We were able to retrofit and resize the ring, finding a beautiful Roger Dery gemstone to enhance the ring perfectly. After making our engagement official, my partner and I decided I should pick out my own ring as to ensure I not only had the man of my dreams, but the ring of my dreams as well. My wife took my daughters antique ring from her grandmother in to have it sized. It was 18K gold with a filigree solitaire setting. Without asking and without informing my wife, they rhodium plated the ring. Who plates an 18K antique filigree ring? The ring is ruined. Its sparkly and new looking, but filigree is now impossible to see and the original patina is gone! Its a different ring that what my wife brought in. Extremely disappointed.

I cannot say enough about Cline Jeweler’s! Over the last few years they have re-pronged and resized my (family heirloom) diamond engagement ring and turned my late mother’s engagement ring into a necklace for me. Most recently they took another heirloom diamond solitaire ring of mine (that had a small chip in the edge) and completely redesigned it into a much safer setting. I had so many “reputable jewelers” in the Seattle metro area that either wouldn’t touch it or wanted to have it re-cut to a smaller size. This ring has great sentimental value to me and the diamond is an old European cut that dates back to the late 1890’s! Gina from Cline respected my emotional attachment for this ring and appreciated the fact that it was so old. We worked together to come up with the perfect design that was safe and enhanced the beauty of the European cut diamond. When she presented the final ring to me I was beyond thrilled, I started to cry. The ring was even better than I had anticipated. I appreciate that fact that all of their work is done IN HOUSE too! I brought in a watch that needed a few links removed to shorten the band (which was super inexpensive and done very quickly while I waited). I also brought in a ring that had been left to me, which needed to be resized. There were grooves along the top that I wanted smoothed out. The ring was two-tone, and Cline Jewelers rodium-plated the white gold portion, which really made it shine and sparkle! They had said the ring would be finished within a week (which seemed totally fair), but I ended up being able to pick it up after just 3 days. I would definitely take any jewelry back to Cline to work on, and would buy from them as well (they have a beautiful collection of items). Thank you, Cline!

My fiancé and I made an appointment to have my engagement ring resized. We met with Mindy who helped us decide what size would be best for my ring and my finger, and she also recommended adding “speed bumps” to stop my ring from spinning around my finger. I had my ring back in 4 days and it fits perfect! They even offered to adjust it if needed (at no charge) if it feels at all too small or difficult to get on and off. Mindy also invited me to bring my ring in for cleaning and inspection whenever I want, and she recommended having this done every 6-12 months. My mom gave me a ring that really wasn’t my style, so I took it to Cline jewelers to see what I could do with it. Mindy was awesome to work with! She made a lot of helpful suggestions and helped me design three nice pieces of jewelry from the ring. I was very pleased with the way everything turned out. Fantastic first time experience with great service. I submitted an appointment request online and was able to get in the same day. I received a text when the work was complete, scheduling a same day pickup appointment.They took my grandmothers ring that she had for over 80 years and enlarged it, updated with new fittings and a couple small stones all the while keeping its original look. It took only a week to complete. I will be recommending them to all my friends.

I was blown away by my experience here. I wanted to have a custom wedding ring made, and the design I wanted would have caused big problems. Mindy walked me through the concerns and collaborated with me to make an even better ring than I originally had in mind. With her artistic help and the use of 3D modeling, in a matter of weeks I had a 3D printed copy of my ring to be! A couple of weeks later and I had my finished ring on my finger, looking as good as I thought it would in my head.Here are some key points:-Price was as agreed and expected-The commission for creating and casting a new ring was reasonable-The turn time from collaboration to completion was faster than quoted-My consultant had great artistic skills and put was in my mind to paper-The required deposit was reasonable-The deposit wasnt required until we had a set plan to have 3D designed-I wasnt pressured at all. It felt like a friendly conversation, not a hard sell-They provided an appraisal for insurance purposes free of chargeMy husband and I will come back for sure.They made me a client for life!

I really wanted to have an opal in my engagement ring, so we started to research last year. First, we went to some big stores (Shane Co., Jared, etc.) and got very negative reactions to our requests. One salesman looked at my husband and said judgmentally, Do you really want to get her OPAL engagement ring! in front of me. We were disappointed and discouraged until we came across a small jeweler in downtown Edmonds. It was definitely our lucky day! I spotted an opal cabochon that I fell in love with. Wonderful Ana consulted us with the possibility to design my own ring. We loved that idea and started to work on it. The result was even better than we we had hoped! I have had my engagement/wedding ring since my husband proposed to me on Christmas Day 2005 and we married July 7, 2007. Over the years, my knuckles have gotten larger (*my body has not 😂). Finally after a handful of months of not being able to wear my ring, we decided it was time to take it in and have the size adjusted. Due to its unique design, we were VERY worried about how a ring like this could be resized.We took our ring to Cline Jewelers in Edmonds. Not only were they able to size the platinum motif eternity band without affecting the design (by increasing my ring two sizes larger!!), they were also successful in soldering my two white gold anniversary bands to each outer edge, as well as increasing their sizes to form one solid band.When I picked up my ring today, I was near tears and trembling at how well they did.The ring was returned to me as beautiful as it was on the day my husband proposed to me with it.

The work was done while I waited, and I had a pleasant talk with the owner.I left some very special earrings to be repaired. I wasnt sure if they could even be fixed. I chose Cline Jewelers based on researching and reviews, and Im so glad I did! I had an additional band made to add to my wedding ring, and wanted a diamond from my grandmothers wedding ring added. I didnt want the new diamond to take away from the look of my original ring, and I also needed repairs made to the band (I had to have it cut off my finger 26 years ago, and the back was very thin). In addition, the top part of my original ring poked into my finger a bit, and I didnt know what to do about that. And it was a bit tight. So, I had quite a few requests and needs! My ring is absolutely PERFECT now!! I cant stop admiring it. Gina and the jewelry artists designed and fixed every single thing that I had issues with, and my grandmas diamond accents the ring beautifully. I will certainly go there again for any jewelry needs, even with the hour drive from my home. Very well worth it! (Also, it was scheduled to be finished just after the new year, and I got a call from Gina the morning of Christmas Eve day, and it was ready for me!)
