I went in on Monday of last week. The girl who helped me was really nice. They had a much larger selection of dresses than I expected. There was a dress I loved but I couldnt find my size. They were very accommodating and ordered it for me via 2 day shipping

I had a phenomenal experience shopping for my prom dress!!! Hannah was so helpful and really took her time to help me find what I was looking for. I had spent so much time trying to find something that really suited my body and height well and just couldn’t find anything at Bloomingdales, Macy’s, etc. i haven’t shopped for a dress in a while but I had such a good experience here and I felt like the associates really knew what I was looking for, was honest with me and helped me find the perfect dress. Definitely going to come back here for the next event!!!

My experience with Nadia’s evening is that they would try to sell and lock you down with a sale but did not care about you as a person or a bride. They pressure you to buy but their customer service was horrible. The consultant Nadine made me feel like I was in nothing different than a car/insurance sales office. I had shopped at other stores and I could feel that her tone was not kind, rude and a bit condescending. She offered me a discount, which i thought was helpful and due to my timing n budget I decided to go for it - Despite her making comments like “it’s up to you sweetie, I know i can sell this dress quick!” (Ha!) I can also count how many times I was called ‘sweetie’ and ‘honey’ during this appointment.When I found a different dress I really like at a different store, I reached out to try to find a solution, they took foreeeever to respond. A week went by after multiple emails to customer service, I texted Nadine a few times to follow up but she legitimately ignored them. Typical sales behavior, so responsive when you buy from them but then disappear when issues arise and kick the ball to other folks leaving customers stuck with no one helping.I was happy to pay for the rest but the unresponsiveness on their part has made this experience so awful and even more stressful. Finally got a hold of them, I went in to pay the whole thing, get the dress and be done with this store.They kept saying “small local business” so they are not able to do this do that - I thought you could sell dresses just like that?!? Sure, but as a small local business you also were not accommodating and supporting local customers. Not recommended and never come back.

Bought my wedding dress here and all the details were perfect, customer service was amazing, and Nadine was up front and honest about what to expect. Would recommend to my friends, and continue to purchase evening gowns from here!

Nadine was incredibly rude to my family and I as we walked into her store. Despite the business not having any No Dogs signs she attempted to push my familys Shih Tzu out the door with her foot!Very quick interaction with her but man was it negative.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE on part of the owner, Nadia. The dresses are nice and my family had a nice time looking, but the customer service ruined it. Extremely rude and awfully argumentative. Yelled at my Mom over the phone on Mother’s day. Unbelievably terrible service. Shop somewhere that actually cares about you, instead. The owner is careless and selfish.

First of all, Nadine.. I did NOT “demand a discount”. I kindly asked for a new dress to purchase instead of the sample dress off the rack that my daughter originally tried on and most likely others had also. My daughter just reminded me that I even said sorry $208 is a lot of money for us. You took 2 new dresses out of the plastic bags but both of those fit completely different than the sample dress. I then asked for a sample discount. You were very rude and said “No, not if there isn’t anything wrong with it!” I went into the dressing room and my daughter and I examined the dress thoroughly and agreed that there was nothing wrong so we bought it for $208. Not once did you inspect the dress with us. Do you remember when you were sitting at your desk chatting with a couple of ladies while I stood quietly for 10-15 mins not to interrupt only to watch you hug and kiss them when they left? I thought they were customers. My bad. I get treated better by employees at the local Safeway. Too bad I can’t buy a prom dress from them!The kind, sweet, professional alterations lady pinned the straps and we left it with Nadine at Nadia’s Evening.When we picked up the dress 2 weeks later on Mother’s Day we were in a hurry as we had plans. I ran into the store looked at the fit of the straps and asked for a garment bag (that was asking a lot) & we ran out of there. I didn’t examine the dress because I assumed it would be in the same condition as it was when we bought it. Nadine did not examine the dress upon pick up either. She sat at her desk while we were there. Nadine didn’t even say Hello when we came in!The dress was carefully hung in my car inside a plastic garment bag which was tied at the bottom. We had a long lunch and when I got home I brought the dress into the house took the plastic bag off & immediately noticed the stains. I called Nadine right away and was very calm about it. Nadine gave me her cell # to send pics which I did. Then we started a text string (which I have saved) and things quickly got out of hand. Nadine blamed the stains on the seamstress which I felt was unfair. I did not take the dress out of Nadine’s store. The seamstress called me and offered to spot clean it with a rag if I brought it back to the store. She did not offer to come to my house! LOL. I said that I didn’t have time to do that as it’s a 40 minute one way drive to Edmonds. Nadine called my cell phone and started yelling at me and being very rude.When Nadine called and started Harrassing me and calling me PRIVILEGED, my son started recording the heated conversation and Told Nadine that he was recording. This is not illegal as he told you that he was recording. You could have hung up. At least you calmed down a bit after that. However, Nadine was yelling so much that I just hung up since I couldn’t get a word in.When Nadine originally asked me what amount of credit I wanted for the stains I said, I would like half off but my husband wants full credit. I was joking. I have all those texts. So Nadine flipped out, offered a $10 credit then a few texts later, said she would give us a full refund if we returned the dress. SO Nadine, I will take you up on YOUR offer and return the dress for a full refund.Note: I wouldn’t know how to create randomn users (as you are suggesting) if I tried! One of those posts was my son as he was appalled by the way you were treating a customer! I have given 5 stars to businesses many times from their generated emails after purchase. If it’s below 5 stars, I don’t bother. I would have given you ZERO stars if I could. I own 2 small businesses and I would never try to take a business down nor have I ever treated any customers like you did me. I have NEVER been talked to, yelled at or treated by anyone the way you treated me.Also, the friends we originally went to Nadia’s with, felt you were pushy and rude so they left and bought a dress elsewhere.

