We love this place. Absolutely wonderful core products like their Martini Style Gin and G&T gin and they continue to delight us with new things all the time. We love their mint vodka and aquavit. Such a cozy and friendly atmosphere. 🙂 Kim and Bryan treat their customers like they are good friends.

What an amazing and extremely personal experience at Scratch! Bryan and Kim, owner family with their team-Aaron and Mac we met were absolutely wonderful people. There were totally down to earth, humble and delightful. They set a terrific example of family owned and passionate business with support team of talented and bright young individuals.Yelp Elite private event was an experience to cherish. One could feel the passion, dedication, commitment and synchronicity in their planning and efforts throughout the evening event.Now lets get to the byproduct of love, creativity and passion. That is Gin, Vodka and Whisky. Creativity, knowledge, distinctiveness and dedication could be sipped through every drop of every drink. Starting with Sage Gimlet was probably a clue to how the evening was going to unfold. Scratch Vodka was phenomenal. I settle for Gray Goose or Stolis when I do not have Polish Pravda. You know what I am talking about. Havent have Pravda. Look for one. Most bars dont carry. My Polishfriend Bob brought half a bottle for dinner one evening.Potato vodka was great. But nothing could top of scratch for the evening. The best was yet to come. Signature scratch Whisky. The best. This is not just because of Yelp Elite event. Its truly terrific. Must visit and try the spirits and hospitality.Interior design concept and graphic design application are well thought out and coordinated with a consistent theme that’s part of the story. Every detail from a tiny mule mug to color selection is carefully thought out and applied stemming from history and obsession. I just couldn’t give less than highest possible rating to this beautifully presented gem.

We stopped by here while at Spud fish and what a glorious stop! I love gin and the reviews said theirs was the best and they were 100% correct! We had 2 flights and 2 cocktails and I could have stayed all afternoon. The G&T gin, citrus vodka, and holiday fine were our favs! We also ended up with a bottle of the chai liqueur because it was AMAZING. The service was great and the people friendly. It was a very comfortable place to hang even though I have some post-covid anxiety about being out places. Will totally return soon!

Amazing! We did the Giniology class and it was outstanding. The Karricks are such a fun and kind couple. They have a passion for what they have created and the spirits they hand craft. Not only was the class a lot of fun and very informative but the personal gin recipe I got to create is unique and delicious!Check this place out! If you are looking for something great from scratch spirits from whiskey, vodka, to gin they have it! If you are looking for a fun night out I cannot recommend their giniology course enough!

One of our favorite places in Edmonds and definitely our #1 place for great hand crafted spirits! Feels very safe to go visit during the covid19 pandemic. The cleaning and distancing is just how it should be. Lots of businesses can learn from scratch!

Spent about a good hour here. Great personalized tour that showed us all we needed to know about the products. We ended up going with their citrus vodka, definitely recommend, after trying a couple other choices. Will be back for sure.

The owners took their time and gave us a very personalized experience. Online booking was fast, easy, and convenient. Kim had such passion about her work and it really came through during the tour. It made for an excellent date day for my fiancé and me. Cannot recommend enough!

I stopped here before with my friend, but never had the opportunity to sit down and have a drink. I was in the neighborhood shooting some photos in Edmonds and decided to stop here and finally have that drink...well, 4 drinks (tasting rounds). The staff is extremely friendly and dont shy away from the camera (thank you!) and I ended up with a great tasting line up and walked out with a bottle of their Vodka Grapes. I am all about supporting the local business and hope that this place booms exponentially. I will be back to pick up other vodka, but know this...you are in for a treat!

I took the tour which included a tasting. They were so informative and full of information! I learned more about distilling than Id ever known before! And I really enjoyed the tasting! It has a great atmosphere and some cool swag for sale along with tons of booze (obvi)!

Nice locally crafted spirits. Try the Breakaway Spirit. Scratch teamed up with American Brewing to further distill Americans Breakaway IPA into a unique spirit. Comes in two versions of regular distilled and a barrell finished. They offer six varieties of vodka and three gins.

Fantastic Gin. Have it shipped to Texas through a buddy.
