I came in recently looking for a suv that I could do some light towing with. I was greeted instantly by a very pleasant and professional staff. After some discussions about what I was looking for I was shown a nice range of vehicles. Marco the salesman was so nice to work with.We found a vehicle that’s fit my needs. Within an hour I was out and on my way. BMW X5 diesel.I have been more then happy with the vehicle. I will look to them again for my next vehicle.

Update...Unfortunately after buying the car we found many problems with the car 😩 It runs but has issues we now have to pay to fix and just noticed that the front of the car had been in an accident that was not mentioned... Sadly we paid money on a car that wasnt worth the price they charged.. now we are stuck with a car that we dont know how long it may run... Even tho we had great customer service with George we were lied to and over charged for this vehicle 🥺 make sure you inspect the car 100%, we were played sadly and have to figure where to go now after spending $8G on a car thats prob only worth half that 😡***We met George at the dealership and looked at 2 cars, He was very helpful and understanding of our needs. We drove all the way from Olympia to look for a car I had found. I had my 2yr old with me and was very understanding of my 2yr olds energy from being in a car and helped me keep her entertain. That was a plus in my book. We found a car. Thank you George for the great service and my little one is very happy.

I cant say enough about the true professionalism that was shown to me by Matt & his Team. Always had reservations about buying a Lambo, but Matt walked me through everything from A to Z about the car, how to drive it :) (I know sounds odd) but yeah! Not only that but it was really nice to have received a follow up call from him about how it was going a few weeks later. It made me feel like I was appreciated. I bought a Dodge Dart from this dealer it had five cosmetic issues that need it to be fixed and Marvin the sales manager said that they were going to fix it (take care of it) but they only fixed two out the five. A called them often if the car was fixed all I got is we are working on it, at the end they started to blame the parts service and then stop receiving my calls. I never had the worst experience with a dealership like I have with west coast auto sales. If you want to save yourself time and headache I highly recommend not to buy cars from this dealership.

At West Coast Autoworks we received top notch help without the high pressure sales vibe at other places. Eddie was really professional and got us what we needed. Pretty good selection of vehicles and price ranges and Carfax given upfront.

If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. 1st off the finance manager was very rude. My son went in to look at a Jeep that he saw online. Test drove it and seemed ok, so he wanted talk about numbers and what not. He talked to the finance guy and he told him that he wanted to bring his dad in tomorrow to take a look at it. The guy just told my son that he was wasting his time and didnt want to waste more time haggling with me. So my son got upset and left and walked away thinking there was no deal. I got a phone call from another gal that worked there that apologized for this misunderstanding and wanted to make it right. So we took her for her word. We made a deal and walked away kinda happy. A day later the Jeep wouldnt start. I managed to diagnose the problem, but made sure to let her know my frustration. We traded in a awesome working Tundra with zero issues, rightfully so I was not happy. Fast forward a few weeks later, I noticed there was some issues with the front differential. I pulled the differential cover off and drained the oil that was all black and found that the gears are shot. I am surprised it hasnt seized up causing some more serious damage. If I were buying this from a private seller I would chalk it up as a lesson learned. However, they claim to do a safety check before they sell their vehicles. There is no way that there was a safety check performed on this vehicle. So, the other day I brought the Jeep in to get the front end repaired, low and behold the rear end is shot too. This will end up costing about $2000 to get it repaired. I unequivocally do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership.

I purchased a 2001 C5 in June. Eddie was a pleasure to work with. He gave me a fair price and he and Marco found financing at a good rate. Eddie allowed me to perform a detailed inspection. For any vehicle with unknown service history, always change the fluids immediately (oil, trannny, brake fluid, coolant, pwr steering). With 150K miles I knew I had a bit of a project and after a month, I brought the car up to snuff. Im pleased with the purchase and the customer service. Eddie even picked me up at the Edmonds ferry.

