This is my `to go place whenever i want to get facial. The facial massage skill of Patty (the manager) is great and she uses top of the line Shiseido/Cle De Peau/well known Japanese brands only. She has been working with Shiseido USA for over 15 years as authorized dealer.Facial price is very reasonable and quality is way better than high end spa in town such as Redmond Pro Club Spa. There is NO communal facility like sauna/hot tub/fireplace there, therefore you don;t pay for those and who cares during COVID actually?The store has also received `Gold Club Member awards by Shiseido EVERY SINGLE YEAR since 2010 for it outstanding customer service and deep product knowledge !!Whenever i need any makeup and skincare, Patty is so helpful to make sure I get what I need and want rather than recommend me something too expensive for my budget. This is so rare these days considering the hyper competition in this industry.Although there are Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom,etc near me, I still go to this store whenever I want real shopping experience with great customer service.

I am a 72 year old caucasian who spent too much time in the sun in her youth. Patty and her staff have helped me reverse sun damage and to keep my face as youthful as possible without expensive, invasive surgery. I have done micro needling, micro current RF Facial, LED therapy, and micro blading for my brows. With all treatments I have received good to excellent results and often get compliments on my skin. I also enjoy the lovely facility and pampering. I highly recommend Glow Cosmetics

Every experience with this location has been above and beyond. Patty especially is professional, personable, and absolutely amazing. My eye brows have been known to be unruly and hard to manage, but she makes it look effortless and they look beautiful every time! I highly recommend this establishment, and I will be a long time customer.

I received a Yon-ka deep facial cleansing for the first time from Patty it was amazing, prior to my visit I brought my Mom and she couldn’t be happier with services here we both very highly recommend 5 star quality service and bedside manner, I will be recommending family and friends we will be coming for months or years to come!

I used to do cleaning and hydro facial with Patty. She’s the owner of the store, and she was so professional and nice to tells me how should I treat my skin every time I finished a monthly deep clean facial with her since I have a combination oily skin. All of their stuffs are certificated and professional after training from the Shiseido program. Love the place and will be keep going for the spa.

Upon entering you will find a selection of high quality skincare/beauty products from various prestigious lines that you wouldnt find elsewhere, along with a very clean and welcoming atmosphere. My mom and I have been coming for facials for years, and we always look forward to being pampered and feeling refreshed. I cant rave enough about the facials, it is the perfect combination of relaxing and does wonders for my skin. After the facial, Im always offered a warm towel and hot tea. Highly recommend this amazing place for facials! I have acne prone skin, and had cleansing facials and microneedling treatments there. My skin has been improving after each facials and I’m excited to see all my acnes cleared with the help of Patty and her team!

I saw Patty for a facial and had such a relaxing time! She was so friendly, warm and calming. Once I got onto the massage table and laid there to rest, she used her soft hands to thoroughly cleanse my face, perform extractions, moisturize it and put on a face mask. My skin felt so hydrated after and I appreciated her wanting to get to know me, as well as giving me peace and quiet and letting me nap after the head massage she gave. Afterward, I was really happy with the various products offered in the store and know that if there are any Yonka or Shiseido products I know, this is the place to go!

I am writing this 5x review specificially for Ms. Lee, a young sales associate at this glow cosmetics.I came in with only one target to get a shiseido/anessa sunscreen. I told her about my skin concern, oily and mask breakouts. She immediately recommended me an oil free sunscreen and showed me differences of each sun screen products before hilighting why the oilfree so that I could study, compare then decide.Then she introduced me to Yonka, a french skincare brand, that might be more gentle to my skin than Shiseido since my breakout is somewhat serious. She was not trying to sell at all. She just wanted to show what products that may soothe my skin. I am impressed with her enthusiassm to wanting to help me and her sincerity. I went ahead and bought more than just the sunscreen.If the owner, Patty, read this. Please be proud that you have a good quality staff working for you. She knew the products and recommended what was right to the customer. If anything she did not know, she would not make her opinion - which I appreciated her honesty. Some sales staff can just take cashier but Ms. Lees professionalism will lead her future bright ahead. This is Highly Reccommended facial spa, Im really picky on the place I go for my facial but this place Its worth it to come here everytime. I stumbled upon Glow and had an amazing experience. The rooms and bathroom were constantly cleaned (bathroom is cleaned after every single use) and Patty and Kris were super friendly and professional. I tried the anti-aging facial with microdermabrasion, I would highly recommend them!

Patty is very timely when I place an order. I live in North Central WA and her store is about 4 hours from my home. She always responds within 24 hours and ships my order without charging shipping fees. The closest store that sells Shiseido is in Wenatchee which is over an hour away. Why would I shop there when I can order via email or text and get personal attention right away.

I’ve never gotten my lashes done before, however I have been told it is a must to enhance my wedding look. I’ve been complaining to my friends about how tiring it is to keep doing mascara lately so two of them recommended me to try lash lift in Glow Cosmetic as they had a great experience. The style is subtle and the lashes look naturally lifted. I love the lashes done here are very natural, enhance the natural beauty of eyelash and brighten my eyes. Even the face without makeup, my eyes still look bright and sparkled. Especially during pandemic time have to wear the mask whole time. I’ve become more lazy to put the full makeup. Now I have done my lash lift and microblading, only apply some sunscreen and just ready to go! Microblading save my plenty of time and energy to draw the brow everyday! I love that Patty is professional and perfectionist, she spent time with me outlining and designing the shape of brow that I want and like. Patty and the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable in helping me get the look I want. Highly recommend the Eyelash lift and microblading!

Patty is the best! I went in for a Nano eyebrow procedure. She was very efficient and made sure I didnt feel any pain throughout the whole procedure. She made sure I understood and knew what what steps she was taking to correct the micro blade I had done from somewhere else which discolored into a reddish tone.

This place sells more than just Shiseido products. They also have facial services (deep clensing, hydration, face lifting, etc). I usually go for the deep clensing and I love how soft and smooth my face feels afterwards.Ask them for a stamp card when you make a purchase. When you get 10, you get a free facial service of some sort.