I had such an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress and veil here! This was my last appointment after a long weekend of dress shopping and Nadine was so helpful and seemed to know exactly what I would like. During COVID she was also very flexible and accommodating. I would highly recommend making this your first (and hopefully only) stop!

Ladies let me spare you a bunch of stress and just start your gown search here at Nadia!I had hunted online and through 6 other bridal/formal shops in the area before I came into Nadias. The first thing that caught me off guard was the welcome I received. No eye roll for not having an appointment, no huffed inconvenience at disturbing them, just a kind warm welcome.Nadia and her daughter listened to what I was looking for, bounced ideas off each other, and within a short time I had 3 dresses that all would have been fabulous options.I cannot say enough about how wonderfully I was treated, or the incredible dress they found for me!

This is my favorite place to buy evening gowns. There is an incredible selection of unique gowns and the store is beautiful. Very chic and modern! Nadine is amazing! Shes so knowledgeable and professional. She has a great eye for color and fit and I really recommend her store for proms, evening wear, bridal party gowns and wedding gowns

Nadines shop is amazing. All of the dresses are beautiful and the owner really knows what shes doing. She is super helpful at finding you a dress that you will love and everyone there is super sweet. I went there to get my prom dress and she helped me find a dress that I felt great in! I love this boutique and I will definitely be going in again!

I have been to a lot of wedding dress shops in the last month, and this was one of my favorites. The dresses were some of the most beautiful and elegant and classy I have seen the the ladies working in the shop were helpful and fun without being pushy. They were practical about my budget and listened to me and I never felt rushed. Found one of my favorite dresses here.

Great experience shopping for my younger sisters prom dress. Nadine and Nejla were personable, professional, and gave attention to everyone in the store. I especially appreciated Nadines attention to detail in each aspect of her store. Thanks again ladies, worth the trip up from Vancouver WA.

I LOVED my experience at Nadias. They were friendly right off the bat. Throughout the appointment she suggested different ways of altering a dress to fit my style. (which she caught on quickly to!) I felt like a princess trying on their dresses. Elegant and simple ones. The service paired with the dress selection is why you need to book an appointment!

These ladies are incredible at what they do. Attentive and personable and so much fun. The gowns are absolutely stunning, having modeled for the store, they have the most gorgeous dresses Ive ever worn. Nadine is a sweetheart and probably one of the best people I know. Styling is always on point and to client liking. They will take care of you no matter what and hold their services to the highest of of hospitality. I truly love these ladies and gurentee Ill be buying my wedding dress from them 💙

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish I could give zero stars! She was rude from the start, she looked us up and down and was snarky (being polite as to what I would call it). She told us we couldnt touch any dress, didnt offer to show us any. We asked if this was all she had, thinking maybe we could actually look at some, got a ride reply. Im sorry is this not enough for you! Theres over 100 dresses.... lets insult customers! I can count there was at most 50. We went to another shop and they were amazing, complete night and day. I am surprised NADIA S EVENING is in business due to the owners attitude.Avoid this place at all costs, shopping for a wedding dress is a special time, not one to be treated poorly.

Went with my granddaughter and daughter looking for my granddaughter dress for her senior prom it was the 4th place that we went to she found it, and it looks beautiful on her. The sales women was very nice helpful. They have not a whole lot of dresses but all very beautiful.

The owner was very kind and helpful when I went in to find a dress, and she also helped me until I found a dress that I loved. I cant wait until I get my dress and try it on. I know itll be perfect!!

I cant understand how anyone would have a negative experience here! The shop owner of this boutique was very patient, understanding, and clear with all of her policies with us. She explained to us how she had a strict return policy prior to our purchase and even encouraged us to think about it before we made our order. No pressure and completely honest. I can understand how some people would find that to be offensive but in the retail world, everyone tries to take advantage! I can respect a shop owner who puts strict policies in place to protect herself. Especially with gowns that can be quite expensive. I definitely recommend you come here for truly some of the most beautiful gowns i have ever seen! Very happy I found the one here!

Amazing dresses and no pressure. This isnt a place with cheap sweat shop knockoffs, but the real tailored clothing from very exclusive international designers.

PLEASE READ Beautiful dresses but got very irritated with their service. I went here for a Prom dress. First issue I had: I decided I wanted to return my dress for another one I had tried on. I told them when I could come in and they said theyd hold onto it for me. So, I show up and they had sold the dress they said theyd hold literally an hour before I showed up. I was obviously disappointed and they just laughed and said I guess this dress is meant to be. Second issue (the alterations): The dress altering lady had me put it on, pinned it where it needed to be more fitted, and sent me on my way. When I came back to pick it up, the right side was loose and the top was lopsided. They told me they could fix it and when to come back and pick it up (pick up date is the day before prom). Now, I went in to pick it up and there are three spots on the lace that had been snagged. When I pointed them out she tried to act like it wasnt their fault and then told me to just cut off the snagged bits. This frustrated me because I payed almost $400 for this dress and for me $400 isnt easy to just spend. I shouldnt have to cut off bits of snagged fabric because they didnt take care of my dress. Also, THE ALTERING WAS STILL OFF. The right top part that covered my chest was loose and almost seemed stretched out. And on top of that, the slit was torn a bit. And then came more excuses and the owner said she didnt see any problems with the dress after I had showed her every snag, tare, and the stretched looking chest.I ended up leaving very unhappy with an ear full of bs exuces and my beat up dress, because proms tomorrow and I have no more time to find a new dress. Never coming here for a dress again and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Came here twice to find school dance dresses, very pleased both times!!! Great service just make sure to come early.