I can not be more grateful to the team here. Alex was a tremendous help and so happy. I dont think Ive never enjoyed a car dealership like this one. They worked really hard to get me into the truck I wanted. They were not kidding about working with any and all credit. I have less than seller credit and after 24 hours, they had me in my truck with a super amazing APR. Alex did everything he could to make me happy. I love their great attitudes here. George was informative, smart, and patient with all my questions! The car I bought was inspected and is in great condition both physically and mechanically, which means a ton because I am on a tight budget. If you are looking for an honest place to buy an used car look no further.

Buyer Beware!! Salesmen lack transparency and accountability. I purchased an 03 Cobra from them, albeit, the purchase was done completely online with a vehicle shipment needed.Let me begin by saying, the process was easy. Through text I asked the salesman if the top leaked. Response was no but failed to mention that it did not work due to 2 failed and leaking actuators that had completely soaked the rear seat bottom. I then ask, to the best of your knowledge is it stock? Salesman validates stock except cool blue lights and cold air. False. Car lowered, ball joints failing to the point the car when turned sticks in a turning position. Also, although Im more happy than angry, the cat-backs are aftermarket. After one day of driving it is clear something is wrong with the rear differential. Sure enough, out of fluid, gears and bearings shot, and requires u-joint replacement.Now, I bought the car because of the platform and knew I was taking a risk. I would have purchased it regardless had I known what was wrong. I certainly would have appreciated the honesty upfront. I have since emailed the salesman and stated that Im disappointed with the lack of integrity. Did I get any response? Of course not. That speaks volumes in regards to how they feel about customers or their feedback.Please reconsider purchasing through them. There are honest brokers with reasonably priced vehicles that actually value customer feedback. At the very least they will say Im sorry regardless of an as-is purchase.

Do NOT buy a vehicle from Nick. I explained to him what I needed. I had no time for games. He said he would call call when plates are ready. After vehicle was purchased, had a number of problems. Nick failed to listen , and handle accordingly. West Coast Auto Works has many great vehicles. These are used vehicles. They may have problems which I understand. It’s all about the follow thru after the sale , just as much in making the sale. Nick is the last sales rep you want to ask for when purchasing from West Coast Auto Works.

Overall, this was our easiest car buying experience. Over a month ago my wife and I came in with a car in good shape that we wanted to trade in for something with a bit more leg-room and horsepower with a manual transmission. Ron worked with us on the trade-in price, as in we were able to agree on a deal for the trade. He even let me take the car we came for for a spin without tagging along, which was a welcomed surprise. They were upfront and honest about the vehicles on their lot, and at this point I am able to determine that my new used car is in over all good shape. Bottom line is that we were able to drive off their lot, and revisit the experience over a month later, without feeling like we had been scammed. We are happy with our purchase. If you have a vehicle you are looking to trade in that is in good shape, I am confident that these guys will work with you.

Sold me a low mile car for a good price and they gave me more for my trade in than I expected. I had a small leak in the sunroof and they fixed it ASAP for no charge. Overall good service and people.

This dealership is probably THE BEST I have ever been too! Most dealerships are all about commission and all have what I cal “sales sharks” who just bombard and try to sell you something. Here at west coast auto works the salesmen dont try to sell you a car. They sell you an experience, they sell themselves as salesmen with charisma and character which just makes you want to come back more and more. I have personally worked with Marvin, Christopher, and Alex. All of which are amazing personnel and will always have my business. You can’t buy “as is” if you aren’t aware of the state of the vehicle.The transmission failed 4 days after purchase. The code history shows the alert had been triggered before and cleared.We were told, “Oh, the vehicle was well-maintained, the previous owner had all the records.”There’s no way that’s accurate considering what is now wrong with the transmission.They offered to take the $3.5k vehicle back 5 days later...as a trade-in for $1k toward another of their vehicles.Also, be advised: Carfax is fed primarily by police reports, not by body shops or insurance companies. There are thousands and thousands of vehicles severely damaged in accidents that are never reported to Carfax.I found cars in this lot with a clean Carfax that have had significant body work, meaning not just bolt-on parts, but unibody/frame repairs.Sadly, I’m not as mechanically savvy regarding cars as I am about body work. Cost us thousands.

