I hope this Value Village isnt permanently closed. Its my favorite location as Ive found so many good buys such as this cute skirt for $3.99! I loved that the store was so clean/organized and staff so helpful! I also really like their loyalty program that offers additional discounts.I will say Im anxious for it to come back. Ive held off clothes shopping due to COVID and could really use some new items. I just hope they allow customers to try on clothes in the fitting rooms instead of similar to the south Everett location that closed off rooms and forces customers to guess what works and have to exchange the items that dont. A non-expiring store credit option would be nice for those of us who cant get back to the store within a 14 day period to shop for new items to exchange with the previous.My sister had a smart recommendation that would allow customers to try items on in-store, which would be to close off every-other fitting room. I hope that helps management and store sales as to not deter customers who shop primarily for clothes.I guess Im trying to understand why customers can take items home to breathe all over while trying on, but cant try them on in-store while wearing a mask? Youd think in-store with a mask would be safer than exposing the garments to a persons home over a period of time?

I usually prefer Value Village to Goodwill, but this location has always left something to be desired. The aisles are always messy. The parking lot is small and always crowded, the people dont seem like they want to be there, and the selection is not as good as other locations seem to be. You can still find some good items here, but I would rather just travel to a different Value Village and have a better experience overall.

We quit donating to Value Village because they took away the full 30% discount when you donate a lot at one time. We used to donate by the truck load. However, its not worth it for one punch on a 20% discount card. For those of you with clothing donations, you are better off donating to Marys Place. They dont sell the items for profit they go directly to the people who need them most, the homeless.

Went in here to find something for my daughters room and found a nice, intact Bakers Rack for 20.00 there furniture is limited so I guess I was lucky in finding this gem. They still have there daily percentages off,so that can be helpful, unfortunately my purchase didnt qualify. Maybe next time.. Ill come back here,maybe on a better discount day

I love this store honestly. Its so vintage and you can grab all sorts of good quality things if youre there at the right time. Everyone is always so festive during the different holidays and always so friendly too. Its also just a great place to explore around in to see what you find.

Friendly staff to assist with locating the merchandise. Displays set up nicely. And surprisingly high quality and new articles at affordable or reasonable price points. Great fun to go Treasure hunting and coming out things that you never thought you could afford. It can be a real Kick!

Great place to find interesting and useful things at low prices. I like their 30% off for Senior Citizens Tuesdays, and their online rewards system is easy to join and use. The store is always very clean and well organized, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Theres a lot of things priced very high here; its hard pressed to find shoes under $15, and I saw a dress at $115. $115, for a used dress? Sorry, no thanks. That being said, if you dont care about brands or dont mind buying worn out, obviously used items for a thrift store price then this is a good store for you.

Great selection of clothes, and shelves of toys and household items too if thats what youre looking for. I have found clothes here in near-perfect condition for a fraction of the retail price. They also regularly have 50% off days.

My husband and I have a travel tradition where we go to a thrift store in every town we travel to. I walked in and was immediately told I couldnt have my purse in the store. I tried to explain I have medication and I was from out of town and was not going to go leave my purse with them or in my car. Nice way to welcome someone from out of town.

A great place to find treasures, and the proceeds go to charible organizations.They did, however, lose two stars.One for the blasting music, that drove me out of the store, and another for constantly moving things around.I like being able to go right to the book section which was located at the front of the store.Overall, Its a fun place to explore.

My company loses money dealing with this location. Your forklift is garbage. The communication is non-existent. Calling ahead of time to help you get ready for my arrival is a waste of time. Maybe you should consider bowing out of the WMMFA recycle program. Seriously!

Great place to find some useful stuff. Also great place to drop off stuff you no longer need for donation. Place is well maintained and organized. Definelty like this store.

The employees are always nice and willing to help. I only donate to this Value Village. I know my items are being handled with care and respect as they unload from my vehicle and take it in for further distribution.

Just so everyone understands, value village is a FOR-profit organization. They generate over a billion dollars of revenue a year and donate a tiny portion of that to charity.Beyond that, the prices can be absurd. Used T-shirts sometimes $20 or more.Items are routinely priced at or higher than you can find them for online.To me this is unethical and from now on my money will go to thrift stores that dont prey on people.

Let me start by saying that I love value village. I shop there all the time and have always been a fan. This is the first time that Ive been so offended, that I will refuse to go back to a store. I went in here shopping for jeans. I found a couple pairs that I was going to buy, one of which had the tag in the pocket. When I went to check out, I was upfront and said that I found the tag in the pocket and the size and category matched, but I wasnt sure if that was the tag that went with them. The woman working their was rude and accusing and replied theres no way these jeans are that price. She took them to her manager who noted that both buttons and hooks on the waistband were broken and gave her a price just a few dollars higher. She came back with the higher price, which normally I wouldve paid but I was a little put off so I said I would pass. Her manager then asked if she still had the tag at which time she threw it away and said she did not. I dont know if this woman is normally like this or just having a bad day but I will not be shopping here again.

Its where to find all the nicer, high end merchandise and clothing .. Ive found ladies shoes and dresses new with tags still attached. The only downfall is this value village has a crazy mark up so youre not saving as much as youd think. You still pay less than retail though

I bought a Victoria secret bra from them that apparently was ripped on both straps. But unfortunately I only realized it after I had bought it. I dont know why it was even put on the rack for sale.

