My daughter brought me over here and this little place is awesome! I had an ice cream coffee with boba…delicious! Really, really like this place. Clean, friendly, excellent service, good prices, tons of options…cutest logo ever!

The boba tea was pretty good. My sister brought it home has she knows I love boba but we don’t have one in town. So she put it in a cooler and drove it back over an hour and it definitely was worth the wait.

Super busy place. You may not get helped for few minutes when you arrive. I love their boba tea. Taro is a must try!!!

Decor was cute, siblings rave about the place, but my order was sour and I couldnt drink my beverage through the original straw due to a weird fruit jerky substance encasing it. Probably just ordered the wrong thing. Everything seemed reasonably priced with lots of options. Will change my review if the next time I go the drink is good.

I’ve been a long time boba lover, and my experience here was rather dashing. I was met with a cold breeze that reminded me of the beginning of fall. I smiled. Then I walked up to the register. A nice man with long, luscious hair exchanged exquisite greetings with me. It made me feel wanted and I blushed. Here’s where the story gets rocky. He asked for my name. I said “Tyler”. The name given to me by my mother who got cancer 9 years back. It means the world to me. Now this may not mean a lot to people reading but I can’t stress enough how important this name is to me. He put my name as “Kyle”. As devastating as this is, I pushed forward and held back my tears.There was a nice girl there though, she makes tremendous banana smoothies. I would like to get to know her better. She’s the reason it’s 5/5 stars.

Slow! Had to see 3 people behind us get their order before I went up and asked about mine. Apparently they made a mess in the back and so had to remake our order, but never said anything about it until asked. Poor customer service every time we go in. If my kids didn’t love the sugar loaded drinks I definitely wouldn’t be coming back.

My daughter and her best friend really like this place. During the recent ice and snow and below zero temps we stopped by. The lights were on, the sign said open, but the doors were locked at 1:30pm... hummm maybe some employees were talking a break, but I guess we won’t know for sure. The girls were sad. They had to celebrate their 18th birthday without Teapioca... but instead of only one star, because they like you so much, you still get three stars.

Teapioca in Edmond has such a huge menu there’s definitely something for everyone. Even though the menu is huge and kind of intimidating to look at, the staff is so friendly and helpful. The girl at the front walked me through the entire menu and gave me some great recommendations. I got a green cream Blastea with boba pearls and it was soooo yummy. Will definitely be back soon. I love boba, and it’s so nice to finally have a good boba place close to home in Edmond.

They are very nice but the girls need to pay better attention. This is the second time they have messed up my tea. The label is right but the tea is wrong. Ladies and gentelman please please pay better attention because things like this make people not want to come back.

The first visit I stood in line for 5 minutes, but then they asked me to leave unless I put on a mask. I mentioned my medical condition and also how I’d already spent 5 minutes breathing. Left without a drink.The second visit, I ordered over the phone and mentioned that I had a medical reason so I could not wear a mask. The lady on the phone checked with the other workers and then said it was fine for me to come pay without a mask. I guess that wasn’t true because they still had me leave without my drink.It’s hard to be upset with the high school workers who probably think they’ll be fired if they don’t follow the rules. I just hope this message gets to the owner. He’s saving no one, losing a daily customer, and earning bad reviews.

Loved the drinks, and the workers were so helpful. They recommended a watermelon smoothie ,and it’s now my favorite thing on the menu.The place was also very clean and drinks were made very quickly.

I love the location on 23rd street ~ this one is much slower and I’ve had way more issues with orders not being correct here. Today I went in and there’re 8-10 people waiting in the lobby for drinks, while the girls working are gathered around the POS angry because the tipping system was disconnected and (as one put it) “we all just did this for nothing”. Only one girl was even still making drinks. I get it, they’re kids and it’s not a high paying job. I do always leave a tip (had the system not been broken I would’ve) ... it’s just a bit annoying to listen to when I just paid 5$ for a tea and am waiting several minutes past what I’m used to at the other location. I also can’t imagine the one girl who was still actually working to knock down the line felt very happy about it either.

There is currently no seating in there due to Covid but its a nice little place with very wonderful and nice staff

Employees are nice, drinks are good when made right. Unfortunately, I think they are understaffed. So if a mistake was made with your order, good luck trying to get anyone to acknowledge you because they are running around trying to catch up. Not their fault, but annoying nonetheless.

We all love this place. Kids beg to come get a drink. We would come everyday if we could afford it!

Drink recipes are never consistent. I order the same thing and it is different any time I go, which is very frustrating given the price. Although, sometimes it has been very good. If you are going to spend the money go elsewhere.

I really liked them at first, Ive gone at least 2 times and ordered door dash twice. The first times were great. Exactly as I wanted. But this past Doordash order has left a bad taste in my mouth. Usually if you order the drink it has boba in it. Ive NEVER had to specify that I want boba pearls. Then when I order from doordash and ask for extra they add it to my price. No big deal. This past order did not have any boba even though I asked for extra. Then speaking with a young lady on the phone, her manager would not allow them to put boba in the drinks because it was from door dash and was not added in the order (Doordash has no add boba pearl option anyways) Teapioca lounge but no tapioca pearls in your drink sorry. Edmond store on 2nd st

We frequent the OKC store and usually have a good drink. Tried the Edmond location and bought two Coffee Frappiocas with boba. The drinks were mostly Ice with little flavor. Boba was fine tasting but could have more per cup. Service was fine.To the owners, people will not return if they do not feel they are getting their value for money paid. Train your staff to error on the side of the customer and you wont have a problem. Make sure customers get the value they paid for their money. Make sure the drinks are flavorful. We dont want to pay over 5.00 for a cup of ice!This was our first time to the Edmond store and will consider coming back.

Poor customer service. We ordered online. We went to pick it up then they are saying they are out of the stuff to make the drink. When we asked for a refund the cashier girl said she cannot. Which is insane.

I came before close. The lights were on and the employees were standing around. The open sign was still on and it was during business hours. They all saw me, went behind the counter and turned the lights off. I will never come again!