I wanted to wait a few days before posting to ensure an unbiased opinion, but it’s really hard to after having my experience here an unforgettable one. Marvin was my sales expert during my visit, and got me answers to every single question I asked. He’s not the typical sales guy that lets you roam the lot and checks on you later. He physically followed me while I was roaming up and down the entire sales lot, answering questions I had about vehicles, and was truthful in the process. Finally I came back to the first vehicle I did a test drive with, and we headed inside to finish up everything. He understood I was paying cash, and didn’t try to sell me additional warranties and so forth. He understood what my goal was going in, and he made damn sure it was complete when I drove off the lot. All in all, Marvin really showed the genuine care from West Coast Autoworks, and for the first time, I will never be disappointed with my car buying experience.

I would never buy or suggest someone buy a car from this dealership. During my experience there were multiple red flags.1. I was told the vehicle was rare when it is in fact not. Currently being resold more are manual.2. Was told that it was a great price. When reviewing the current market and KBB the price it was actually at the price if not higher than a clean title when they were selling a rebuilt. Not only rebuilt but the car had lots of oil on the block and even more below on the oil pan. Nearly all the small interior was missing and the window would not seal on the Driver side. This was some of it. Price was no where close.3. Told that the car was maintained mechanically. After review the oil was black. Not changed in a long time and when I started it the low oil light came on.

Had a great experience with my vehicle buying process here, quick to get a test drive and on my way to buying the vehicle. Options for financing were good and they found the rate I was looking for. Mike helped me out and he had great enthusiasm and awesome to work with. For sure did his part to find what I was looking for. I recommend this place for anyone wanting a vehicle.

EDIT: Not even a month later Ive already had to replace a radiator, and have multiple issues to address. This place is completely shady, do not be fooled by the sales like I was. This car is acting up and I can tell you right now its not worth coming here steer far away the car I now own has a string of issues and I am surprised it even made it out of the lot with the report I have.While browsing cars for a few months, I stumbled upon a vehicle of interest on OfferUp and was in communication with a sales rep Andrew. Since they’re priced so well it was gone very quick, but I felt comfortable talking to Andrew and wanted to work with him. He was someone I trusted to take care of me and find me a vehicle within my price range that would suite my needs. Without knowing any inventory he asked me to come down to the Everett location, as they had over 50 cars and two locations it seemed like a great opportunity. Got a rental and drove down from Seattle to Everett to meet Andrew and the team, to my surprise the lot was huge! The shop itself was so clean, and they had glass up at the service desks to help customers feel safe while social distancing. The inventory was amazing, they had a wide range of vehicles that looked well maintained!Thanks to Andrew I left with a much nicer car than I originally wanted, did not feel like I was getting up sold. He was a great salesman who gave me options on a realistic level and overall it was a great experience! I highly recommend looking at a car here. The service is incredible and the car selection is better than anything in Seattle. You’ll be in good hands my family is thrilled to own a safe reliable car.

Stopped in today, Worked with Mike P, was a great experience tbh. Mike gave me the keys to the truck I wanted to look at, scanned my ID, told me where He would be if I had questions, and walked away to let me look to my hearts content. I was able to completely review all the mechanics and electronics of the truck, the structure - body, and frame - without pressure or someone else’s time frame and agenda. They allowed me to test drive it on my own, which enabled me to be able to listen and feel the behavior of the vehicle. Once I was comfortable with the vehicle, we talked no none sense pricing, the sticker price included my tax title and licensing without any bogus fees. They worked with me to give me good value on my trade in. I’ve purchased around 8 vehicles from dealerships and a few privately. This however, was truly one of my best car buying experiences.

This place is like the house flippers of cars. They do a very minimal safety check on their cars and get them through as fast as possible. It wasnt until I road tested the car and slammed on the brakes that warning lights came on and it showed low air pressure came on. Im not saying dont buy from here, but be SURE you get things checked by a mechanic. I didnt buy because it wasnt worth the risk for us.

Sales woman told us you can’t get champagne on a beer budget insulting us. We were looking at a Kia Optima that had damage all over it that was hidden under the loose body panels. Had after market suspension and new wheels to hide whatever they hit while the fender barely hanging on. Not only is the Edmonds location rude so is the Everett location rude. Do not recommend.