This is my favorite Value Village in the Puget Sound Area. They get a lot of really nice stuff. A lot of Coach purses, Abercrombie & Fitch, and really cute cardigans, most of which are in really good condition. Sometimes the lines get pretty long but the staff there is really friendly and always get another cashier if you ask them to.

When you go inside of Value Village they demand that you check your backpack in. I think that is totally wrong they dont check womens purses in. So while standing in the store waiting to check my Backpack in they ignore me like as if I wasnt there. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to check my backpack and since they decided to ignore me I left. This happens everytime I go there. So if you shop at value Village Edmonds and you have a backpack leave it at home. People like myself that dont drive carry a backpack. The worst store I have ever been in.

I like to Reduce, Reuse & Recycle, so this place is perfect! They have mostly clothing so its great for Halloween costumes!

If you want worn out clothing that permanently smells like trailer carpet and Ben gay, this is the place to get it! Power tools that dont work? They have those too.

Always stop in to this location, staff has always been friendly but today stood there waiting to be checked out and the 2 ladies just stood there whispering, then one called me up. Then the other one came around and leaned in and said just so you know next time you will have to check your bag in before you shop, I told her it was my purse and no I will not be checking my bag everytime I come to this store. She: well we cant let you bring in a bag and not others, very rude staff up front.

Felt like I was being watched and profiled. There were a few employees at the check stands who kept talking loudly about customers while staring them down. Hands down the most uncomfortable shopping experience Ive ever had. I couldnt stand being there for more than 5 minutes before I walked out and this is a store I used to live behind. Its where I spent countless hours, as well as, loads of money. Im never going back again. Although there is a woman who works there (has for a while now) who brings her daughter in with her and I absolutely love them. Thats pretty much the only miss about this store.

There is no organization for the cash register- people are always cutting in line. As well, there is a lack of personnel who are people of color. Staff rummage through items on the floor picking shopping for items to purchase once they are on their break. Overpriced for items in terrible shape- tears in furniture, pilling in clothes. Their sales are not advertised. You have to ask what their daily special is. Rating them one star because this is the only thrift store within a five mile radius and they are open til 9.

The prices are to high for used goods. I went on a grey tag day which in the middle of summer the only grey tags I spotted were on pant suits. Seriously 70s pant suits that people would probably only buy for Halloween. Way way to high on prices- I will not be back.

Prices are average for a thrift store. Bathroom has been remodeld a +. Good selection of items. Cashiers are friendly especially the one named Sandy.

Goodwill is better. Why don’t they both get together and combine forces. They are both competing for same dollars.

If you have the time you can find some really good stuff. overall great store.

This Value Village is kinda dingy, but Ive found some great stuff here! For example a Banana Republic cashmere sweater and a pair of Adidas shoes that looked brand new (and they were white!).

Just by chance, I decided to stop into VV-Edmonds as I have been looking for a Navy wool coat. Low & behold in mens coat was a small bulk coat which fit perfectly for this winter only $25.00 ! I am one super happy girl.thx VV

I watched a women layer up cloths. & @ closing run in a fake panic to the back of the store. Within minutes she had a bag. She was previously bagless. I was checking out. Had $128. Worth. I informed the cashier what I saw. She giggled & acted as if what I saw were antics of a unruly child. Pissed me off I spent that much while watching a theif succeed.

On the particular day I came the store had a great selection of uniforms and jerseys

As far as thrift stores go, it isnt bad. Nothing that blew me away, but they have a variety of stuff to go through, including a large book selection.

I came into Value Village to find some work clothes. I wasnt able to find the pants I was looking for so I left to find out my car battery died. No one was willing to help me in the Parking lot. So I went inside to talk to a manager to see if they had any jumper cables for sale. We looked they didnt. I called a tow company to see about getting my car jumped by them and the wait was an hour. A worker named Bobby walked up to me with some cables and was willing to help me. She helped jump my car and saved me from having the worst night.

So I walk into this Value Village at 8:59-9. Yes I am aware that they close at 9 oclock but all I needed to do was look at the backpacks real fast because I had my break and I just ran 3 miles to make it here before they closed their doors. I wasnt planning on purchasing it right then I was going to come back first thing in the morning to get it but I told the gal at the front register. Then some old witch from the back came running up extremely extremely rude to me telling me that theyre closed over and over again I tried to explain to her what I was doing and she did not care horrible customer service horrible lady made it worse they even worse people like that should never work retail especially at a place like Value Village horrible experience never will go back to a Value Village.

Good selection, has crazy good deals occasionally if you pick a good time and day to shop. Can be pretty busy at times.

This place is a rip off. They are selling stuff that should be 30 to 50% lower. Selling used stuff for almost near New price. I avoid them especially since I believe they are pure profit unlike Goodwill.

So tonight I came to shop with my 2 young boys and husband, the whole time, we had one staff member constantly following us like we where going to steal or something, and he would literally intervene, cut either my husband or I off while looking at clothes , and was just plain rude in our bubble space.This is the first time that it has ever happened and I have lived in this city for 17 years.We both made comments to him and about his behavior and he just ignored us .Idk if his behavior was more rude than the accusations towards us being broke theives, from a consignment shop? Please .
