I misunderstood details about an order I made online and the staff (especially Mindy) went above and BEYOND helping me get my order. They bent over backwards to ensure I got what I came for. What could have easily been a frustrating situation for everyone was extremely pleasant and accommodating for me as a customer. I have not had such a kind and pleasant customer service experience in a very long time. Thank you guys!

Amazing hardware store! Cold beer, deli, plumbing, electrical, and fresh shallots. Who would of guessed.. Oh and everything else you need.

A great idea for a store and I have supported this location for almost 15 years in the various iterations, but checkout process is slowest in the county for this ACE. Great people to help and checkout but management has implemented poor processes and systems. I miss the Petosa and IGA checkout process. Also, the reward program is a joke, so 80s, discount cards in the mail, really?, I would give it a 5 star if not for checkout and rewards program, I plan for 15 minutes for this store and all I am buying is a soft drink!I am concerned about their status because they are repeating patterns from previous stores, short on inventory in beverages and food for several weeks when other stores are good. The other stores went out of business as this was happening, I hope this isnt the case for them.

This Ace hardware is the most unusual Ace I have seen. In addition to the hardware store inside Ace. There is a driver license renewal center. And if that wasn’t odd enough, this Ace has the only grocery store in Edmonds. The grocery also included a deli and bakery section. I did not shop for hardware but I did pick up some grocery items from time to time.

The neighborhood hardware store with knowledgeable and friendly folks is very much alive here! Lets make sure we keep them with us. Shop local! Youll save time as you dont have to drive far. Youll save money as you wont have to drive far, park close to the entrance, and find what you need quickly (Youll probably find a couple things that you forgot you needed, too.) Ace is the Place!

My first hardware store experience in the area and my favorite.What it lacks in hardware is easily made up with its general-store approach. I tell my friends back home about this place and they cant believe it. Toilet flanges, groceries, booze and automobile registration? They got it!

Everything you need. Hardware, paint, yard tools, bird food, csr licenses, groceries and food. Love this place.

I needed some moving boxes and didnt really feel like heading off to U-Haul. A box that cost $1.50 at U-Haul cost $6 at Ace. I cant justify spending that money. The people who work here are kind. But its just really not an asset to the neighborhood. Be like Maple Leaf Ace hardware.

If you are living or staying in downtown Edmonds, this store is an invaluable resource. They have pretty much everything you need.

This place is awesome. You have a little bit of everything in this store, but the biggest surprise has to be the bakery. There is baker here who customizes cakes and she makes some of the best cakes in the world. We have used her on multiple occasions and I would highly recommend her. Definitely a hidden surprise!

The Edmonds Bowl Ace Hardware is the kind of local Hardware store you can really enjoy. You can find just about anything you need there for your project around the house. If you are looking for specialty fasteners or plumbing seals and parts they have a very good selection. They just really have a lot of items and I have spent quite a bit of time just walking the store so I know what is there. Theyve got a great selection of wood chips, pellets and chunks for smoking meats which is a big plus. I am not a huge fan of the big box stores so I go here whenever I can. Great place and people are helpful.

This is going to sound a bit bizarre, they have a barbeque counter inside Ace Hardware and it is wonderful. They also have a custom cake decorating service.The brisket and beans are fantastic

Great Benjamin Moore paint. Kudos to the young man that mixed it. Most people put the wet paint on the can top, he had the guts to put it on the paint chip to show it matched!!

It was a really awesome Ace. The store is so much more than a hardware store. You can get that part to fix your faucet, and grab a gallon of milk while your at it, or maybe a little bite to eat at the deli. 5 stars from shawnmichael5431.

Easy to find, available, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I only needed one small item: a bolt. Not only did they make sure I had the one with the right dimensions, they also taught me what each number meant without talking down to me. Thanks to every one.

Decent hardware shop, although I have to say, putting sandwiches and food in the middle of a hardware shop feels really weird. Maybe they have motor grease sandwiches? The key operator should have stocked more template keys, anyways. They ran out of the traditional silver ones and we had to use some football team ones. :/

Its walking distance from home, carries Stihl products or can order them, friendly staff, plus I just love hardware stores. The grocery section is very small, but its great in a pinch for staples if you dont want to go up the hill, but business hours are much more limited.

They smoke their own chicken and ribs. Nice deli, groceries , hardware store and Edmonds Licensing agency under one roof!

When ACE took over the Petosas grocery, i thought they were going to replace the store with a hardware store.No. Apparently they simply ADDED a hardware store within the grocery/deli. And they STILL have the auto-licensing spot inside!

I really want to like the place. Everyone here is so nice. But 50 percent of the food is expired. Expired canned goods, which seems almost impossible. And its really expensive. Which is insult to injury. Good hot food section though. Giving them an extra star because everyone here is really that nice.

This Ace store had been open for a year or so and it seems to be making a go of it. They have a good selection of hardware and also a small grocery section and deli. Plus they are very friendly and helpful.

You might not always find the exact product, for your cooking, yard, car, house project or boat, but they sure have a ton of stuff to choose from. Youll find what you need. And with very friendly service.

Always helpful staff, and very friendly. They always suprise me with what they have on hand. Plus, if you are looking for a nut, or bolt they have a large selection in the back. Comes in handy when I need something when working on my car.

Relatively large grocery store, great produce and meats. Staff is nice, place is bright, they take Apple Pay, and youll find everything you need. -1 star for too much junk food too close to the front.

Only went here for the DMV witch they where really helpful getting me on the road.

Nice and friendly--beware the prepacked salads. I stop by here from time to time on my way to and from work. The people are friendly, but they dont have much selection. However, they DO have a DMV window, which is bonus--I ordered my car tabs online and picked them up here. The only negative I have is that I bought a pre-packaged salad from them and the lettuce had either gotten too cold or it was bad because it was slimy. I ended up skipping lunch that day. Ive had the same brand of salad from other places with no problem... But I still go there from time to time.