We let him know what car we were interested and he quickly got my wife and I the Keys and sent us out on a test drive. After the test drive the wife and I worked with Mike to get the price to an agreed amount and we purchased the car. Mike was friendly and easy to work with. Went there to purchase a reliable but affordable car, usually reluctant at unknown car dealers, however the staff was nice and honest about what could or could not be offered in my price range, several worked together as I looked on, to help me, they gave me there professional opinions on the cars, that where there, showed me reports, they then found a nice vehicle, actually above my price range, but gave me a deal.I checked buyers guide, Kelly’s blue book and vin for accidents, it showed they where definitely honest and giving me a deal!I don’t write reviews unless exceptional service is given!I have two kids needing cars soon, when they get there license.I will be going here to shop. I went to West Coast to look at a specific SUV they had. When I got there I spoke to Ron wanting to do a test drive, he was very helpful and allowed me to leave with the truck on my own. I had gone to other dealerships where the sales man came with me and made the whole experience uncomfortable. When I got back we started the application process and I was able to drive it away that same day. They are quick, helpful and very friendly. Will definitely go back if I’m ever in the market again.

Just financed my very first car here. I was out looking for vw golf or subie hatch and completely falling in love with the 350z. West Coast Autoworks is an amazing dealership to work with. They are incredibly understanding and flexible. I helped a good friend buy a vehicle from them. Dallas was right on top of messaging me back as soon as I was interested in a vehicle. I think I came to the dealership a day early because he wasn’t there and I mistook the date. but then Tony was there and he also helped me. He helped recommend other cars when I decided No on the first one. They are also consistent with their service and very honest. I’m thankful to have found this dealership especially because they are located in Edmonds and Everett, but I’m on the other side of the water in Kitsap County. They truly helped my friend out and are genuine people. I can’t wait until I’m ready to buy another car (being a car enthusiast) and I will definitely keep this place in mind. Marvin and Mike were a great help to me and my fiancée. We came to look at a couple trucks and the option to trade in my truck. The two were very helpful and let me take my time looking over the trucks and have a test drive for the two I wanted to compare. They made the process of trading my truck easy. I would not recommend this car dealership I recently just bought a car from here and turns out it burns oil Which I was never informed about Because if I was I would have not bought the car In the first place, also I had to take it in to AutoZone for them to tell me that I had a problem with the shift solenoid valve and this is literally three days after buying the vehicle. I called the dealership wanting to speak with the manager and one of the employees told me they would have the manager give me a call back and they never did so the next day I go to the car dealership mind you I live in Kent I had to drive all the way to Everett just for them to tell me that there’s nothing that they could do about it. they scam people to buy cars here that do not work I worked very hard to save the little money I had to buy a car because I have a newborn and I used to have a two door and I wanted to get a four-door and they do this. Very rude very unprofessional please do not come here.

Edit 7/21/20I purchased a car with West Coast Autoworks in February 2020 and am updating my review as of July 2020. I ended up having a very frustrating and disappointing experience so I wanted to share some advice to anyone who is considering buying with them.1. Insist on a pre-purchase inspection. The car I purchased ended up needing ~ $2,000 worth of work to get it to a point where it was safe to drive. Some of the issues were standard wear and tear but some of them made the car unsafe to drive - all this could have been avoided with an inspection. I tried to contact them several times to see if they could get me a discount on parts/labor but did not get any response. Once they sell you the car assume that they will not do anything else for you.2. Make sure to go in with your guard up and research done. Assume they will do everything they can to get you to walk out the door with a car when you come in - lots of high pressure/used car sales tactics. So, know the price youre willing to pay, factor in taxes (all in it was about 20% for me), and know when you want to walk out.To be totally fair these guys didnt do anything explicitly wrong. I was just really disappointed by the patronizing staff and fact that I was sold a car that was not safe to drive. I understand that they have to obligation to do anything after the car is sold, but just be aware there is no guarantee of quality/safety and that there will be no recourse if there are any issues.If you can manage to buy anywhere else I would recommend it, this place exemplifies all the negative stereotypes about used car sales.
