it was in the online inventory and didnt seem at all eager to deal with customers in any capacity. About a month later when I realized they were attempting to take more money from me I called to cancel this plan and spent several hours being redirected to different people and several more hours on hold. Eventually they agreed to suspend the account indefinitely. However they still continued to charge me and to attempt to bill me for this unwanted and unasked for service. I am currently waiting on hold to cancel my plan entirely, More than two hours to talk to anyone and no online chat available. Wish me luck and avoid T-Mobile at all costs.

Literaly refused to help me transfer over to a family plan that my mother opened in minneapolis had to go to the glen carbon location. they got me on the plan but were not much help after that.

When I walked i felt welcomed and appreciated. The customer service from Jafer, Brandon, and KJ was amazing. No pressure to purchase anything or steer to anything. I am very happy to have switched from Verizon to T-Mobile at this store. Thanks guys!!

Worst customer service ever. Nobody seems to know what they are talking about. I have been waiting for a screen protector for months. Was even told one would be sent to me. Nothing! As soon as I can pay our phones off we are done!

Dont like this location or the boring employees. The manager is a joke and wont help your cause. seems like anyone can become a manager these days with lack of leadership, integrity or professionalism. Just go out of your way and get better service at the wood river, collinsville locations.

I usually have a great experience with T-Mobile. This negative experience is specifically with the 2 men in the store working. Both rude to any customer that came through the door, one of them didnt know what they were doing and it took me almost 10 minutes to get a receipt with what i paid on it - i had to ask for the receipt also. Oh and one of the men had a name tag on that said store manager. I will not be going back to that T-Mobile location.

Every time we enter the store we are greeted cheerfully and professionally. Black Friday was no exception. With an unfamiliar face to assist us, and get the answers we sought, it was yet again a pleasant experience. We are always happy with the service and knowledge shared by the staff at this location. The only team member we can remember the name of is Tyler, who also appears to remember us (even if he doesnt its great to feel like he does). There was a young lady, perhaps a manager, who worked at this location who was also always exceptional too.. I believe she was with child this summer.. anyway, she is also always professional and uber friendly! Well done T- Mobile for keeping such excellent people as the face of your company.

Went in to get information on a tablet and the girl working the counter obviously didnt want to be there, I enquired about a tablet and she literally told me I probably wouldnt qualify for it on my account , so I responded, well since Ive been with Tmobile since 2001 youd think I would and then like a sudden miracle, the heavens parted and I all of a sudden qualified, absolutely the worst service Ive had at this location, not sure what happened to the awesome employees that were there a couple of months ago, including the manager, but Ill be driving 20 miles out of my way from now on to get good service, and if I get bad service again Ill be looking to a new carrier

I have used t-mobile services for almost a year, but after visiting this store, I decide not to use t-mobile service anymore. We went there to purchase a SIM Card for our own self phone, but the girl and the guy who received us could not know what to do and how to help us with our need. It was rude that they asked for ID to let us purchase a SIM Card, then after minutes of waiting, they said we cannot activate your mobile. They showed no respect to us and I never go back to this store, and never use t-mobile service again.

I walked in to buy a phone and the workers were on their personal phones, blasting rap music and didnt even greet me when I walked in, the manager was rude as well if I was to give them 2 starts it would be cuz a girl name diamond I believe was nice but overall I will never step a foot inside this store and willing to go out of my way to not come here anymore.

I have always had good experience at this store. Been with T-Mobile since forever. No problems with service. This time I brought in a unlocked ATT phone. I put my simm card in but couldnt get data. Lucky a guy named Jeff worked on it with no promises but got it working for me. Just wanted to thank him for trying even tho it was a ATT phone. See Jeff if you have a problem. He was kind & friendly and knew what he was doing.

I agree with the review below about the manager, her attitude and lack of empathy. The manager at this location has a very rude disposition!!!! I had an issue with my account/phone and as a manager she didn’t do enough to try and rectify the situation. In addition to her rudeness she never made any notations on my account as to what was going on with my phone. So when I did have to call customer service the next day there was no indication of what happened!!! I was on the phone with customer svc in the store for about an hour being transferred around like crazy. All the manager kept saying was that there was nothing she could do for me. Really? Is that how a loyal customer gets treated?One thing’s for sure, the manager did make sure to lock the doors a few minutes before closing time (8 pm) so no last minute stragglers would stumble in. I’m wondering why she couldn’t put the same energy in for helping a distressed customer as opposed to worrying about customers sauntering in at 7:56.Another associate tried to help me to the best of his ability but he also didn’t make notes on my account. All they cared about was what time they were leaving and coming into work the next day. So rude and unprofessional all around!! I just don’t get how she became a manger when all I saw her doing was moping and dragging her feet around an empty store carrying a negative aura and scowl across her face.I will never come back to this location even if it were within two steps of my house. Avoid this location at all costs!! If you like looking at rude people, then by all means drop on in. As for me, I will drive out of my way from now on to the tmobile store in wood river because I was treated way better and the manager gave me options right on the spot! I left out of his store satisfied! I was ready to jump ship from tmobile and I still may make that transition in a couple of months.in this day and age there are too many options out there to put up with mediocre so called managers and their sour faces. I should have known that location was horrible, they didn’t even have the manager’s name on any of the business cards they handed to me. Tmobile do better with the training of your associates!!!

I dont know If I hate the store or Tmobile. I received a phone that constantly drops calls and they want me to pay $50 to return a defective phone? Warning, Stay away from this store. I havent found anyone there that knows anything.
